The 45-minute set featured songs from her new album and some of her older classics.
AMY Macdonald hailed her secret TRNSMT show as the hottest gig of her life.
The singer-songwriter performed an unannounced gig at the tiny Hangout tent near the festival's Boogie Bar on Saturday night.

The 45-minute show included songs from her career and from her brand new album, released on Friday, called Is This What You've Been Waiting For.

Hundreds packed the tent to catch her performance. Afterwards, Amy said: 'I'm very hot. It's bloody roasting in there.
'My friends were in there. My friend was texting me saying she didn't think she was going to get in because there was a big queue. I was panicking a bit but she got in the end. It was great. It was a very nice atmosphere and I'm happy as Larry to be here.
'I didn't expect a crowd chant for the first song. They all knew all the words. That was a good sign to start off.
'It's always funny, the secret set things. They put it out as secret but there's lots of clues along the way.'
She added: 'I was actually thinking that this is the first time I've played in Scotland where the most important thing is the SPF. I don't think it's ever been so warm.'

Amy also praised the TRNSMT festival for giving Scottish artists a platform on the way up.
The singer, who has previously performed on TRNSMT's main stage, said: 'TRNSMT is great. What is great about TRNSMT is that it gives so many Scottish artists a chance who might not get those chances at other festivals in the UK. It is amazing that we've got this and we're able to promote the new generation coming through. It's nice to see so many up and coming Scottish bands and artists get the chance.'
Having told one fan to shut up during her performance under the pseudonym, Mrs Rock & Roll, Amy said: 'Usually, I would have my in ear monitors that would block out the noise of people screaming.
'Sometimes when they've had a few too many sauces it gets a little bit repetitive hence me having to tell one man to shut up.'
Up to 50,000 revellers have been enjoying TRNSMT, at Glasgow Green, since Friday. The festival's final day on Sunday, will include sets from Snow Patrol, Shed Seven and Gracie Abrams.

Kneecap announce new tour dates for group's ‘biggest run of shows ever'

The move comes after Liam Og O hAnnaidh, who performs under the stage name Mo Chara, was charged in May with a terrorism offence relating to displaying a flag in support of Hezbollah at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town, north London, during a gig in November 2024. The group said their actions, including holding the Hezbollah flag, had been taken out of context. A post shared by KNEECAP (@kneecap32) Announcing the news on Tuesday, the group – which is made up of O hAnnaidh, Naoise O Caireallain and JJ O Dochartaigh – shared a post on Instagram with the caption that read: 'Here we go. 'We're back in November across Scotland, England and Wales to play our biggest run of shows ever. 'All of ye can get a pre-sale link for tomorrow at 10am ahead of the masses by signing up to our mailer or WhatsApp channel. 'The Prime Minster himself cant stop us…he could stop sending bombs to Israel but that's another story…' The group are known for speaking out against the war in Gaza, and recently performed to a sea of Palestinian flags during their set at Glastonbury Festival in June. They claim the controversies surrounding the group are part of a smear campaign against them because of their vocal support for Palestine and criticism of Israel's actions in Gaza, which they say is a genocide. The group recently performed at Glasgow's O2 Academy, in a gig which sold out in 80 seconds. They were due to perform at TRNSMT festival in Glasgow, but their set was axed after concerns raised by police. Their tour will start in Bournemouth on November 14 before moving on to Liverpool, Newcastle and Glasgow. Kneecap will also perform in London at the previously announced show at OVO Arena Wembley on September 18.

'He Looks Great As Harry': Meet Harry Potter Star Dominic McLaughlin

As an actor playing an established character, you have big shoes to fill - but arguably few bigger than the beloved role of Harry Potter. When HBO announced they were making a new series of Harry Potter, all eyes were on who would be stepping into the role of the young wizard - and now we know that's Dominic McLaughlin. A new picture of Dominic from set wearing Harry Potter's trademark round glasses and Hogwarts uniform has been released, and it's captured the interest of the internet. He is joined by Arabella Stanton, who plays Hermione Granger and Alastair Stout, who plays Ron Weasley. After a casting call last year, the talented trio beat over 30,000 actors to the role. Under a picture of Dominic on Instagram, fans were quick to share their thoughts. 'Nice casting, exactly looks [like] little Harry,' one user commented. Another penned 'He looks great as Harry!' Dominic McLaughlin is Scottish actor, who started his career at the Performance Academy Scotland, where he has studied for the last five years. The school were excited when they learned Dominic got the part of Harry, sharing a statement that read: 'We are not sure this will ever feel real but we said from the start that Dominic was the perfect Harry and we are thrilled for everyone else to see this soon, too.' Dominic McLaughlin is 11-years-old. This is actually the same age Daniel Radcliffe was when he took on the role of Harry Potter in the Philosopher's Stone. Being just 11-years-old, Dominic doesn't have much screen time to his name so far. However, it's going to a busy year for the young actor. Alongside Harry Potter, he will also be appearing in a Sky comedy called Grow, alongside Nick Frost (who plays the new Hagrid in Harry Potter) and Golda Rosheuvel. The series follows a man who returns to the town he grew up in after his father's death, but becomes involved in some dodgy drug deals. Dominic has also starred in Macbeth at the Royal Highland Centre, with Indira Varma and Ralph Fiennes. Other confirmed cast members confirmed include, John Lithgow as Album Dumbledore, Janet McTeer as Minerva McGonagall, Paapa Essiedu as Severus Snape, Nick Frost as Rubeus Hagrid, Luke Thallon as Quirinus Quirrell and Paul Whitehouse as Argus Filch. The series will debut on HBO late 2026 or early 2027 - so we have a couple of years to wait yet! Like the films, it will follow Harry as he attends Hogwarts, and learns that he is a wizard. While it was initially thought that each season of the shoe would cover one of the seven books, the project could run for 'ten consecutive years' according to Casey Bloys, the head of HBO. 'The talent of these three unique actors is wonderful to behold, and we cannot wait for the world to witness their magic together onscreen,' said executive producers Francesca Gardiner and Mark Mylod while introducing actors who play Harry, Ron and Hermione in May. 'We would like to thank all the tens of thousands of children who auditioned. It's been a real pleasure to discover the plethora of young talent out there.'
