Another victim, believed to be Finny's partner, was also killed in the shooting, as reported by the Fox affiliate KVVU-TV.
Finny, who had more than 3,000 subscribers on YouTube, was live streaming when a man, another content creator, came up to him.
At least seven shots were fired in footage shared online.
Finny's partner could be heard screaming after the shots, yelling, "Are you f**king kidding me?" before the camera was thrown to the ground.
Tributes have been paid to the content creator.
Devastated pal Derek Ware described Finny as a "good father" and a "friendly guy."
"If something was wrong, he would just always check up on me," he told KVVU-TV.
"He's donated to people that needed help online."
Ware revealed Finny's partner was known as Bubbly and paid tribute to her "infectious" personality.
"She would have fun everywhere she went," he said.
Cops revealed that the shooter and one of the victims had an argument on social media before the horror unfolded.
Manuel Ruiz, 41, turned himself into police hours after shots were fired on the Las Vegas Strip.
"At this point, we believe we have the suspect identified and that this is an isolated incident, knowing that the suspect and the victim had previously engaged in some type of conflict using a variety of social media platforms," cops said at the time.
The Bellagio is a luxury five-star resort on the Strip and is known for the famous Fountains of Bellagio attraction.
The shooting comes almost eight years after 60 people were killed when Stephen Paddock opened fire at a music festival on the Las Vegas Strip.
He fired more than 1,000 rounds from his room on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel.
More than 800 people were injured.

Moment Chris Martin laughs as he issues kiss cam warning days after CEO and HR chief caught ‘cheating' at Coldplay gig
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) CHRIS Martin chuckled as he warned the crowd about using a kiss cam during a Coldplay performance. The singer was careful to prepare the crowd after married tech CEO Andy Byron was caught on the big screen cuddling his head of HR Kristin Cabot at a gig on Tuesday. "We're gonna use our cameras and put some of you on the big screen. "So please, if you haven't done your make-up, do your make-up now." But the warning was clearly a nod to the alleged cheating exposed at the Gillete Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts earlier in the week. Crowds members laughed and whooped at his words, revelling in the saga which has gripped the internet for the best part of a week. The lead singer's jibe was not the only reference to the scandal. One concert-goer brandished a large sign declaring: "HE'S NOT MY CEO," with an arrow pointing to the man next to her. Since getting caught red-handed, Andy Byron has resigned as Astronomer's CEO, according to an update from the company. He had held the position since July 2023. A statement from the firm said: "As stated previously, Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met. The Board will begin a search for our next Chief Executive as Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy continues to serve as interim CEO." Panicked Byron and Cabot - who both have families of their own - were seen rushing for cover after being left red-faced in the packed stadium. Their reaction to being filmed has caught the world's attention - with millions now talking about the alleged affair. And more footage captured from behind their seats, obtained by TMZ, shows the pair silhouetted by stage lights as Coldplay performed 'Yellow'. As he caught view of himself, Byron appeared to say "f****** hell, it's me". Martin added, laughing nervously: 'Oh s***, I hope we didn't do something bad.' A night later, Martin cracked a joke with another couple on the kiss cam after accidentally catching the tech boss allegedly cheating with his HR chief. The fan who captured the original kiss cam moment told The U.S. Sun she had no idea the couple were senior tech executives. She said: 'I just thought I caught an interesting reaction to the kiss cam and decided to post it. A part of me feels bad… but, play stupid games, win stupid prizes.' Even longer footage has since dropped, showing the full reaction of panicked "mistress" Kristin Cabot. Further revelations have since emerged claiming Cabot is still married to another powerful CEO. Property records obtained by the Daily Mail from earlier this year list the couple as "husband and wife".

Stolen fire truck leaves a trail of wrecked vehicles in Washington state
Police are searching for a person who stole a fire truck in Washington state on Friday night and left behind a trail of damage and wrecked vehicles. The Everett Fire Department truck was stolen from the 2900 block of Hoyt Avenue, about 30 miles north of Seattle, while firefighters were responding to a medical emergency on the fifth floor of an apartment building, the fire department said in an update posted to Facebook on Saturday morning. "The suspect drove the stolen fire engine at high speeds through north Everett residential streets, causing significant damage to multiple parked vehicles and landscaping across five locations before fleeing on foot," the fire department said. The firefighters discovered the missing truck just after 11 p.m., when the first 911 call reporting a nearby hit-and-run was received, per the fire department. Witnesses told authorities that a fire truck "struck two parked cars at a high rate of speed and left the scene." "About a minute later, similar reports came in from the 1000 block of E Marine View Drive, where the fire engine came to a stop after plowing into ten parked vehicles," the fire department said. The Everett Police Department began responding to the incident scenes, which included at least six locations where damage was reported to parked cars, trees, directional signs and grass, per the fire department. No injuries were reported at any of the locations. Pictures posted by the fire department show the aftermath of the incident, including totaled cars, a knocked-down street sign and miscellaneous debris lining the streets. The stolen firetruck, a 2018 Pierce Enforcer Pumper weighing around 35,000 pounds, received "significant damage" and has been impounded for evidence, the fire department said. It was one of the department's newer engines, and its weight makes it "a substantial vehicle when in motion." The driver is still at large and the investigation into the incident is ongoing. "Losing a fire engine to such a reckless person not only jeopardizes the safety of our first responders but also puts our community at risk," Everett Police Chief John DeRousse said in a statement. "We are committed to ensuring the safety of our residents, and any information that helps us resolve this incident is crucial. It is imperative that we hold the suspect accountable for their actions, and we will work diligently to bring them to justice." The police department is asking anyone with information or footage of the incident to get in touch. Everett Fire Chief Dave DeMarco said the fire department is looking into what can be done to prevent such incidents in the future. "We are thankful that no one was injured in this event, and we remain focused on safeguarding our community and our emergency response capabilities," DeMarco said.

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) THIS is the moment riot cops smash a shield into a man's face and knock his teeth out in a brutal clash. Violent scenes erupted outside The Bell Hotel in Epping, Essex this week after an asylum seeker appeared in court charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl. The man stumbles back clasping his mouth before he looks down at his hand to find his teeth have been knocked out. He looks in disbelief at the other protestors around him before proceeding to argue and square up to other officers. The footage also shows protestors throwing objects at the police as they form a cordon. In the aftermath of the incident, the man told the Mail his account of events. "I was trying to talk to him (the riot officer) and he smashed me in the face with his shield," he claimed. He added that his teeth were now in his pocket. Other footage showed yobs jumping on a moving police van and setting off flairs. Essex Police Assistant Chief Constable Stuart Hooper said those behind the violence would feel the full force of the law and could expect a knock on their doors. The force confirmed eight officers were injured in the clash and two people have been arrested - one on suspicion of affray following reports of an assault during a protest on Sunday, and the other for failing to comply with dispersal orders. Shock moment cops DRIVE INTO protester while under siege from yobs as chaos erupts over small boat migrant 'sex assault' The man accused of affray, 65-year-old Dean Walters, has since been charged and the second suspect remains in custody. On Wednesday night, video footage captured the dramatic moment a protestor was run over by a police riot van as chaos broke out. Yobs tried to block the streets with green plastic blockades as officers navigated through angry crows. Men could be seen kicking and punching several riot vans on the road. But footage shows one man being driven into after failing to move. The protest was sparked by a 38-year-old Ethiopian asylum seeker who was arrested and later charged with three counts of sexual assault, one count of inciting a girl to engage in sexual activity and one count of harassment without violence. Hadush Gerberslasie Kebatu, who had been living at the Bell Hotel, in Epping, Essex, denies sexual assault. He appeared at Colchester Magistrates' Court on Thursday, July 10, where he denied all charges. His arrest led to multiple protests in the region, culminating in the violent clashes. There are about 210 hotels under contracts with the Home Office to house migrants. A Sun investigation revealed 339 defendants who had been living at asylum hotels had appeared in magistrate's courts already this year. Sir Keir Starmer released a statement in response to the growing tensions. "Well, I think it's obviously important that communities know that we are working to reduce the number of asylum hotels," said the PM's spokesperson. "That is a clear government policy. But it's also important that legitimate protest doesn't cross over into something else, and we would always hope that communities would respect that. "But we are, and I think the Prime Minister is on record as saying, about the need to cut migration, both lawfully and illegal migration, and that is something that you're seeing in working on tirelessly over the last year, whether it be the agreement with the French last week or the agreement with the German government yesterday, that is a priority for this government. "It is something that requires international solutions, and that is why you're seeing this flurry of activity from this government to tackle these gangs from every possible angle.' 7 Police push protestors back Credit: Newsflare 7 The man continued to scream at police officers after the incident Credit: Newsflare
