Top phones with best battery life you can buy in India today: Vivo T4, OnePlus 13 and more
Battery life is still one of the biggest things people care about when buying a new phone. Whether you're someone who has long shift timings, or maybe you are someone who often travels, or simply forgets to carry a charger everywhere, having a phone that can go the distance is a real game-changer. And the good news is — you don't need to spend a fortune to get a phone with solid battery performance. This May, there are plenty of great options across different price segments, offering not just big batteries but also fast charging and balanced all-around performance. Here are some of the best phones in India right now with excellent battery life. The list includes the Vivo T4 5G and four other devices.advertisementVivo T4 5G: Priced starting at Rs 21,999If your top priority is battery life, and you don't want to shell out flagship-level money, the Vivo T4 should be high on your list. It packs a massive 7,300mAh battery, paired with 90W fast charging, which is almost unheard of at this price. You also get a 6.77-inch AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, and Funtouch OS 15 atop Android 15. It's a well-rounded device, but what really sets it apart is that crazy battery endurance. For users who want a reliable phone that can easily last two days on a single charge, this one nails it.Poco X7 Pro 5G: Priced starting at Rs 23,999 (currently discounted)Not too far behind is the Poco X7 Pro, which has a 6,550mAh battery and the same 90W charging speed. The highlight here is the Dimensity 8400 Ultra chip, which offers great performance for everyday tasks and even gaming. The 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with 1,400 nits brightness (HBM) is sharp and vibrant, and you get HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15 out of the box. While it has a slightly smaller battery than the Vivo T4, it's still one of the best in its price segment when it comes to balancing power and endurance.OnePlus 13 5G: Priced starting at Rs 69,999advertisement
The OnePlus 13 brings a flagship experience with a 6,000mAh battery and 100W fast charging. That alone is solid, but what makes this phone even better for power users is the USB 3.2 port, allowing you to stream content directly to a bigger screen — a feature gamers and content creators will appreciate. It's powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, has a stunning 2K AMOLED display, and runs on OxygenOS 15 atop Android 15. This phone can last you all day and beyond, without compromising on features.iQOO 13 5G: Priced starting at Rs 54,999Another flagship with a focus on battery life and performance is the iQOO 13. Like the OnePlus 13, it comes with a 6,000mAh battery, but with even faster 120W charging support. You get the same Snapdragon 8 Elite, a sharp 2K AMOLED screen, and an even smoother 144Hz refresh rate. It also supports USB 3.2, which means it's capable of handling game streaming and large file transfers at relatively faster rates. It's also more affordable than the OnePlus 13 and offers a similar level of performance, making it a solid alternative for gamers and power users.iPhone 16 Plus: Priced starting at Rs 89,900The iPhone 16 Plus may not have the biggest battery on paper at 4,674mAh, nor the fastest charging at 20W, but what Apple does best is optimisation. With the A18 chip and iOS 18, battery efficiency is top-notch. And while it doesn't have a USB 3.2 like many Android flagships and its Pro siblings, it still supports USB 2.0, and more importantly, can run AAA gaming titles, which puts it in a unique position for iOS users who want a mix of top-tier performance and gaming. The 6.7-inch OLED screen is sharp, and its overall battery endurance is better than many would expect from its numbers.

India Readies 52 Military Satellites For Space Dominance - Panic Loading For Pakistan?
India is preparing for a major strategic leap in space with a project that could potentially elevate the country to the ranks of global space superpowers. While the mission is yet to be launched, it is seen as a major step in enhancing India's military space capabilities. As part of this operation, India is gearing up to expand its satellite warfare infrastructure, strengthening its presence in space for military applications. The Indian government has planned to deploy 52 satellites dedicated to the armed forces. Of these, 21 satellites will be built by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), while the remaining 31 satellites will be developed by private companies. In today's DNA episode, Rahul Sinha, Managing Editor of Zee News, analysed India's plan to become a superpower in space: Watch Full Episode Here: #DNAWithRahulSinha | अब अंतरिक्ष में भारत का 'ऑपरेशन सिंदूर'! भारत ने तैयार किया 'सैटेलाइट पावर' प्लान ये खबर पाकिस्तान को टेंशन जरूर देगी..#DNA #Space #Satellite @RahulSinhaTV — Zee News (@ZeeNews) June 30, 2025 The ambitious project comes with a five-year timeline. The first satellite is scheduled for launch in April next year, and the deployment of all 52 satellites is expected to be completed by 2029. The total cost of the project is estimated at approximately Rs. 27,000 crore. The effectiveness of satellite data in modern warfare was already demonstrated by India during Operation Sindoor, where Indian forces carried out pinpoint strikes on the headquarters of terror outfits Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeT) and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) using intelligence gathered through human resources and satellite surveillance. The operation was so impactful that Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaja Asif admitted that the Pakistani Army was only able to endure the Indian offensive because of satellite data provided by China. In an interview, Asif had acknowledged, "During Operation Sindoor, our army received satellite data from China, which helped us withstand Indian attacks. China, being a friendly nation, supported us by providing satellite-based intelligence." Today, satellites are no longer limited to surveillance and data collection. They now play a crucial role in guiding long-range missiles to precise targets. This is why all major global powers are investing heavily in military-grade satellite systems. A comparative look at military satellites shows: - The United States leads with 247 military satellites in orbit. - China follows with 157 satellites. - Russia holds third place with 110 military satellites. - Currently, India has 9 military satellites, placing it seventh globally, but once the 52-satellite plan is complete, India's space capability could become like that of superpowers like Russia. Historically, warfare evolved from land and sea battles to air warfare in the 20th century, and now, the new frontier is space. The strategic significance of military presence in space has been echoed by India's first Chief of Defence Staff, General Bipin Rawat, who stressed the urgent need for India to strengthen its cyber and space warfare capabilities. He believed that India must quickly master technologies that can establish the country as a powerful space-faring nation.
