We've got some little-known Sky TV tricks to instantly upgrade your telly, and they take almost no time at all. You'll bag bonus channels, recover lost shows, and even skip past ads. 5 EXTRA TV CHANNELS Sky has loads of channels, and it seems like the TV guide is always being refresh with new ones. But if you want a quick update, try Xumo Play. I tried it out as part of my free TV apps test just last month, and I was pretty impressed. You can find it in the apps section of your Sky TV, and you'll be watching free telly in seconds. It has dozens of channels – more than 70 in the UK – plus thousands of movies and TV episodes. It's packed with a decent selection of reality TV and sports content too. You don't even need to sign up: just tap on the app and away you go. HIDDEN TV FOLDER The ability to record live TV and watch it later is one of the best things about Sky. But sometimes, you delete a show because you're running low on space or you don't think you care anymore – only to regret it later. Or worse, someone else in the house deletes your show. Not good. Sky insider reveals little-known voice tricks for your TV - including hack to NEVER lose the remote Thankfully, it turns out that your Sky box maintains a special folder packed with all of these "lost" TV shows and movies. It turns out that when you delete a show, it's not really gone – it's just tucked away in the folder. Just go to your Sky Planner, head into Recordings, go to Manage, and then choose Deleted. It's here that you'll be able to restore content back to your Recordings folder if it's been deleted. 5 5 And you can also use this Deleted folder to properly bin stuff from your Sky stuff. That's how you can free up storage space: until it's gone from Deleted, it's still taking up space on your Sky box. SKIP ADS If you're watching live TV, there's no way to skip past an ad. That would involve travelling into the future, and if you can do that, you shouldn't be wasting your time watching TV. HOW TO CONTROL SKY SHOWS WITH YOUR VOICE Here's the official list of voice commands for controlling TV show playback... Fast Forward "Fast forward" "Forward" Rewind "Rewind" Speeds up Fast Forward / Rewind speed "Faster" Slows Fast Forward / Rewind speed "Slower" Go to a specified time in a recording "Jump to " "Jump to minutes" "Go to " "Go to minutes" Pause recording or live TV "Freeze" "Pause that" "Pause there" "Pause now" "Pause" "Pause TV" "Pause the TV" "Stop" Resume playback from pause "Play" "Play now" "Playback" "Start playing" "Begin playing" "Queue up" "Start watching" "Carry on playing" "Carry on with" "Continue watching" Play specified recording "Play " "Play now " Plays recording / show from beginning "Watch from Start" Fast Forward / Rewind recordings by specified amount of time "Fast Forward " "Rewind " "Rewind to " "Skip " "Skip minutes" "Go forward " "Go forward minutes" "Skip backwards " "Skip backwards minutes" "Go back " "Go back minutes" Play next episode "Next" "Next episode" "Next highlight" "Move" "Next one" Picture Credit: Sky What you can do is skip past ads in recorded content, but normally that involves holding the fast-forward button down. That's a pain. Instead, grab your Sky remote and hit the microphone button. Then simply ask your Sky TV to "skip forward three minutes" and you'll instantly move past the ad break. It's an easy way to skip them if you're short on time and don't want to spend an age manually "scrubbing" through the content.

Taking to X, fans have joked that they might take it to the next extreme and head to space or Antartica. They wrote: 'This girl has already traveled all over the world, where are they going for their honeymoon to make it memorable? Mars?' 'Their honeymoon is gonna be three years long', 'For their honeymoon, they will discover Atlantis', 'LMAO right?!? Girl has literally been EVERYWHERE' 'Pre-honeymoon in Mount Everest, main honeymoon on Mars, [and] post-honeymoon in Titanic wreckage'.

Lottie Moss is writing an autobiography one year after suffering seizure from Ozempic use
Lottie Moss is writing an autobiography about her childhood and turbulent life in the spotlight including her seizure after using the drug Ozempic. The former Only Fans creator, 27, reflects on her battles with alcohol and substance abuse issues, according to the Sun. It's understood that she has kept written and video diaries since she was a teenager and will be using them to reference her colorful past. An insider said: 'Lottie has always been known as Kate's little sister - but this is her chance to tell her side of the story. 'She has kept written and video diaries since she was a teenager, so will be compiling all her scribbles and memories into the book. 'Lottie is excited to tell the truth about her struggles with body image, addiction and relationships.' has contacted Lottie's representatives for a comment. Lottie - the half-sister of supermodel Kate Moss - previously admitted she would try weight loss jabs again despite suffering a seizure as a direct result of taking Ozempic. She was rushed to hospital last year after 'illegally' obtaining the drug - originally manufactured to treat diabetes - and consequently suffering a reaction. Speaking to Olivia Attwood on her ITV series The Price Of Perfection, she said: 'I think I've always really struggled with my weight since I was younger and I think modeling didn't help, and always being around these gorgeous, tall models. 'You know I'm small as well, so I was like "I've got to be at least skinny".' Talking about her sister, she added: 'I think I always felt compared to her at the beginning of my career, and I think people expected me to be kind of like a carbon copy of her as well. 'You know, cos she was getting a little bit older, she wasn't doing so much so they thought "oh perfect, now we can have a whole new Kate Moss". 'Like I felt a lot of pressure to be like her and look like her and you know, I dabbled in that party lifestyle. 'That was essentially how they stayed skinny back in the day cos they had this wild party lifestyle.' Lottie said the party lifestyle wasn't for her, so she turned her attention to weight loss jabs, which have grown in popularity. Ozempic is a diabetes medication but it is also being sold privately for weight loss, and celebrities including Sharon Osbourne, Amy Schumer, Boy George and Heather Gay have admitted to using the drug. Lottie, who obtained the jabs 'illegally', explained: 'For me, I needed to keep the weight off and I needed a quick fix and I heard about Ozempic and I thought 'I might as well just give it a go'. 'The way I went around it was really bad, and I shouldn't have, because it was kind of... I kinda got it in an illegal way. 'I got it from a doctor who was giving it out under a table. 'And to give it to someone without doing any tests or anything, or asking them any questions about their health is so, you know, crazy to me.' Lottie revealed she had lost between 13-15lb after just two weeks on the drug, which she described as 'dramatic', before having a seizure. She said she didn't notice the huge drop in her weight at the time 'because you're so sick and tired all the time'. 'I felt something really weird happen as soon as I got on the bed, I had the seizure and they were holding me down,' she recalled. 'I was terrified. I honestly felt like I was dying, and it sounds really dramatic, but I've never had a seizure before.' Lottie said it 'wasn't worth it' and asked herself: 'Why did I do this to my body?' She added: 'I remember, just after I came out of the hospital, I felt good because I was so slim and I get how that feeling can be so addictive now.' Despite the impact the drug had on her health, Lottie admitted she has thought about taking it again. She told Olivia: 'I've thought about it a couple of times, I won't lie. 'I wish I could sit her and say no, honestly. I've definitely thought about it since.'
