Tennis fans had a rather grim Sunday evening (July 13) as their hopes were dashed when Carlos Alcaraz, the Spanish sensation, was defeated in the Wimbledon final. The 22-year- old's winning streak came to a halt by Italy's Jannik Sinner, aged 23.
Sinner's triumph prevented Alcaraz from securing his third consecutive Wimbledon final victory, leaving a visible impact not just on fans peppered throughout the stands but also on royal spectators. Among them, Prince George was spotted sporting an obvious unhappy expression while he watched the men's singles final unfold at Centre Court.

Dressed in a sharp dark blue suit and tie, the young prince was seen showing what some described as an "angry face" complete with hands outstretched before him, while standing up in the Royal Box. A user on X captured the moment, sharing a photo of the 11-year-old royal with the witty caption: "Prince George had some money on Alcaraz."

The image quickly sparked a flurry of more 400 comments, with social media users clearly finding delight in Prince George's candid response. One commented: "Prince George cracks me up."

Another shared: "I love how mad he looks." A different user suggested that this snapshot should be included "in the history books".
A fourth commenter observed: "Little bro is trying hard to remember to act like a future king and not show his true feelings. 10/10." A fifth joined in the conversation: "It's like he puts an angry face on purpose every time the camera gets on him lol... why?"
Prince George is known for his array of facial expressions, captured in photos over the years where he appears joyful, angry, grumpy or even uninterested, especially during public outings or when arriving in a new country for royal duties with his parents.

He was seen 'scowling' at a previous Wimbledon men's singles final in July 2022, once again in the Royal box at Centre Court, smartly dressed in a suit. The eldest child of Prince William and Kate Middleton, the young prince seemed confused as he looked down at the crowd during the Trooping of Colour ceremony in London on June 13, 2015.
Four years later, at the same event, he was spotted pulling a face while standing on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. Even as a toddler, Prince George was snapped having a tantrum, including during his first Royal engagement in July 2016.
This was to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Royal Air Force with a visit to the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford, Gloucestershire, when he was just two years old. His mix reactions at public events reflect his age, and royal fans have come to adore his amusing and relatable expressions.

'I think my cousin's baby name will get her daughter bullied but she won't listen'

The concerned cousin wants to help her relative before it's too late. Picking a name for your baby is a tough decision for any prospective parent. You have to find a name that you like and will be happy using to describe your bundle of joy throughout their life. But you, obviously, have to consider the child too. It's a title they will hear every single day for years to come, so you don't want to pick something that might cause them trouble. ‌ And that's exactly the issue one woman is trying to avoid with one pregnant relative. She and her cousin are "like sisters" so the woman tried to persuade her cousin that the name she has picked could potentially see her daughter bullied in future. ‌ It's not the name itself that she has concerns about, more the unconventional spelling. And having hit a wall with her attempts to talk her cousin round, she turned to social media. She took to Reddit's Tragedeigh forum, a place where users debate names that are "deliberately misspelled or completely made up to appear more unique than they actually are", to ask for advice. The woman revealed that her cousin likes the name Phoebe and wants to give it a "unique twist" when her daughter is born, naming her Feabe. She continued: "I've tried to convince her that people won't understand how to say it, and the traditional spelling looks a lot prettier, but she has her mind set. "She says nobody will read it differently, and uses the names Lia and Lea as examples. I just don't think it's the same thing. But tell me, is it a Tragedeigh like I think it is? Will the kid get bullied?" ‌ The woman shared that the due date is fast approaching and she had made several attempts to talk her cousin round, but to no avail. She said: "I'm struggling here trying to find ways to convince her to change it. I texted her about the Phineas and Ferb reference the kid is going to get, and she just said that she loved the show as a kid. ‌ "Me and my cousin are super close, like sisters, so any suggestions?" And she then revealed that her cousin's planned middle name could also be a Tragedeigh. She said: "It also doesn't help that her middle name will be spelt Feiey, like Fae for fairy. So Feabe Feiey." One user responded to her post: "Wouldn't Fea be a feminine form of feo, Spanish for ugly? Even if not, any chance you can convince your cousin of that?" ‌ Another user commented: "I would pronounce Feabe as Feeb. Maybe Fabe as a distant second guess." While a third replied: "It's reminding me more of 'feeble' than of 'Phoebe'.' A fourth person, taking in the name as a whole, said: "Looking at the first name alone, it just felt weird and less absolutely tragic, but somehow it seems SO much worse paired with the middle name." ‌ Someone else warned: "Any elementary teacher will tell you that Phoebe spelled as Feabe is going to get teased as Flea be and when she's older? Even worse, Fee is for sale to the highest bidder. Kids are Cruel. Girls are crueler." Another Redditor agreed, adding: "It is more than a Tragedeigh; it is child abuse. The poor kid will be called Feeble or Febreeze, and even well-intentioned people will say it incorrectly. "It also entirely hides its Greek meaning of 'bright' or 'shining' (as in Phoebus Apollo), and it disconnects it from any of the characters in mythology, or the woman in the Bible, who have the name Phoebe." Prince William reunion with Prince Harry 'in balance due to Kate Middleton issue'

A royal expert has claimed that, while a reunion between the King and Prince Harry could be on the cards, it could be a completely different story when trying to mend the rift between Harry and William Peace talks between King Charles and Prince Harry are reportedly underway, and while many are hoping for a reconciliation within the royal family, a royal commentator has claimed that while a reunion between Charles and Harry could be on the cards, it may be a lot harder for the Duke of Sussex to mend the rift with his brother, Prince William. News of the potential reconciliation came just last week, when talks were held between Prince Harry 's chief communications officer, Meredith Maines, and King Charles's communications secretary, Tobyn Andreae. The Sussexes' PR representative in the UK, Liam Maguire, was also present for the meeting in London, which took place just moments away from Clarence House. ‌ ‌ Prince Harry has recently made public his desire to bury the hatchet with his family, saying in a tell-all interview with the BBC in May that he 'would love a reconciliation' with the King and Prince William, as he admitted that he was tired of fighting, and he worried about Charles' health because he did 'not know how much longer [his] father has.' While many are holding out hope that King Charles and Prince Harry will reunite after years of their tumultuous relationship seemingly seeing no end, one royal commentator is less convinced of a harmonious reunion between Prince Harry and his older brother, Prince William. Royal biographer Hugo Vickers said that while there is definitely hope for the Duke of Sussex to mend his relationship with his father, there could be a lot more work required to patch things up with William, after public comments made about both William and Kate have had a lasting impact. ‌ Vickers told The Sun: "So as for William. It's much more difficult because the barbs were sent in his direction from Prince Harry, but very much directed towards Catherine. That is very insulting, and I think William is likely to be more of an unforgiving person than his father." The comments in question largely came from Harry's memoir Spare, in which he recalled several moments of opposition between Princess Kate and Meghan Markle. In the autobiography, Harry made allegations towards Kate that she had made Meghan cry over an issue with Princess Charlotte's dress for Harry and Meghan's wedding. ‌ He also wrote that Princess Kate had been 'forced to compete' with Meghan in the eyes of the press, putting a huge strain on the relationship between the two women, and in turn, Prince Harry and Prince William. Mr Vickers added: "I think at the moment, if I was advising Prince Harry, I would say, get onto good terms with your father as soon as possible, and then that's step one and step two, try to get on good terms with your brother." Prince Harry is next due to visit the UK in September, which could mean the first time meeting his father in 18 months if the talks of a reunion are to come to fruition. While it remains unclear who made the first move between the estranged father and son to make amends via their communications teams, the meeting is being hailed as the clearest sign yet that both camps are keen to bury the hatchet after years of explosive interviews and family heartache.
