A small plaque commemorates the recording while another remembers Liam, who died after falling from his hotel balcony in Argentina last October.
Ruth shared two pictures from the location in Somerset, alongside poignant lyrics from the song which read: "I figured it out, nothing can come between you and I."
Last month Ruth paid another tribute to her brother after watching his new Netflix show, Building The Band.
Liam's final TV project, which sees him working as a talent show judge, features a host of music stars including Kelly Rowland and AJ McLean of the Backstreet Boys.
It was filmed just months before Liam fatal fall and his family was given the final sign-off on how he appeared in the show.
Liam appears from episode seven, and the series will be released this Wednesday.
Ruth, 33, watched Building The Band ahead of its release, and took to Instagram to share how "proud" she is of her beloved brother.
She said: "I didn't know whether to share this but it felt weird when I've raved about Liam's work and achievements for the last 15 years.
"I'm heartbroken he never got to see how great he is in this show.
"He knew he had done a good job, we all told him this when we were at filming, but watching it back, wow!
Continuing the emotional message, Ruth said: "You're a star Liam, you always were and always will be.
"There are a range of emotions I felt watching this, but one of the main ones is immeasurable pride, always.
"Miss you more every day."

In the trailer, Liam tells one act: 'You've got a lot of work to do vocally — I need to feel that connection between you guys.'
In another scene he is seen seemingly referring to his own One Direction past when he says: 'How these bands are put together is not normal — we were not put together that way.'
The show brings together 50 musicians who have to form six bands, without ever seeing each other in person.
They perform in individual booths and have to pick one another based on singing ability and compatibility alone.
It shares similarities to how Liam's band One Direction was formed on The X Factor in 2010.

While Havoc might look like a gritty slice of American carnage, it was filmed across some of Wales' most recognisable (and brilliantly disguised) locations. Cardiff's Seren Stiwdios served as the heart of the production, but the relentless action soon spilt out into the streets, quite literally. In September 2021, WalesOnline reported on how Havoc transformed Cardiff Street into a snowy American city scene while shooting for the film. Bute Street in Cardiff saw its ground covered with fake snow and hosted American cars, police cars and a fire engine parked along the road. Scenes were also shot at the historic Pierhead Building and AB Ports, where all sorts of shady dealings and shadowy meetings occur under darkness. To the west, Forest Whitaker's character gets ambushed while parked at Swansea University's Bay campus in a chill setting that turns explosive in seconds. Freshwater West Beach in Pembrokeshire, Wales, was a filming location for the "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" movies, specifically for the Shell Cottage scenes. This gorgeous beach, known for its dramatic dunes and waves, was the backdrop for the heartbreaking scenes where Dobby, the house-elf, is buried. The final film in the trilogy features the 90-foot waterfall as the spot where Robin discovers the Batcave after Batman's apparent death and rappels right through a curtain of cascading water. Standing at 27 meters, Henrhyd Falls is the highest waterfall in South Wales. Visitors can even step behind its cascading white curtain, vanishing just like Gotham's mysterious hero. Local authorities improved access several years ago as the site drew growing numbers of film fans and tourists. Previously, fans had to scramble up a steep, tree-lined hill and wade across a river to reach the falls. Today, a short woodland trail and a footbridge guide visitors directly to the base of the waterfall—where they can step behind the water and into the Batcave's cinematic entrance. Film crews also descended upon the village of Llanberis at the foot of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) in September 2024 for the third series of The Witcher. The pair arrived arm-in-arm at Bristol crown court yesterday and the case was dismissed after she refused to give evidence. Adams, also seen in Doctor Who and Casualty, denied causing actual bodily harm. Outside court, the pair said they were back together and would wed. Adams said: 'I love her with all my heart'.
