Brigade's BuzzWorks expands in Hyderabad with new premium workspace at HITEC City

BuzzWorks, the flexible workspace brand by Brigade Group, has opened its latest centre at Mindspace Business Park in HITEC City, Hyderabad. Spanning over 50,000 sq. ft. and offering 1,000 seats, this new addition signals BuzzWorks' expanding presence beyond Brigade-owned properties and reinforces its focus on delivering high-quality, managed office spaces in prime commercial hubs.
Strategically located in the buzzing IT corridor of Cyberabad, the new centre is designed with everything today's professionals need — from a cafeteria, wellness room, collaborative zones and recreation spaces, to meeting rooms, phone booths and a common boardroom.
This is BuzzWorks' second centre in Hyderabad, following the success of its Auro Orbit workspace, which was themed around 'Urban Forest.' The new space embraces a 'ModZen' theme — a thoughtful blend of modern functionality with Zen-inspired calm — capturing Hyderabad's balance between tech-driven growth and a peaceful lifestyle.
Convenience is another key highlight. The centre has direct skywalk access to Raidurg Metro Station (just 650 metres away), and is well-connected via public transport, cabs, and ample in-campus parking. It also offers easy access to the airport, railway station and business hubs like Gachibowli.

Italy asks Poste, state mint to revive talks over PagoPA deal

By Elvira Pollina and Giuseppe Fonte MILAN (Reuters) -Italy wants state-backed Poste Italiane and the state mint to revive talks to buy PagoPA, the Treasury-owned platform that handles digital payments to the public administration, two sources familiar with the matter said. Under a plan drafted last year, Poste - which has expanded beyond its core mail and parcels business into financial, broadband and energy supply services - would take a minority stake in PagoPA to bolster its payments business. But negotiations hit a snag over the valuation of PagoPA, with Poste and the mint questioning a price tag of 500 million euros ($581 million) determined by a Treasury adviser, Reuters reported in April. According to one of the sources, who declined to be named due to the sensitivity of the matter, the parties are now seeking to finalise a deal in September, although no formal deadline has been set. PagoPA, which this year has handled payments to Italy's public administration worth 57 billion euros, is set to play a leading role in the Italian government's efforts to set up a digital wallet through the IO mobile app. The app enables Italians to store official documents, including proof of their digital identity to access public services online, and to make payments. The prospect of Poste taking a stake in PagoPA has alarmed Italy's crowded banking sector, which is grappling with strong competition in digital payments from the likes of Apple, Google owner Alphabet and PayPal. For its part, Poste is concerned that part of its business might be dented by PagoPA's plan to develop the so-called SEND project, a digital platform for public administrations to send and receive legal notices, a source close to the matter said. Chinese EV Makers Surge in Norway, Shaking Up Europe's Auto Market

Chinese electric vehicle brands are rapidly gaining ground in NorwayEurope's most EV-friendly countryoffering a glimpse into the future of the continent's auto industry. From the arrival of the first MG EV in 2020 to capturing over 10% of Norway's market today, China's EV push is accelerating fastand disrupting Tesla's (TSLA, Financials) dominance in surprising ways. Norway, which plans to end sales of non-electric passenger vehicles by 2025, has become a natural testing ground for EVs. And unlike the U.S. and European Union, the country has not imposed tariffs on Chinese-made electric vehiclesopening the floodgates for brands like BYD (BYDDF, Financials), XPeng (XPEV, Financials), MG, and Nio (NIO, Financials). According to Christina Bu of the Norwegian EV Association, Chinese EVs have earned the trust of local buyers. Chinese automakers now offer at least 20 models in Norwaymany with advanced features at lower price points than their Western counterparts. Tesla remains the top-selling brand in Norway, especially following strong Model Y demand, but competition is heating up. Chinese-owned brands Volvo and Polestar also feature prominently in sales charts, though some analysts distinguish them from pure Chinese makes. Felipe Munoz of JATO Dynamics calls Norway Europe's laboratory for EVs, saying its openness, small size, and lack of a domestic auto industry make it ideal for newcomers. ING's Rico Luman added that European automakers must offer more affordable models to competeespecially as middle-class drivers begin to adopt EVs in larger numbers.
