"As anyone who's seen him on shows like Live at the Apollo will know, audiences can expect non-stop laughs and a great night of comedy."
Dane began his comedy career in 2012 and was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe just two years later, becoming the first Black British comic to receive the nomination.

These performances highlight Breakneck Comedy's ambition to spread entertainment events beyond the confines of big towns and venues.
"At Breakneck Comedy, we're all about bringing big names to smaller places, so as well as cities such as Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Aberdeen, we make sure that our schedules include smaller towns and venues that don't normally get included in tours.
"I'm delighted that we've been able to add some new venues and locations to our list with Dane's tour.
"For us, it's all about bringing comedy to as many people as possible and finding new venues and spaces that we can bring the laughter to."
The tour begins in Aberdeen on Friday, September 12, and concludes in Banchory on Sunday, September 21.

Girlfriend's tribute to 'inspirational' ice hockey star killed in horror Ibiza fall
Gary Kelly, from Dundee, died instantly in the fall at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel during the early hours of Monday morning, July 21, with his devastated girlfriend leading tributes The heartbroken girlfriend of a Scottish ice hockey star who tragically died after falling from an Ibiza hotel has paid tribute to her "inspiring" late boyfriend. Gary Kelly, a talented sportsman from Dundee, tragically lost his life in a fall at Ibiza Rocks during the early hours of Monday morning, July 21. Despite two ambulances rushing to the scene, paramedics sadly confirmed there was nothing they could do to save him. This same hotel has now seen four tourists fall to their deaths while staying at the establishment in recent months. Louise Essery, the 19-year-old's girlfriend, shared a touching tribute to Gary, whom she described as inspirational in every aspect of his life. Taking to Facebook with a poignant statement, Louise told loved ones that she would "remember the good times" and "celebrate the love he brought into their lives." She penned: "I never thought I would be sat here writing a goodbye. For those who knew Gary, oh you were so lucky. His passion and dedication was inspiring, whether in hockey, work, or with loved ones. I'm struggling to understand how you are no longer with me. "It hasn't really hit me yet. Gary taught and showed me valuable lessons that I'll carry with me forever. I think it's important to remember the good times and to celebrate the love he brought into our lives." She went on: "Everything feels heavy, and words can't express the love I have for Gary. I wish you could see how much you are loved. Even though our experiences together have paused, the memories we made will stay with me forever. I miss you so much already. "Thank you for the kind messages about Gary; they mean a lot. I love you forever and always, Gary Kelly." Spanish authorities confirmed in a statement that they were alerted to the incident at around 12.40am, reports the Daily Record. An investigation has been initiated following the most recent fatality at the hotel. Evan Thomson, from Aberdeen, tragically lost his life just two weeks ago at the same four-star hotel. The 26-year-old, who was on holiday with a mate celebrating his birthday, fell to his death on July 7. Gary, who played ice hockey for both Dundee Stars and Aberdeen Lynx last season, was remembered as a "hugely talented and charismatic individual". His sister, Kharis Kelly, also left a heartfelt tribute saying: "Our hearts are shattered beyond words. Our handsome boy has gone to the other side, Absolutely no words. We are asking everyone to respect our privacy as a family while we try to navigate through this tragic news. You'll forever be our boy Gary, Sleep tight." A spokesman for the Spanish Civil Guard added: "The fall could be accidental based on the early information obtained from cameras but as part of the investigation possible witnesses will need to be located and interviewed. The results of the post-mortem will also be important to the investigation." On Monday, bosses at Ibiza Rocks said they were "deeply shocked and devastated" following the latest tragedy as they suspended all events at the hotel. A spokesperson stated: "Our priority is to support those affected and their loved ones during this incredibly difficult time, and to fully assist the authorities with their investigations. "The safety and wellbeing of our guests has, and always will remain, our highest priority. Given the seriousness of the situation and out of respect for those involved, we believe it is right to pause our advertised events programme at this time."

Richard Osman's therapist blunt advice amid 'addiction' and 'shame' battle
Former Pointless co-host Richard Osman has opened up on his battle with addiction and the poignant advice he was given by his therapist, which he initially brushed off Richard Osman revealed that he was given frank advice by his therapist while confronting a food addition and discomfort over his height. The former Pointless presenter turned to therapy in his 30s to address his struggles with eating. Speaking on BBC Radio 4's Desert Island Discs, the best-selling author noted that, unlike the "doomed glamour" often linked to alcohol or drug use, food addiction is rarely romanticised. Nevertheless, he admitted that his own experience was "identical" to that of someone battling alcoholism. Richard opened up about the "shame" and "secrecy" that surrounded his struggle with addition. In a conversation with presenter Lauren Laverne, he recalled visiting a friend's house and wondering how they could leave chocolate bars "untouched" without temptation, the Express reports. Although he has gotten professional help, Richard acknowledged that his relationship with food will likely remain a lifelong challenge. He told Radio 4 listeners: "I'm either controlling it or not controlling it at any given time, and these days I control it more often than I don't, but it's actually quite hard and sometimes you do slip, but I try my best and I certainly have no shame about it now." The Thursday Murder Club author also reflected on a sense of feeling "directionless" throughout his thirties, despite being in a steady relationship and raising two children. Richard credits "years of therapy" for getting to a place where he finally felt "happy with himself." At this time his therapist offered him some blunt advice about what was missing in the TV producer's life. Richard told The Sunday Times: "I'd spent years in therapy dealing with food addiction, feeling too tall, feeling like I couldn't see anything and feeling shame that in Brian Wilson's words, 'I wasn't made for these times.'" "I got to a point where I was happy in myself and my work but my therapist said, 'You won't finish your journey until you're in a relationship'. He was right." Richard had always wanted to feel "part of a team" - a desire that was fulfilled in 2022 when he met Doctor Who actress Ingrid Oliver during an appearance on his show House of Games. He remembered being aware of Ingrid a year earlier but was told by his friend, comedian Lou Sanders, that she was already in a relationship. Although their contact had been minimal and limited to a single interaction on social media, Richard found her "very funny." However, Richard found himself completely taken with Ingrid during her appearance on House of Games, especially after she responded to a question he had asked: "I'm looking for two rhyming answers. A musical instrument filled with rice played by shaking, and the capital of Venezuela." When Ingrid answered with "Maracas and Caracas," Richard felt certain she was "the one." Their connection deepened after the show, eventually ending in them tying the knot at the scenic Goodwood House in West Sussex in December 2022. Describing the occasion as "very un-showbizzy," Richard said it was an intimate celebration surrounded by close friends and family. While on Desert Island Discs, Richard shared: "I'm happy with myself, I've got these beautiful kids, I've met the woman who I'm going to be with for the rest of my life."
