A new dessert option has arrived at Wendy's.
After debuting Frosty Swirls on April 15, Frosty Fusions will debut nationwide on May 12, according to the fast food chain. Wendy's initially announced both items in March 2025 at its Investor Day event.

'Our new Frosty Swirls and Frosty Fusions will give our fans even more ways to enjoy this classic treat.'
For Frosty Swirls, customers choose between a classic Vanilla or Chocolate Frosty and can then choose one of three sauces to mix in:

'Emily in Paris' actor says he was devastated after being 'fired' from show: 'A tragedy'

Rupert Everett is saying au revoir to "Emily in Paris," but not by choice. The actor, who played designer Giorgio Barbieri in one episode of the Netflix show's fourth season, told Vanity Fair he was devastated to learn he will not be returning for Season 5. "I was fired," Everett, 66, claimed. "I did a scene in the latest season, and they told me, 'Next year we'll speak.' I waited for them to call me – but ultimately, it never came, and they just fired me." USA TODAY has reached out to representatives for Netflix for comment. Everett indicated his departure from the show was due to script changes, and Vanity Fair cited a source who said his character's story reached its conclusion. "Show business is always very difficult, from the beginning to the end," he told the outlet. "When they write the screenplay, they think they want you – but then things change, and they lose your character. I don't know why." Still, Everett said he was upset about not being brought back. "For me, it was a tragedy. I was in bed for two weeks because I couldn't get over it," he said. Lily Collins stars in "Emily in Paris" as Emily Cooper, an American who moves to France for work. Everett made his debut on the show in its latest episode, released in September 2024. The Season 4 finale, "All Roads Lead to Rome," introduced Giorgio as an old friend of Emily's boss Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu). Social media weighs in on High Noon, Celsius mix-up

News that some popular canned cocktails were mislabeled as non-alcoholic energy drinks instantly drew online comparisons to a Willy Wonka-like golden ticket search. Meanwhile, others raised concerns about the mix-up's implications for people who are sober or abstaining from alcohol. High Noon issued a recall on July 29 for its Beach Variety 12-pack vodka seltzers after some cans were mislabeled as Celsius Astro Vibe Sparkling Blue Razz Edition drinks, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's website. "Consumption of the liquid in these cans will result in unintentional alcohol ingestion," the recall said. High Noon recall: Vodka seltzers mislabeled as Celsius energy drinks What to know about High Noon recall caused by Celsius cans High Noon said some Celsius cans were mistakenly filled with the alcoholic beverage. The mix-up happened after a shared packaging supplier erroneously shipped empty Celsius cans to High Noon, the company said. According to the recall notice, the affected packs were sent to stores in Florida, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin between July 21 and July 23: "We are working with the FDA, retailers, and distributors to proactively manage the recall to ensure the safety and well-being of our consumers," High Noon said in a statement to USA TODAY. No illnesses have been reported in connection to the recall so far, according to High Noon. Internet reacts to High Noon, Celsius mix-up Social media users were quick to react to the unusual blunder that caused the recall, with many saying they were hoping to find the affected cans for an unexpected booze break. "This is the one recall i want to be apart of," one person wrote on TikTok. Others on X, formerly Twitter, chimed in with the same sentiment. Some even compared such a discovery to "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." The famous children's series is based on a contest to find a golden ticket in order to tour Willy Wonka's factory. Some people, on the other hand, raised concerns about the possible implications that mixing up an energy drink with an alcoholic one could have.
