The clip shows the brave man spotting the suspected shoplifter brazenly getting out of the clutches of security outside a Walmart store.
He charges towards the man and slams into his trolley, which was filled with items he allegedly did not pay for.
A fight breaks out when the cyclist confronts the alleged shoplifter and says: "If you did pay for it, just pick it up b****."
The other man then starts to slowly walk away, with his expression seemingly showing guilt.
The video vigilante then shouts: "Did you pay for it? If you did not steal, pick it up, pick it the f*** up b****.
"Get out of where you piece of s***."
The suspected shoplifter then walks away from the scene.
A similar incident occurred in 2023 when another video vigilante intervened after seeing a suspected shoplifter leave Walmart with a shopping cart loaded with groceries.
Anthony Wood's brave intervention and viral video helped police identify the suspect, who repeatedly denied stealing the items.
The incident occurred in a Walmart parking lot near Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2014.

Smith told ABC News that he saw the man looking around before bolting out the store with a cart stacked full of grocery products and paper towels.
As soon as Smith realized the person might be stealing the items, he took out his phone and began recording.
The fearless vigilante even began shouting at the man as he loaded the items into his car.
It comes after a woman was accused of pulling off a wild ticket-switching stunt at Walmart.
She walked out with hundreds of dollars in goods until surveillance video caught up with her.
The woman racked up 19 visits using the same sneaky trick, cops said.
The alleged scheme went down in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, roughly 80 miles from Milwaukee.
Hailey Wildfong, 38, is now charged with one count of felony retail theft, Seehafer News reported.
In another case earlier this year, a man named Speedy Gonzalez was arrested in Georgia for ripping off Walmart stores with a trash can trick.
The 40-year-old allegedly stuffed pricey products into empty bins, scanned the bins, and walked out with the loot.
Gonzalez reportedly stole items like nicotine, diabetic strips, and gum, all while avoiding staff detection.
Authorities say Gonzalez pulled the scam off at least 20 times across stores in Georgia.

Dr Brucato contrasted Kohberger's 'evil' psychosexual fantasies with the extreme misogyny that drove infamous incel murderer Elliot Rodger. Kohberger, 30, was charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of burglary for the November 2022 killings but controversially accepted a plea deal in July 2025 to avoid the death penalty. Asked whether the victims' families' heartfelt statements at the sentencing would have any effect on Kohberger, Dr Brucato said he feared that for killers like him, such public grief becomes part of their fantasy. 'That's because they had a sense that for a budding serial killer like Kohberger, the motive is to compensate for feelings of inadequacy. 'Those killers want to level the playing field through domination, control and manipulation of other people, usually in a psychosexual way, or in the playing out of some sort of fantasy. 'The idea is to tear them apart: to show that nothing that was done did that. That in the end, no one cares about you. That they've achieved no degree of notoriety beyond kind of a flash. I think that's terrific. 'But we must think about the kind of person this is, and I am afraid to say, he was like an automaton during those statements. 'Like a calculating machine – I wondered while he was sitting there he wasn't reliving in his mind what he had done, fantasising.' Brucato went on to describe Kohberger as a 'textbook serial killer' whose motivations, like Ted Bundy's, centred on control interwoven with sexual desire. Both killers were educated and superficially charming, the forensic psychologist observed, using their intelligence to carefully plan attacks on young women driven by fantasies of domination rather than obvious rage. Kohberger's interest in Bundy was well-documented - court documents reveal he had undertaken several Google searches on the serial killer before the murders took place. 'Control is really what this story is all about', Dr Brucato argued. 'Everything, even including this plea deal, seems to be about control. That's precisely why we feel so dissatisfied. 'Here's somebody who was arbitrating who lives and who dies, and ultimately managed to live himself, that's depressing. 'Kohberger is quite easy to figure out. His motives, as demonstrated in what was on the ground, are fairly classic. 'There are clues that this was psychosexual. Kohberger was viewing deeply disturbing pornography – and he clearly idolised sexually motivated serial killers. 'The greatest clue was that he purchased the knife months before there was even a victim selected. 'That means you have a fantasy, then you go out like a casting agent to find a person you can cast in your fantasy. 'A representative of the group he felt rejected by. Attractive young women – he homed in on a specific victim who was representative of that whole group.' Brucato said that the lack of personal relationship between Kohberger and his victims is particularly reminiscent of Bundy. 'A serial killer doesn't want a direct connection with his victim', the forensic psychologist said. 'There's a story about Ted Bundy that he once picked up a potential victim and she started talking too much about her life, her identity – that he dumped her because it was too difficult to project onto her.' Some media outlets initially compared Kohberger to incel killer Elliot Rodger, the 22-year-old who murdered six people in California in 2014 out of hatred toward women who rejected him. But asked by host Collins whether he sees validity in the comparison, Dr Brucato said Kohberger was more 'imitating Bundy' and doesn't meet the 'definition of an incel'. 'Bundy is much more of what Kohberger aspired to be', he told the podcast. 'The in-control person who knows how to use empathy to manipulate people. 'What you see in Kohberger was more that, when women would get near him, he wouldn't know what to do. 'If he ever got in an intimate moment, he would shut the woman down or condescend them or say something weird. 'He told a woman he went on a date with that he would like to tickle her, that she had great birthing hips. 'That's very different to an incel. An incel doesn't even get the opportunity.'

A BRIT comedian faces up to three years in a Turkish prison after she forgot to pay at a Zara store. Cerys Nelmes, from Bristol, claims she absentmindedly wandered out of the shop with clothes before realising she hadn't paid. 5 5 5 She says she went back to the store in Istanbul to return the items and offered to pay. But despite this, she was detained and accused of shoplifting. Nelmes, who is a rising name in the Bristol comedy scene, took to social media to explain the incident. "On Tuesday I left a Zara store in Istanbul without paying for items," she said. "I returned straight away and handed the items to staff. I was asked to pay and I said I would and the manager accepted this. "To cut a long story short I was then taken to a locked room where hours later after no communication from anyone I was taken away by police and held in a police station and was asked to sign things I couldn't read. "I was put in a prison cell for 24 hours with no food or toilet facilities. "When I asked for water, I was told they didn't understand me." Nelmes was brought before a judge the next day, who permitted her release but barred her from leaving Turkey. She now faces a potential three-year prison sentence. Man charged after being restrained by passengers on EasyJet flight from Luton to Glasgow
A man has been charged after an incident during an Easyjet flight from Luton to Glasgow airport. Footage of the incident circulating online appears to show a man standing in the aisle shouting 'death to America, death to Trump ' and 'Allahu akbar', an Arabic phrase that means 'God is greater'. The suspect is then seen being tackled to the ground by two men. He was removed from the aircraft and arrested after arriving at the airport at 8.20am on Sunday. Police Scotland have confirmed a 41-year-old man has been arrested and charged and is due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Monday. They said the footage is being assessed by counter-terror officials. The incident occurred during a period of heightened security in Scotland as President Donald Trump enjoys a private visit to his two golf resorts.
