Crimewatch Live star Michelle thrilled fans with the declaration while appearing alongside her co-host Gethin Jones.
Michelle revealed: "Yes, I am four months pregnant!" She added: "I still can't quite believe it myself really."
The mum-to-be married her sports coach husband Ben Ryan last year.
Former rugby star Ben, 53, and Michelle dated for two years before they got engaged during a forest proposal in April 2022.
The sports coach - who helped scoop a gold medal at the Rio Olympics in 2016 - is now a performance director at English Premier League football team Brentford FC.
Speaking about her doting husband Ben, she admitted: "He has been so chilled.
"The thing is, I'm not really sleeping well at the moment so I've been waking up in the middle of the night at 3am and I've been taking it upon myself to wake Ben up and say this is what we are going to have to get used to!"
The TV presenter told followers on social media: "I can't believe it's nearly been a year since getting married and I honestly didn't think 12months on that I'd be writing a post sharing that I'm pregnant…
"I wanted to share though as my journey with endometriosis and infertility is something I finally felt confident to start speaking about more openly last year - realising how many other women were going through similar experiences.
"Feeling part of a community - especially when it comes to women's health can really make a difference.
Michelle Ackerley is worlds away from Morning Live as she parties in nightclub in daring slashed dress
"Even at the very start of this year I was gearing up for yet another endo procedure and trying to come to terms with the mental and physical impact they can have.
"It has been quite the emotional rollercoaster. The news of falling pregnant really came as a massive surprise to both of us. We still can't quite believe it.
"And so in October, the start of a new chapter begins for @benryan7s and I, albeit with nervous and cautious excitement."
In a previous interview with Closer, she explained about dealing with menopause-like symptoms aged 24 and having HRT injections.
She said: "It worked, but basically put me into an early form of menopause for 18 months.
"I was given monthly injections into my stomach, which made my periods completely stop. I'd experience these intense hot flushes, my skin became itchy and sore and I had (acne) breakouts on my face.
"I suffered extreme mood swings so I was all over the place, feeling really panicky and then really angry.
"I was experiencing intense pain with my endometriosis and heavy bleeding," Michelle shared.
The radio presenter previously told Hello! about Ben: "One of the things I love about Ben is that he has such a calm aura about him and I feel safe around him.
"He's also great fun; we've also got the same sense of humour and we can just spend all of our time together cracking up laughing at stupid things."
The TV star is the daughter of television presenter and life coach Mavis, who she often appears with on shows including Morning Live and BBC's Dirty Rotten Scammers.
The presenter, who was born in Manchester, began her career in local radio.
She then moved onto BBC Watchdog, followed by The One Show, Fantasy Homes By The Sea and Loose Women.
She has also starred in Celebrity Mastermind, Celebrity MasterChef and World's Strongest Man.

Justin Timberlake reveals secret health battle and confesses symptoms have been ‘relentlessly debilitating' on tour
JUSTIN Timberlake opened up about a 'relentlessly debilitating' health diagnosis after facing major backlash for his world tour performance. Timberlake shared a shocking health issue he's been dealing with amid criticism from fans that he appears "lazy" and "tired" on stage. 1 Justin Timberlake shared a shocking health diagnosis Credit: Getty Images - Getty The singer commemorated wrapping up the The Forget Tomorrow World Tour on July 30 with a lengthy post on Instagram. "This has been the most fun, emotional, gratifying, physically demanding, and, at times, grueling experience," the former NSYNC member said of his solo tour. "I could not have done it without my family, friends, The TN Kids, and all of YOUR support." Timberlake went on to reveal that he's been struggling with Lyme disease over the past couple of years. "Among other things, I've been battling some health issues, and was diagnosed with Lyme disease -— which I don't say so you feel bad for me –– but to shed some light on what I've been up against behind the scenes." Throughout the tour, the singer has been accused of "hardly singing," with many branding his performances "lazy." 'Justin Timberlake really thought he could do the bare minimum & get away with it?" one person posted on social media. In his post, Timberlake addressed his performance and the difficulties he experienced on stage. "When I first got the diagnosis I was shocked for sure," he wrote. "But, at least I could understand why I would be onstage and in a massive amount of nerve pain or, just feeling crazy fatigue or sickness." Timberlake said the diagnosis forced him to decide whether to keep touring or to put a hold on all of his shows. "I decided the joy that performing brings me far outweighs the fleeting stress my body was feeling. I'm so glad I kept going," he reflected. The singer went on to say he is trying to be more transparent amid his diagnosis so others don't misinterpret his actions. "Sharing all of this with the hope that we can all find a way to be more connected," he wrote. "I'd like to do my part to help others experiencing this disease, too." Timberlake concluded his post by thanking his friends, family, fans, and crew members for their support over the past two years. More to follow... England hero Ella Toone reveals hidden family heartbreak she suffered just hours before the Lionesses won the Euro 2025 final as she pens emotional message
England midfielder Ella Toone has revealed the heartbreaking family tragedy she kept hidden during the Lionesses' dramatic Euro 2025 final victory — the death of her beloved grandmother on the morning of the match. Toone, 25, started the final against Spain in Basel and was substituted off for Beth Mead in the 87th minute with the scores locked at 1–1. England went on to retain their European title despite Mead missing the opening spot-kick of a dramatic penalty shootout. Goalkeeper Hannah Hampton made two crucial saves and Alex Greenwood, Niamh Charles and Chloe Kelly all successfully converted. But behind the joy of the celebrations, Toone was carrying immense personal grief. Posting on Instagram four days later, the Manchester United star shared that her grandmother, known affectionately as Nanna Maz, had died just hours before one of the biggest games of her career. Alongside nine photos of her nan, Toone wrote: 'Even in the highest of highs life can hit you with the lowest of lows. My Nana Maz took her last breath on the morning of our Euro final. I have comfort in knowing she got to watch from the best seat in the house with Dad, her favourite person. 'I'll miss you forever nan but I'll cherish the special memories we made, there isn't enough words I can possibly say to sum up the person you were, but I'm grateful you were my nanna. My football loving , crazy, funny Nan.' 'All those years ago when you put a bet on at the bookies that I would play for England one day & on the day you leave us we bring it home again. You always knew it.' 'Say hello to our angels up there, grandad's been waiting for you for a while. Love you always, our "famous" Nanna Maz x'. The message then signed off: 'Hello Nan. It's Ella x'. Toone's father passed away in September last year, and she had already hinted at the emotional weight of Sunday's final in a post shared shortly after full-time. Uploading a photo of herself hugging team-mate Mead — who lost her mum in 2023 — Toone wrote: 'We did it for our angels in the sky. Forever with us & forever proud.' Toone also shared a picture from the family's seating area at St. Jakob-Park. Despite the match being sold out, seat 430 was left empty. 'Spare seat next to my mum tonight,' she wrote. 'If that's not a sign I don't know what is. I know you were there Dad. Love you cock.' The football community quickly rallied around Toone following Thursday's Instagram tribute. Fellow Lioness Lauren Hemp commented: 'Sending love Tooney' followed by a red heart emoji. Nana Maz was one of Toone's biggest fans and regularly cheered her on from the sidelines Mead left three red heart emojis beneath the post, while Gabby George, a club-mate of Toone at Manchester United, wrote: 'The strength you have is truly insane! Sending you all my love, love you soo much Toones'. Toone's grandmother had become a favourite among fans after appearing in light-hearted clips on her YouTube channel. In one, she could be heard speaking with Toone on the phone — a moment that charmed viewers across the country. Back in 2023, Toone joked: 'My nan now thinks she's famous off the back of it and everyone is asking about her.' And it turns out she was also one of Toone's earliest backers — even placing a bet when her granddaughter was still a child that she'd one day play for England. On Sunday, that prophecy was fulfilled once again. Toone has now represented the Lionesses 65 times since 2021, scoring 23 goals.

John Torode looks tired on stroll after wife Lisa breaks silence on MasterChef exit
Former MasterChef judge John Torode was seen on a stroll with his dog and a friend this week after his wife Lisa Faulkner broke her silence on his departure from the BBC show Former MasterChef judge John Torode was spotted on a stroll with his dog Rory this week. It comes after his wife Lisa Faulkner broke her silence amid the scandal over the show and she later said that Rory had kept her smiling through it. It was announced earlier this month that John, 60, would not have his contract renewed. Production company Banijay said that an investigation into Gregg Wallace's behaviour by firm Lewis Silkin had "substantiated an accusation of highly offensive racist language against" John. John has however said: "I have no recollection of what I'm accused of." John was seen enjoying a walk with his dog Rory and a friend in London earlier this week amid the fallout from the scandal. It comes as the presenter's former co-star Gregg continues to promote his health and fitness coaching following his own departure from MasterChef. John was spotted out in the capital city on Tuesday as he enjoyed a relaxed walk with Rory and restaurateur Peter Horton. The pals are said to have been seen chatting as they took a stroll together whilst accompanied by John's dog. The former MasterChef host, who appeared to be yawning in some photos from the outing, opted for a casual look. John was seen wearing a blue t-shirt, grey hoodie, blue joggers and a pair of blue trainers for the walk two days ago. It comes after his wife Lisa, 53, broke her silence after John's departure from MasterChef, which he had co-hosted since it relaunched in 2005. She thanked fans for their support in a video on Instagram just a few days ago. Lisa said in the video message: ""Hi there. I just wanted to check in and say hello. I'm here and just thank you for all your lovely comments because they really, really mean a lot." She concluded by telling her followers: "So thank you." She later revealed that the couple's dog has kept her smiling lately amid John making headlines over his exit from the TV show. She made the remark in a post on the platform alongside a photo of herself and Rory on Tuesday. Lisa wrote: "Our little shadow over the past few weeks. I can't tell you how much Rory has kept me smiling. Every day she wakes up wagging her tail, smiling and greeting a new day with her positivity! My motto really is Be More Rory." Earlier this month, the BBC said: "John Torode has identified himself as having an upheld allegation of using racist language against him. This allegation, which involves an extremely offensive racist term being used in the workplace, was investigated and substantiated by the independent investigation led by the law firm, Lewis Silkin. John Torode denies the allegation. "He has stated he has no recollection of the alleged incident and does not believe that it happened. He also says that any racial language is wholly unacceptable in any environment. The BBC takes this upheld finding extremely seriously. We will not tolerate racist language of any kind and, as we have already said, we told Banijay UK, the makers of MasterChef, that action must be taken. John Torode's contract on MasterChef will not be renewed." Shortly after, John posted a statement that read: "Although I haven't heard from anyone at the BBC or Banijay - I am seeing and reading that I've been 'sacked' from MasterChef and I repeat that I have no recollection of what I'm accused of. The enquiry could not even state the date or year of when I am meant to have said something wrong. "I'd hoped that I'd have some say in my exit from a show I've worked on since its relaunch in 2005, but events in last few days seem to have prevented that. Over the past few months, I have been considering my life and the shape of it now and in the future. "Celebrity MasterChef, which I recently filmed with Grace Dent along with two fantastic Christmas specials will be my last. Personally, I have loved every minute working on MasterChef, but it's time to pass the cutlery to someone else. For whoever takes over, love it as I have. "I will watch fondly from afar as I now focus on the many other exciting projects that I have been working towards. My tummy will be grateful for a rest after 20 years of eating, but what a joy it has been. Life is everchanging and ever moving & sometimes personal happiness and fulfilment lay elsewhere. Thank you for the many years of MasterChef." As previously reported, production company Banijay said: "The legal team at Lewis Silkin that investigated the allegations relating to Gregg Wallace also substantiated an accusation of highly offensive racist language against John Torode which occurred in 2018. This matter has been formally discussed with John Torode by Banijay UK, and whilst we note that John says he does not recall the incident, Lewis Silkin have upheld the very serious complaint. Banijay UK and the BBC are agreed that we will not renew his contract on MasterChef."
