Love Island viewers left raging as TWO islanders are dumped in savage twist including fan favourite
New bombshells Bilikis Azeez and Ryan Bannister shook things up in the Mallorcan villa on Tuesday night but were given just 24 hours to make a lasting impression.
In a shock turn of events, the Islanders were faced with a recoupling one day after their arrival, but there was an unlikely twist in store.
Rather than Bilikis and Ryan getting the chance to choose, the existing Islanders were simply told to stand up if they wanted to recouple with one of the bombshells.
Conor Phillips was the only Islander to stand up for Bilikis, leading to their recoupling and making Alima Gagio single - despite her budding connection with Ben Holbrough.
But in another brutal move, none of the coupled up girls stood up for new arrival Ryan, leaving the dejected new bombshell single just 24 hours after his entrance.
Though bombshells are often protected in the first recoupling, Ryan was brutally dumped alongside fan favourite Alima, leaving fans raging and the villa in tears.
Taking to X - formerly known as Twitter - viewers called for 'justice' for Alima and slammed the shocking twist as 'unfair' because Ryan had just entered the villa.
Comments included: 'Justice for Alima'; 'Nah Altima leaving is a cruel injustice…';
'That's not even fair, asking if people want to couple up with them in less than 24 hours?';
'Why didn't Ryan and Billykiss choose, this is so unfair'; 'Justice for Alima!!! Petition to bring her back for Casa';
'Justice for Alima! She deserved better than she got'; 'It literally doesn't make the show any more interesting when they get rid of people after a day.'
Some viewers even argued that Toni Laites should have enacted her revenge on partner Harrison Solomon after his kiss with Helena Ford and stood up for Ryan, leaving him single and dumped.
They fumed: 'WDYM ALIMA GOT DUMPED AND WHY DIDNY TONI STAND UP WE COULDVE GOTTEN HARRISON DUMPED';
Some viewers argued that Toni Laites should have enacted her revenge on partner Harrison Solomon after his kiss with Helena Ford and stood up for Ryan, leaving him single and dumped
'If I was Toni I'd have stepped forward for Ryan and sent Harrison home'; 'I just clocked Toni could of stood up and sent Harrison HOME. Why didn't she?!!!! That would of been a moment';
'She should have recoupled with Ryan, even as friends or pretended to like him, and that rat Harrison would have been out.'
Earlier in the episode, Harrison had left Toni reeling after he snuck off for a secret kiss with Helena.
On Tuesday, Harrison had gone to the terrace with Helena for a smooch while Toni - who he is coupled up with - was out on a date with Ryan.
He confessed to his antics in Wednesday's episode as he told Toni: 'I was just talking with Helena, we had a little chat and we had one kiss…'
Toni was not happy at all and quizzed Harrison on why he never does things in front of her, instead always sneaks off behind her back.
With Toni's birthday the next day, Harrison tried to make things right as he cooked her eggs sunny side up for her breakfast, laying them out alongside some red noses.
Harrison also enlisted the lads to line up to sing happy birthday to her, but Toni savagely used her fork to tear the roses off their stems, hinting all was not forgiven.
She then debriefed with Shakira at the firepit, with her mind made up about how she wanted to handle everything that has gone down.
'Point one - a man who's for everyone is not a man for me. Point two - I did not come all the way here to cry,' she fumed.
'Point three - if you can't make a decision, I'm going to make it for you.'
Toni then invited Harrison to the Terrace to tell him her decision, insisting: 'This is done. You've made your bed. Lie in it.'
It seems he soon regretted his behaviour, as he confided in Conor about how he was feeling, saying: 'I'm sad, that actually hit me harder than I thought, you know...'
Conor - fresh off the back of Megan being dumped from the Island just as he was getting to know her - told him: 'It's probably just a classic case of you don't know what you have until it's gone.'
As well as her kiss with Harrison, Helena has also been flirting with her former partner Harry Cooksley after whispering 'I can't wait to f**k you' in his ear during the heartrate challenge.
Her X-rated remark left Harry's current partner Shakira Khan fuming and she told him he was on 'thin ice', though gave him another chance.

‘Nobody wants this!' scream Love Island fans as controversial challenge returns and viewers threaten to ‘switch off'
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) THE iconic baby challenge is making a comeback to Love Island tonight but fans are feeling far from ready. In the coming episodes, viewers will witness the Love Islanders coupled up and doing their best to take care of a screaming baby doll. Sign up for the Entertainment newsletter Sign up 4 At the end of last night's show, it was revealed the baby challenge will be coming back 4 Olivia Attwood and Chris Hughes completed the baby challenge in 2017 during season 3 of Love Island Credit: Rex The Love Island challenge is supposed to truly test all of the sets of couples to see if they can keep their cool and successfully look after a little one. For some, the challenge will bring them closer. But others may leave thinking twice about whether they wish to have children in the future. Fans of the show are far from happy to hear the news though, taking to social media to express their disappointment in seeing the challenge return. 'We wanted the tweet challenge back!! No one cares about some f*** ass baby dolls,' said one user. A second shared: 'I actually hate the baby doll challenge. Lol this is when I stop watching'. A third agrees: 'There is nothing I hate more than the baby challenge, actively skip it everytime.' The ITV2 show made the decision to axe the baby challenge after nine seasons back in 2023 to allow space to welcome new tasks and challenges to the show. A sports day event was instead switched in place that year, and saw the Islanders competed in various athletic and silly games. At the time, fans were sad to see the baby challenge go, deeming the replacement as 'boring and dull'. One Twitter user shared: 'All I wanted was Tyrella in the baby challenge. Was that too much to ask for???'. Love Island gets over 9,000 Ofcom complaints in just a week as fuming viewers slam show But this year it seems that viewers feel the opposite way. Lasting love has been found in the villa for ex-Islanders, including Molly-Mae Hague, 26, and Tommy Fury, 26, who made it through the baby challenge in 2019. The couple, who briefly split in August last year, welcomed their first child, daughter Bambi, back in 2023. With tensions already high between many of the duos in this year's lineup, including Dejon and Meg, it's going to be interesting seeing what unfolds. Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2. 4 The Love Islanders have undertaken other challenges like balancing books on their heads, but nothing compared to this Credit: Eroteme

Leaked video of Love Islanders filming outside the villa in Mallorca ‘reveals' who gets dumped tonight, claim fans
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A LOVE Island fan has leaked a video "revealing" which couple is axed tonight. The villa faces another dumping following a public vote. Sign up for the Entertainment newsletter Sign up 4 A leaked fan video has 'revealed' that Helena and Blu will be dumped tonight Credit: Eroteme 4 Blu is missing from a new promo shoot that a fan filmed outside the Mallorca villa Credit: Eroteme 4 Blu was nowhere to be seen - leading fans to believe he and Helena have been axed Credit: Eroteme And now eagle-eyed fans are convinced they've worked out who has been eliminated after a TikTok user shared a clip of the boys filming final week promo scenes outside the Mallorca villa today. Harry, Dejon, Conor, Cash, Ty and Jamie could be seen strutting down the road as they were surrounded by camera crew. The video showed all the lads except for Blu. Fans flooded the comment section with theories that Blu and Helena, who are currently in a friendship couple, have been dumped. One wrote: "I mean I knew Blu and Helena were gonna go but thanks for confirming it." A second said: "No Blu? No Helena? We've won the war!" A third commented: "Omg that means Blu and Helena got dumped." "Can watch the episode in peace now knowing Blu has been dumped," a fourth posted. Following tonight's talent show, one Islander receives a text which reads: 'Islanders. The public have been voting for their favourite couple. The couple with the fewest votes and therefore dumped from the island is…..' Another Islander then receives another text revealing the couple. Love Island gets over 9,000 Ofcom complaints in just a week as fuming viewers slam show If Blu and Helena are dumped from the island, it won't come as a huge surprise to fans. Helena has been involved in her fair share of drama after being in a love triangle with Harry and Shakira for most of the series. Last week Harry confessed his feelings for Shakira and dumped Helena just days after going exclusive with her. Helena has also come under fire for her "mean girl" behaviour along with Meg and Megan. While Blu has also caused controversy after fans fumed over his alleged "bullying" behaviour towards Toni. Viewers flooded social media with messages of concern about his supposed "harassment" and insisted they will contact the broadcasting watchdog. Returning Love Island star Blu was axed from the matchmaking show earlier in the series, yet made a recent unexpected return alongside Megan Forte Clarke. Yet now viewer complaints have escalated to his supposed "bullying" of Toni - a claim reinforced by her mother on TikTok - and as such, they have told how they are contacting Ofcom with their worries. It came after a particularly "bitter and sarky" scene featuring the pair, which led one fan to post on X: "I'm sorry Blu is a bully! @Ofcom will be hearing from me." A second quizzed: "Why is Blu in the villa???????" as a third put: "I'm reporting Blu and Meg to Ofcom for harassment. Toni wanted nothing to do with it yet they're literally trying to force a reaction out of her for no f**king reason." Another urged: "Can people complain to Ofcom about Blu and Meg's behaviour then?" One posted: "I can't believe it. I want to make A OFCOM COMPLAINT."

Gen Z rank Love Island top cultural moment for summer 2025
Move over strawberries and cream – it's tan lines, bombshell entrances and 'can I pull you for a chat?' that define the British summer according to Gen Z. A new survey has found that Love Island is officially the UK's biggest summer cultural event for Brits aged 18-28, ranking higher in national buzz and recognition than Wimbledon (44%), Glastonbury (37%), and even the hotly anticipated Oasis reunion tour (23%). The annual reality show also ranked higher than the Women's Euros (33%), where the Lionesses dramatically defended their title on penalties in Switzerland in front of a gripped 15m-plus audience back home. The British Grand Prix at Silverstone (25%), Royal Ascot (18%), BBC Proms (16%), Edinburgh Fringe (12%) and Chelsea Flower Show (11%) make up the rest of the list. Gen Z's Top 10 British cultural moments of summer 2025 Love Island, 44% Wimbledon, 43% Glastonbury Festival, 37% Women's Euros, 33% British Grand Prix at Silverstone, 25% Oasis reunion tour, 23% Royal Ascot, 18% The BBC Proms, 16% Edinburgh Fringe, 12% Chelsea Flower Show, 11% Love Island – known for its sun-soaked villa antics, fiery recouplings and meme-worthy moments – has cemented its place in the national psyche as the event of the summer season. And not content with dominating screens, the guilty pleasure turned cultural juggernaut has also broken into the realm of cultural artefacts. The show's iconic personalised water bottle – seen in the hands of Islanders during every heated conversation and poolside flirtation – was named one of the top 10 symbols of modern British culture. In a list that included both serious and tongue-in-cheek contenders, the Love Island bottle rubs shoulders with the likes of the Greggs sausage roll, a Freddo, Colin the Caterpillar, and even the almighty Wetherspoons toilets. A testament to the show's impact, the Love Island water bottle (24%) is considered more of a 'British cultural artefact' by Gen Z than classics such as the Blue Peter badge (23%) and even Doctor Who's Tardis (19%). Both a hydration hero and certified cultural icon, the popular piece of Love Island merchandise has long since transcended the villa to become a must-have summer accessory. Spotted in the hands of Kimberly Wyatt at Wembley Stadium yesterday for the Oasis concert, the ex-Pussycat Doll and radio presenter arrived in style with the new Love Island bottle in tow – personalised with her name and newly released accessories. Taking its place in this season's cultural hall of fame alongside the likes of Oasis, Glasto, and Wimbledon, Love Island's enduring popularity has made it one of the most talked-about moments of the summer – with a quarter of the nation (25%) planning on tuning into the final next week.
