She shared another video from Sardaar Ji 3 and urged fans to watch the film. She wrote in the caption, 'Everyone should watch this movie. Sardaar3 Hania AmeeR she's doing debut. The film has sparked controversy due to Hania's casting, especially in light of recent political tensions and the Pahalgam terror attack earlier this year. Organisations like the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) and the All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) have even called for a ban on Diljit and his future projects in India.
Addressing the controversy, Diljit recently told BBC Asian Network that the movie was shot in February, before the current tensions arose.
'When this film was made, everything was fine. We shot it in February and things were okay back then. After that, a lot of big things happened that are beyond our control. So the producers decided that the film obviously won't be released in India now, so they'll release it overseas. The producers have invested a lot of money, and when the film was being made, nothing like this was happening,' Diljit said.
Sardaar Ji 3, directed by Amar Hundal, will be released internationally on 27 June but will not be screened in Indian theatres.

Among the premium formats, English 4DX registered the highest occupancy across all languages and formats at 68%, followed by English IMAX at 58.57%, and English ICE at 39.94%. It beat Karate Kid Legends, starring Jackie Chan, which opened with Rs 1.75 crore, and his own previous film Bullet Train, which collected Rs 0.45 crore on its first day. The film features Brad Pitt as a veteran race-car driver who returns to Formula One after three decades to revive a struggling team and save his former teammate's legacy. Directed by Joseph Kosinski, best known for the global blockbuster Top Gun: Maverick, F1 has already surpassed Top Gun: Maverick's Indian opening day numbers, which stood at Rs 4.89 crore. With largely positive reviews and soaring audience interest, all eyes are now on how F1: The Movie performs in the coming days. Mika Singh mourns loss of close friend Shefali Jariwala, says 'life is so unpredictable'
Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], June 28 (ANI): Actress-model Shefali Jariwala, best known for her iconic role in the hit music video 'Kaanta Laga,' has passed away at the age of 42. The news of her sudden demise has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry, friends and colleagues are expressing their disbelief and sorrow. Jariwala's death was confirmed by Mumbai Police, who shared that the actress was found dead at her residence in the Andheri area of Mumbai in the early hours of Saturday. "Shefali Jariwala died at the age of 42. She lived in Andheri area of Mumbai. Members of her family had reached the hospital with her late last night, and she was declared brought dead by doctors," a police spokesperson said. Authorities received the information around 1 am and later sent the body to Cooper Hospital for a post-mortem. While some reports suggest cardiac arrest as a possible cause, the exact cause of death remains under investigation. Singer Mika Singh, a close friend of Shefali Jariwala, also expressed his grief on social media. "I'm deeply shocked, saddened, and feeling a heavy heart... Our beloved star and my dearest friend @shefalijariwala has left us. Still can't believe it. You will always be remembered for your grace, smile, and spirit. It's hard to believe she's gone. May her soul rest in peace, and may God give strength to her family during this heartbreaking time," the association wrote. She later appeared in Bollywood, starring in the 2004 film 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi' alongside Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar.
