Jennifer Garner Shares Snack Hack All Moms (and Grownups) Love

Jennifer Garner Shares Snack Hack All Moms (and Grownups) Love originally appeared on Parade. Keeping it real! Jennifer Garner is a mom who knows what's important — snacks. And that snacks aren't just for kids! The mom of three posted a video to Instagram on Wednesday, July 30, featuring her eating a food pouch from her own brand Once Upon a Farm. The mom of three posted the video in which she's obviously enjoying the kids snack, with the background music "Easy Like Sunday Morning" playing. She wrote, "Why are you always eating pouches for kids? God forbid a mom get hungry." Garner co-founded Once Upon a Farm in 2017, and her family farm in Oklahoma is one of the company's produce suppliers. It's obviously a product she believes in, and the pouches aren't just for little kids. With three teenagers (she shares Violet, 19, Finn, 16, and Samuel, 13, with ex-husband Ben Affleck), life can get hectic but getting nutrition in is a priority. Fans took to the comments to share that they enjoy eating pouches too as a quick, convenient, and tasty snack. One person wrote, "I bring three in my bag at all times, two for my teens and one for 52 year old me. Healthy, easy to grab, and tasty. Win, win, win." Another added, "I eat them too !!! I'm 53!" Other comments included, "Moms deserve pouches too!" "Natural fruit for everyone! I eat these too," and, "Girl I'm not even a mom and I eat this stuff all the time!" Garner recently announced that Once Upon a Farm will be available for purchase at Disney Parks Earlier this month, the Alias actress posted photos from Disney World, including one of her eating a pouch at the park, and wrote, "@onceuponafarm is thrilled to be offering your kids' favorite cold pouches, melts, and refrigerated bars at #CoolKidSummer in Animation Courtyard at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Come by and cool ⬇️ / fuel ⬆️ with us! Brb, Guardians is calling…🎢🎢🎢." We love a mom who makes life just a little bit easier for the rest of us just trying to get through the day without any hangry outbursts. Jen is right — pouches aren't just for kids! ‘Dune 3' Will Feature the Return of Smooth Faced Jason Momoa

As shooting gets underway on Dune: Part 3, the adaptation of Frank Herbert's Dune Messiah, returning cast member Jason Momoa is prepping to come back, but not exactly as who you'd think he'd be… or looking the way you'd expect. An Instagram post shows Momoa shaving to mark his return to the Dune franchise, a journey he began six years ago. It's a stunt to celebrate the anniversary, which began at the same time as his collaboration with environmentally friendly aluminum water bottle purveyors Mananalu. The clip shows him doing his least favorite thing—shaving his facial hair—which he does while discussing the importance of reducing single-use plastics. He admits that being clean-shaven is something he'd do 'only for you, Denis,' referring to Dune franchise helmer Denis Villeneuve. View this post on InstagramMomoa continued, 'Goddammit! I hate it.' But as Dune mythology fans know, the move is essential for the actor's comeback to the Dune universe. Without giving too much away, in the first film, Momoa played Duncan Idaho, House Atreides' faithful swordmaster and guard who trained Paul (Timothée Chalamet) and served under his father, Leto (Oscar Isaac). He presumably dies while taking out a whole lot of the Emperor's Sardaukar soldiers. While we don't see it happen, the circumstances of his end there (because in the book he explicitly dies) lead to an explanation of how his body was then given to the Tleilaxu. In the Dune universe they are known for their clones, known as Gholas, which will come into play in Dune 3 as Paul rises to power. It's also neat to see that Momoa's return as someone completely loyal to the House Atreides will probably be endeared to Paul's son Leto II, played by his real-life son Nakoa-Wolf Momoa. ‘The Naked Gun' Rotten Tomatoes Reviews: Does Liam Neeson Crack The Case?

Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson's new comedy The Naked Gun opens in theaters this week. How do Rotten Tomatoes critics rate the remake of the classic film comedy? Rated PG-13, The Naked Gun plays in Thursday previews before opening in theaters nationwide on Friday. The logline for the film reads, 'Only one man has the particular set of skills ... to lead Police Squad and save the world! Lt. Frank Drebin Jr. (Liam Neeson) follows in his father's footsteps in The Naked Gun.' The Naked Gun is directed by Akiva Schaffer and produced by Ted and Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane. The Naked Gun also stars Paul Walter Hauser, CCH Pounder, Kevin Durand, Cody Rhodes, Liza Koshy, Eddie Yu and Danny Huston. The film is based on the classic TV series Police Squad! and The Naked Gun movies, which starred Leslie Nielsen as Lt. Frank Drebin. The show was created by Jim Abrahams, David Zucker and Jerry Zucker, who originally brought the misadventures of Drebin to the big screen. As of Wednesday afternoon, The Naked Gun has earned a 90% 'fresh' rating from Rotten Tomatoes critics based on 100 reviews. The RT Critics Consensus and Popcornmeter score from verified user ratings are still pending. What Are Individual Critics Saying About 'The Naked Gun'? Richard Lawson of Vanity Fair is among the top critics on RT who gives The Naked Gun a 'fresh' rating, writing in his review summary, 'At its best, this new Naked Gun is a dumb, loopy delight, a return to the kind of comedy that was woefully taken for granted in its heyday and now barely exists at all.' Also giving The Naked Gun a 'fresh' review is Mick LaSalle of the San Francisco Chronicle, who writes in his RT review summary, '[Liam] Neeson is a delight and seems to be having as much fun as the audience. But the surprise here is [Pamela] Anderson, who was sad and plaintive in The Last Showgirl and now reveals herself a skilled and self-aware comedienne.' Clarisse Loughrey also lauds The Naked Gun in her 'fresh' review for the UK's Independent, writing on RT, 'It's not exactly revolutionary stuff, but it does remind us, despite what some might claim, that comedy can still take risks while maintaining basic social awareness.' On the flip side, David Fear of Rolling Stone is among the top critics on RT who gives the reboot of The Naked Gun a 'rotten' rating, writing, 'Brilliant gags pop up here and there, yet the last two-thirds of this new Naked Gun feels like it's exponentially limping to the finish line.' Ty Burr of The Washington Post shares Fear's sentiments about The Naked Gun, writing in his RT review, 'The early scenes are so shamelessly, stupidly funny, with a hit-to-miss gag ratio of about 75 percent, that you can't help but be disappointed as that ratio steadily sinks over the course of the movie.' Jake Coyle of The Associated Press also gives the movie a 'rotten' rating on RT, writing, 'It would be easy to hail The Naked Gun as something better than it is, since its simply existing is cause for celebration. But like most reboots ... the best thing about the new Naked Gun is that it might send you back to the original.' The Naked Gun plays in Thursday previews before opening in theaters nationwide on Friday.
