After the laughter died down Wilson continued, 'Nothing would make me happier than spending the rest of my life with you. So, in front of your family and all of our friends, Kelly, will you marry me?'
Luckily she said yes (obviously!), and the rest is history...
The ring - designed by Sid Wilson and Pascal Mouawad - is said to be inspired by Kelly's nickname 'Honeybee' and crafted from 18k yellow gold and crowned with a 2.5 carat round diamond.

Born Sidney George Wilson, Sid Wilson is the turntablist aka DJ for the heavy metal band Slipknot – known for the songs Wait and Bleed , Spit It Out and Duality among others. Within Slipknot, Wilson is known as #0 and he contributes the background horror noises and effects to the music, all whilst wearing an iconic gas mask which has taken on many forms over the years since he joined the band in 1997.
Wilson also tours as DJ Starscream, named after the Transformers character, and he is currently signed to the Japanese record label N2O Records with which he has released the song HAKAI (Destroy) .
In addition, Wilson has a solo band called Sid of which he is the lead singer. The band released their debut album Sid in 2011.
Wilson was born on 20 January 1977, making him 48 years old – eight years older than Kelly – and a Capricorn.

Wilson and Osbourne originally met at the 1999 Ozzfest, at which Slipknot were performing. At first merely good friends, the pair's relationship was said to turn romantic and the end of 2021/beginning of 2022.
After welcoming their son Sidney – naturally named after his famous father - in late 2022, Wilson and Osbourne got engaged on 6 July 2025 at Ozzy's final concert with Black Sabbath.
Wilson and Osbourne's engagement marks the TV personality's third as she was previously engaged to Chef Matthew Mosshart from 2013-2014 and British model Luke Worrall from 2009-2010.

The Black Sabbath frontman, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2019, passed away on July 22 surrounded by his family at the age of 76. According to his death certificate, the singer died from an 'acute myocardial infarction' and 'out of hospital cardiac arrest'. But it wasn't just his cause of death that was revealed. The official document also confirmed the musician's profession which was stated as 'songwriter, performer and rock legend'. Ozzy was laid to rest on the grounds of his own mansion in Buckinghamshire last week during a private funeral attended by his family and a host of rock royalty. His widow Sharon, 72, and their children were joined by stars including Marilyn Manson and Ozzy's lead guitarist Zakk Wylde during the event at the family's 250-acre estate near Gerrards Cross. His passing came just weeks after he appeared on stage for his farewell concert at Villa Park stadium in his native Birmingham. The concert - three weeks before his death - saw him reunite with his original Black Sabbath bandmates for the first time since 2005. More than 42,000 fans packed into the venue for the Back To The Beginning show, during which he told the crowd in his final speech: 'You've no idea how I feel - thank you from the bottom of my heart.' Official documents listed three causes of death for the rock legend. This included an out of hospital cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction and coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction. In a statement shared last month, Ozzy's family said he died 'surrounded by love', adding: 'It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning.' He is survived by his wife Sharon and his five children Jessica, Louis, Aimee, Kelly and Jack. Since his death, tributes have been pouring in from fans and friends around the world with thousands visiting the Black Sabbath Bench in the musician's home city of Birmingham to lay bouquets, wreaths, posters, balloons, candles and cards. The Osbourne family visited the bench in Broad Street last Wednesday to lay their own flowers during a cortege procession. On Monday, Birmingham City Council began gathering up the tributes so they can be stored before being handed over to the Osbourne family. A handful of fans watched from behind barriers, took photographs and hugged each other as officials in hi-vis jackets collected all the flowers and tributes which had been laid in front of the bench and on the railings behind it. The council said the mementos would be gathered and preserved 'respectfully' in agreement with the rock star's relatives and then stored 'with the utmost care at a secure location, ensuring they are protected and treated with dignity'. The council said: 'In due course, they will be passed on to the Osbourne family, so they may keep them as a lasting reminder of the public's affection and support.' In a statement released through the city council, the Osbourne family said: 'We are deeply moved by the heartfelt tributes that have been placed at the Black Sabbath Bridge and at the Black Sabbath mural on Navigation Street in recent days. The 1959 Gibson Les Paul was donated to the Met as part of what the New York museum calls 'a landmark gift of more than 500 of the finest guitars from the golden age of American guitar making'. The donor is Dirk Ziff, a billionaire investor and guitar collector. When the Met announced the gift in May, Taylor thought he recognised the guitar, with its distinctive 'starburst' finish, as an instrument he last saw in 1971, when the Stones were recording the album Exile on Main St at Keith Richards's rented villa in the south of France. In the haze of drugs and rock 'n' roll that pervaded the sessions, a number of instruments went missing, believed stolen. Now, Taylor and his team believe it has reappeared. The Met says provenance records show no evidence the guitar ever belonged to Taylor. 'This guitar has a long and well-documented history of ownership,' museum spokeswoman Ann Ballis said. Taylor's partner and business manager, Marlies Damming, said the Met should make the guitar 'available for inspection'. 'An independent guitar expert should be able to ascertain the guitar's provenance one way or the other,' she said in a statement to The Associated Press. While its ownership is contested, there is no disputing the instrument's starring role in rock history. Jeff Allen, who was Taylor's manager and publicist for decades from the 1990s, said Taylor 'told me he got it as a present from Keith' and also mentioned the theft. 'Mick did tell me that the guitar solo that he became quite famous for, on Can't You Hear Me Knocking, was with the Les Paul that got stolen,' Allen said. The Met's records say the Les Paul was owned by Richards until 1971, when it was acquired by record producer and manager Adrian Miller who died in 2006. The guitar has changed hands several times since then, and reappeared twice in public. It was put up for auction by Christie's in 2004, when it failed to sell. Ziff bought it in 2016, and loaned it to the Met in 2019 for an exhibition titled Play it Loud: Instruments of Rock & Roll. It is unclear what will happen next.
