Lava launches entry-level Bold N1 and N1 Pro in India next week

That and the price are the most important differences – the Lava Bold N1 costs ₹6,000 and will launch on Amazon India on June 4 (Wednesday). Go Edition is designed to be light on resources, which is important when you only have 4GB of RAM. That's not that bad, actually, some Go Edition phones from this year start at 3GB.
Lava Bold N1
The Lava Bold N1 Pro is priced at ₹6,800, but you can get a ₹100 discount during the launch period. This model is coming on June 2 (Monday), also launching on Amazon India.
The Pro runs full-fat Android, but it's also on the older Android 14 version. Both phones will receive 1 OS update and 2 years of security patches, but that would only bring them up to Android 15 – which will soon become the 'old version'.
The Bold N1 Pro is powered by the Unisoc T606 and a 5,000mAh battery
The Bold N1 Pro has the more powerful chipset – an Unisoc T606 (28nm, 8x Cortex-A55 @ 1.6GHz, PowerVR GE8322 GPU) – while the regular N1 uses an unnamed Unisoc chip. The Pro also has 4GB of RAM, which is more limiting with full Android (remember that Go Edition also uses lighter apps). The Pro does have more storage – 128GB out of the box, expandable up to 256GB, while the vanilla N1 only has 64GB.
We mentioned above that the choice between full Android and Go Edition paired with the price will be the main deciding factor between the two models.

And it will, but the Lava Bold N1 Pro also features better cameras – a 50MP unit on the back and 8MP on the front, compared to a basic 13MP on the back and 5MP on the front for the vanilla N1.
The N1 has a slightly bigger 6.75' LCD, the Pro has a 6.67' panel. Both have 720p+ resolution, but the Pro edges ahead in refresh rate – 120Hz vs. 90Hz. Both phones have side-mounted fingerprint readers and face unlock as an option (the FP reader is more than twice as fast, though).
Lava Bold N1 with a 5,000mAh/10W battery and 13MP/5MP cameras
Both phones have 5,000mAh batteries, but the Pro supports faster charging in theory. It ships with a 10W charger in the box, but it supports up to 18W. The vanilla model doesn't get an in-box charger and tops out at 10W.
The two N1 models are rated IP54 for basic protection against dust and water splashes. They benefit from Lava's Service@Home, i.e. a repair technician will come to you instead of you having to go to a service center, plus a 1-year warranty.

The 7.0' inner display of the Moto stands out with a slightly higher pixel density, higher brightness (4,500 nits vs. 2,600 nits), Dolby Vision support and higher refresh rate (165Hz vs. 120Hz). The cover displays are more evenly matched – 4.0' 165Hz 3,000 nits vs. 4.1' 120Hz 2,600 nits for the Moto and Samsung, respectively. The main cameras on both phones have 50MP sensors with 1.0µm pixels and f/1.8 lenses with OIS. The Motorola has the better ultra-wide (50MP vs. 12MP) and selfie cameras (50MP vs. 10MP), however. It also has a bigger battery (4,700mAh vs. 4,300mAh) with faster charging (68W wired, 30W wireless vs. 25W/15W). Infinix GT 30 5G+'s key specs and colors revealed by Flipkart
Infinix started teasing the GT 30 5G+ (aka GT 30) recently, and yesterday, we exclusively reported that the smartphone would be launched in India on August 8. That date has been corroborated by Indian online retailer Flipkart, which revealed that the Infinix GT 30 5G+ will debut in India on August 8 at noon local time. Flipkart also revealed that the Infinix GT 30 5G+ will be powered by the Dimensity 7400 SoC and have 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of storage onboard. The smartphone will pack a 144Hz 10-bit AMOLED display of 1.5K resolution, which will have 4,500 nits peak brightness and Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
