AI+ smartphones' designs and colors officially revealed, launch postponed to July
Flipkart also shared images of two smartphones and showed one in five colors. Its back panel has two cameras, with the text on the camera island confirming the primary camera uses a 50MP sensor.
AI+ smartphones
The second smartphone looks similar to the AI+ Nova 2 5G, whose design was exclusively revealed by us first earlier this month. While Flipkart only showed us this phone in one color, Madhav Sheth shared an image revealing all color options of this model.
You can see that the smartphone has a flat design, sports a dual camera setup on the rear, and features a red-accented power key. The communication we received from AI+ says this model has a "lightweight form," supports dual SIMs, and is "designed for fast, responsive performance."

AI+ is betting big on the privacy and security aspects of these smartphones and said that its phones will "give users real control over their data, ensure cloud transparency, and enable an experience that is private, auditable, and secure by default."
Additionally, AI+ stated that the NxtQuantum OS, running on its smartphones, is "auditable, policy-aligned, and governed by Indian law." The brand also claimed that "all user data is stored within India on MeitY-approved servers hosted by Google Cloud."
While AI+ hasn't officially revealed the names of its smartphones, it has confirmed that they will be sold in India exclusively through Flipkart.
The brand is also expected to launch a smartwatch with built-in TWS earphones. An image of the smartwatch's retail box, which we exclusively shared earlier this month, revealed that it would be called "wearbuds Watch 3." We were told AI+ would unveil the smartwatch alongside its smartphones.

iPhone 17 Pro's leaked renders show another significant design change
The iPhone 17 series has been leaking left and right in the past couple of months, and we now know almost everything about the upcoming flagship lineup. We're up for one of the biggest design changes in the past decade when it comes to iPhones, with a brand-new camera housing spanning the whole width of the might seem like a major design swing, and it actually is, but it appears it won't be the only design change. New leaked renders of the iPhone 17 Pro show another tweak to the design Apple is making with the new iPhone. The famous Chinese leaker Majin Bu shared an alleged render of the iPhone 17 Pro, and in that picture the design change is obvious. The MagSafe design is different, and the Apple logo is positioned lower. The current design of the MagSafe magnets features a complete circle above the vertical dash line, but the new one has an opening, most likely to allow for the new placement of the Apple logo. According to Majin Bu, the change in the position is necessitated by the iPhone 17 's big camera housing. Moving the logo down will allow it to be perfectly visible when a MagSafe case is on. Had the logo remained at its previous place, it would've been partially covered by the MagSafe cases. Speaking of MagSafe cases and accessories in general, there's a pressing question that needs to be answer is yes! Sources from the manufacturing field told Majin Bu that the new design will be perfectly compatible with old MagSafe accessories, and the change will be only aesthetic. Another rumor, however, talks about faster charging speeds with the new MagSafe on the iPhone 17 , but apparently this is not due to any changes in the design itself and has something to do with the MagSafe charger. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and it's hard to judge aesthetic changes. It seems that the new camera bump, which by itself is quite controversial visually, creates a ripple effect in the iPhone 17 design as a need to hold the iPhone 17 in our hands and also put a MagSafe case on it to be able to evaluate the design, and even then, it might not be a clear-cut decision. What we can say is that the iPhone 17 looks radically different than the iPhones of late, and we haven't seen a major design change since the iPhone 11 days. At first glance the offset logo and the incomplete MagSafe ring look a bit strange, but maybe it will grow on us. The old MagSafe design and logo placement | Image by Apple Time to get the vox populi and see what the community thinks about the new design. On the one hand, it kind of looks like the logo is in the wrong spot (but if you trace the diagonal lines from the corners on the back, it sits in the center). On the other hand, the open MagSafe ring creates a visual impression that the logo is offset and misaligned. What do you think about it? Do you like the change, or do you prefer the older design? Vote in the poll and share your thoughts about the iPhone 17 design in the comment section below. Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra's battery capacity and primary camera details surface
The Samsung Galaxy S26 series isn't expected to arrive before 2026, but rumors about the lineup have been floating on the internet for some time now, with the latest talk centered around the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra's battery capacity and primary camera. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra packed a 5,000 mAh battery, and according to GalaxyClub and UniverseIce, that's not changing with the Galaxy S26 Ultra, with the latter claiming that while the battery capacity remains the same, the energy density has been increased, making S26 Ultra's 5,000 mAh battery smaller than the S25 Ultra's. UniverseIce also states that the S26 Ultra could charge faster, but doesn't provide specifics. The S25 Ultra charges at up to 45W. I speculate that the battery of Samsung S26 Ultra has increased energy density, and the 5000mAh battery is smaller in size, but Samsung did not use the extra space to increase the battery, but continued to reduce the thickness of the body. I also think that the charging power of… — PhoneArt (@UniverseIce) July 2, 2025 Regarding the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra's primary camera, GalaxyClub claimed that it will have a 200MP resolution, like the S25 Ultra, but it's unclear whether the camera will use a new sensor. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra The Galaxy S26 series won't be unveiled before January 2026, so expect to hear more about the lineup in the coming months.

The newly updated hardware will go nicely with the true and tested one that's borrowed from the Camon 30 Premier. We get the same 50MP triple-camera setup, featuring a 3x optical zoom, and the 50MP selfie unit with autofocus. We don't expect any major changes in image quality, which is fine - the Camon 30 Premier already punched above its weight class in this respect. Even though the Camon 40 Premier shapes up to be an excellent midranger, its limited availability might hurt sales. The Camon 40 series was announced in February during MWC 2025, and we are now well into 2025, yet the phones are still only offered in a handful of markets. In any case, a full review is due, so let's see how the Camon 40 Premier stacks against some of its competitors. Unboxing the Tecno Camon 40 Premier The handset comes in a standard retail box containing the usual user manuals along with a USB-A to USB-C cable for charging and data transfer and a compatible 70W charging brick. There is also a protective case that has a design that is very similar to the phone's own design, so it doesn't conceal Tecno's efforts in that direction. Page 2
