Ethereum-Based Meme Coin Little Pepe Sells Out Stage 3 of Presale
Little Pepe, an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible Layer 2 token, recently completed its Stage 3 presale, raising over $2.33 million at a price of $0.0012. The project has now progressed to Stage 4 of its presale. As momentum builds, the token price is set to increase to $0.0014 in the upcoming Stage 5.
Little Pepe aims to differentiate itself within the meme token sector by incorporating on-chain utility alongside community engagement. Built on a Layer 2 network prioritizing transaction speed and affordability, the project emphasizes functional use cases in addition to its meme-oriented branding.
Different from traditional meme tokens that live and die on speculation, Little Pepe has created its own Ethereum-compatible Layer 2, providing users faster transactions and comparatively lower fees for a meme-based community that lives on microtransactions, NFT trading, gaming rewards, staking, and many more.
The Remarkable Presale Journey
The presale journey of Little Pepe has been tremendous and remarkable. In Stage 1, tokens were priced at $0.001, and the project raised $500,000 by selling 500 million tokens in just 72 hours. Stage 2 followed with a price of $0.0011, raising approximately $1.325 million through the sale of 1.167 billion tokens. Stage 3, priced at $0.0012, saw even greater momentum, raising over $2.3 million and selling over 2 billion tokens.
Now, in Stage 4, the price has risen to $0.0013, with more than 2.25 billion tokens out of the allocated 3.75 billion already sold. So far, Little Pepe has raised a total of $2,536,433 that sparking strong interest among buyers to purchase before the price increases further to $0.0014 in Stage 5. This presale isn't driven by hype alone—it's fueled by solid tokenomics, a clear long-term vision, and a highly engaged community.
Little Pepe has also launched a $777,000 giveaway campaign in conjunction with its ongoing presale. The giveaway is designed in a way that the top 10 participants will each receive $77k worth of LILPEPE tokens. The giveaway is made around a system where users can earn rewards by finishing tasks, referring friends, holding tokens, etc.
Why Is It Winning
Various elements are driving the presale and the project's success, and some of the prime elements are:
Low entry price
Transparent Roadmap
Layer 2 Efficiency
Massive Community Engagement
Cultural Relevance
About Little Pepe
Little Pepe isn't just a fleeting meme; it is a Layer 2-backed ecosystem having a clear path to mass adoption. Having Stage 4 approaching its sellout and a price increase to $0.0014 in the next stage, investors have an opportunity to get in before the token lists on prominent exchanges. As the crypto market matures, meme coins that blend culture with infrastructure will be the ones that thrive. And Little Pepe is proving it's ready to lead that movement, one meme at a time.

XRP's $5+ Explosion Is Loading, Here's 3 Reasons Why It Could Detonate Any Day
XRP's prolonged sideways movement might just be the calm before the storm. Here's why bulls should be paying close attention. Confident Investing Starts Here: After four months of frustrating consolidation between $2.00 and $2.60, XRP may finally be gearing up for a decisive breakout. A confluence of bullish fundamentals, surging institutional interest, and key technical patterns is giving traders a strong case to keep their eyes on higher targets—possibly even in the $5 to $14 range. Let's unpack the three major signals pointing to a potential XRP surge. 1. Ripple's Aggressive Expansion Strategy Ripple is not just sitting back during XRP's sideways grind, it's building aggressively. The $1.25 billion acquisition of prime brokerage Hidden Road is a game-changer. The move reinforces Ripple's ambitions to become a major liquidity hub for institutions. What's even more notable is Ripple's plan to integrate its upcoming RLUSD stablecoin directly into Hidden Road's services, effectively tying ecosystem utility directly to XRP infrastructure. Ripple CTO David Schwartz confirmed that the M&A pipeline is active: 'We have multiple potential acquisitions in various stages, from early stages to late stages.' These aren't just vanity acquisitions either. Ripple's ongoing efforts with Metaco, Standard Custody, and now Wormhole integration signal an intent to turn the XRP Ledger into a cross-chain DeFi powerhouse. XRPL's upcoming upgrades, especially around programmability and a new lending protocol, mirror Ethereum's evolution and lay the groundwork for native DeFi use cases. Combined, these moves could significantly expand demand for XRP as a base asset. 2. CME Futures Volume Signals Growing Institutional Appetite XRP is now playing in the big leagues. Since their launch on May 19, CME Group's XRP futures have already clocked over $542.8 million in trading volume. On day one alone, trading reached $19.3 million, spanning 15 firms and four major retail platforms. Importantly, nearly half of these participants are non-U.S. traders, a key signal of global appetite. 'The introduction of XRP futures has rapidly demonstrated significant market interest and widespread participation,' noted CME Group. High derivatives volume often precedes large spot price movements, especially when accompanied by expectations of a spot ETF. And right now, XRP is among the leading candidates. Polymarket betting odds put the chance of an XRP ETF approval before year-end at 76%. An ETF approval would unlock new flows from institutional allocators—many of whom won't touch crypto until it's wrapped in an ETF wrapper. 3. Technicals Align for a Classic Bull Breakout Crypto analyst XForceGlobal has flagged a compelling technical setup. According to his analysis, XRP recently bounced from the 0.618 Fibonacci level near $2.00, a textbook retracement that often precedes a new leg higher. He sees this as part of a larger Elliott Wave structure targeting $5 in the short term, and $20-$30 over the cycle. Meanwhile, analyst Egrag Crypto points to a bullish symmetrical triangle pattern, with Fibonacci extensions pointing to targets between $8 and $27. Even conservative measures from the bull pennant structure project a breakout target of $14—a 564% upside from current levels. But there's a catch: XRP must first break cleanly above $2.65, which has capped every rally since March. If that level falls, we're likely in for an aggressive move toward $3 and beyond. It's evident that Ripple is expanding aggressively, institutional money is flowing in through CME futures, and bullish technicals are all aligning, XRP may be approaching its breakout moment. The question isn't if XRP will break out of its consolidation range, but how far it will run once it does. XRP is sitting at $2.0852.

While Most Redditors Panic-Sell Bitcoin Below $100K, These Investors Are Buying the Blood
Benzinga and Yahoo Finance LLC may earn commission or revenue on some items through the links below. The cryptocurrency market is experiencing its most dramatic selloff in months, with Bitcoin plummeting below the psychologically critical $100,000 level and Ethereum bleeding from $2,700 to $2,100 in just one week. But behind the panic selling and social media despair, a fascinating divide is emerging between seasoned investors and newcomers—one that could determine who survives this downturn. For crypto investors accustomed to market volatility driven by regulatory news or institutional adoption, this geopolitical trigger represents something different: a reminder that digital assets, despite their decentralized nature, remain deeply connected to global risk sentiment. Don't Miss: Trade crypto futures on Plus500 with up to $200 in bonuses — no wallets, just price speculation and free paper trading to practice different strategies. Grow your IRA or 401(k) with Crypto – unlock the power of alternative investments including a Crypto IRA within your retirement account. 'The spike in oil prices will hurt the world,' noted one investor, capturing the broader economic implications that extend far beyond crypto portfolios. What's most revealing isn't the price action itself, but how different types of investors are responding. The cryptocurrency community is essentially splitting into two camps, each with dramatically different strategies. The Panic Sellers are experiencing what one investor called being 'beyond exhausted' and 'sad and tired as a crypto investor.' Comments like 'I am never going to financially recover from this' and admissions of being 'down 55%' reveal the emotional toll of this downturn. Many are questioning fundamental assumptions about crypto cycles, with one noting: 'The biggest mistake I made was thinking that Bitcoin runs up first and then alt season happens like in 2021.' The Opportunistic Buyers, however, are taking a completely different approach. 'Buy when there's blood on the streets,' advised one, while another declared: 'F*ck those who are scared, I'm buying more.' These investors are thanking panic sellers for providing 'retail exit liquidity' and planning to 'DCA down' during the chaos. Trending: New to crypto? Get up to $400 in rewards for successfully completing short educational courses and making your first qualifying trade on Coinbase. Perhaps nowhere is the divide more apparent than in attitudes toward alternative cryptocurrencies. The 'altcoin bloodbath' has been particularly brutal, with one investor observing: 'Total 3 Alts chart is literally going straight down parabolic. Guess this is the alt season they've been talking about. Just the wrong way.' This has led to a notable shift in strategy among experienced investors. 'Gave up on Alts years ago. Stack sats and enjoy the ride,' commented one Bitcoin maximalist, while another admitted selling 'most of these sh*tty alts' before the crash. The harsh reality? Many altcoins that seemed promising during the bull run are now revealing their lack of fundamental value during this stress test. Despite the doom and gloom dominating social media, a closer look at investor behavior reveals three key strategies emerging among those who've survived previous crypto winters: 1. Flight to Bitcoin Quality: Experienced investors are consolidating positions in Bitcoin rather than diversifying across numerous altcoins. The philosophy is simple: if you're going to weather a crypto winter, do it with the most established digital asset. 2. Dollar-Cost Averaging Into Chaos: Rather than trying to time the bottom, methodical investors are using systematic buying during the decline. As one put it: 'DCA down today and Monday.' 3. Emotional Detachment: The most successful crypto investors have learned to separate their emotions from their investment decisions. While newcomers express despair, veterans are making calculated moves based on long-term conviction rather than short-term isn't crypto's first rodeo with geopolitical chaos. Digital assets have weathered the COVID pandemic, Russia's invasion of Ukraine, banking sector stress, and multiple regulatory crackdowns. Each time, the same pattern emerges: panic selling creates opportunities for patient capital. What's different this time is the scale of institutional involvement. Unlike previous crypto winters, major corporations, ETFs, and sovereign wealth funds now hold significant Bitcoin positions. This institutional backing provides a different foundation than purely retail-driven markets of the past. Scenario 1: Extended Winter – If geopolitical tensions escalate further, crypto could face months of suppressed prices as risk assets broadly decline. Bitcoin could test lower support levels, potentially reaching the $80,000-$90,000 range that some analysts are predicting. Scenario 2: Quick Recovery – Should tensions de-escalate quickly, crypto's oversold condition could lead to a sharp rebound, similar to previous geopolitical scares that proved temporary. Scenario 3: Selective Survival – The most likely outcome may be a market that separates winners from losers more definitively, with Bitcoin and a handful of altcoins with real utility surviving while weaker projects fade away. This crypto crash is serving as a brutal but necessary stress test. It's separating investors who understand the long-term potential of digital assets from those who were simply riding momentum. For those with strong stomachs and long-term conviction, this period may represent the kind of opportunity that creates 'generational wealth'—though only for investors who can withstand the emotional and financial pressure of watching their portfolios decline in the short term. The key question isn't whether Bitcoin will recover from below $100,000—history suggests it will. The question is whether individual investors have the patience, risk tolerance, and strategic thinking to benefit when it does. As one investor philosophically noted: 'If you're a man, you don't cry about it, you take life, the ups and downs; if you're a real man you never go down, you just stay up!' The crypto market is delivering its harshest lesson yet. Those who learn from it may find themselves significantly wealthier on the other side. Trump terminates all trade talks with Canada, markets falter
Trump terminates all trade talks with Canada, markets falter originally appeared on TheStreet. On June 27, President Donald Trump posted a shocking announcement regarding trade discussions with Canada on Truth Social. Trump said he was terminating all trade discussions with Canada, effective immediately following them announcing a Digital Services Tax on U.S. technology companies. The crypto market reacted sharply to the latest announcement. As per Kraken's price feed, Bitcoin fell $106,848.05 to $106,572.48 within minutes of Trump posting. Similarly, Ethereum fell from $2,407.45 to $2,391.79 following the announcement. While XRP fell from $2.0926 to $2.0791, SOL dipped from $141.91 to $140.51. Trump wrote that Canada is "a very difficult Country to TRADE with." As he announced ending all trade talks with the country, he said the U.S. will inform Canada of the new tariffs within the next seven days. The president criticized the neighboring country for tariffs on American dairy products and accused it of imitating the European Union in its trade practices. Trump started the global tariff war on Apr. 2, dubbing it "Liberation Day," as he hiked tariffs on nearly all the countries trading with the U.S. On Apr. 9, he froze the hiked tariffs on all countries except China for 90 days. There would be 90 trade deals within the next 90 days, the Trump administration had claimed. But as we approach the July 8 deadline, there is little progress except some development with countries like the U.K. and China. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told Fox Business News on June 27 that trade deals with other countries could be done by the Sept. 1 Labor Day holiday. The tariff war rattled the crypto markets as the total market cap fell from $2.74 trillion on Apr. 2 to as low as $2.42 trillion on Apr. 9. Nonetheless, the crypto market has demonstrated remarkable resilience as it recovered to as high as $3.52 trillion on May 23. At press time, the total crypto market stood at $3.26 trillion.
