A stunning holiday property has just hit the market, perfectly timed for a new owner to soak up the glorious Welsh sunshine in one of the country's most historic seaside towns - but it's probably not what you think it is.
There's no stone cottage waiting to greet you with cosy spaces, it's not a sea view apartment with a balcony - it's something much more intriguing than that and a place to relax as well as party like you're on holiday whenever you decide to visit.

This luxurious glamping pod, nestled in the heart of Pembrokeshire, offers all the modern comforts of a sea holiday with a traditional twist. For more property stories sent to your inbox twice a week sign up to the property newsletter here

This is where the most attractive Americans live, according to a new study

In our Instagram-obsessed culture, looks seem to matter more than ever before. Everyone's practicing their pose, tilting their faces to get the best light, popping a hip to slim the torso and using filters to remedy whatever nature gave them. And let's not forget the people in the background of your photo—if it's important to you that your vacation photos show well-dressed, attractive people around you, you might need to actually tailor your trip to go where the good-looking people are. Thankfully, there's a new study from TDM Agency to help. The data looks at metrics such as the number of Miss USA queens and PEOPLE 's Sexiest Man Alive winners, lingerie models, and exercise and obesity rates to rank the 50 states according to the "beauty" of its residents. And, not a shock, the ranking names California as the best-looking state, and by a wide margin. Los Angeles, a place where perfectly symmetrical actors and lithe, leggy models abound, likely plays a large role in that perception. California also has the most Victoria's Secret Angels and Sexiest Men Alive honorees (six of each) and is considered a very healthy state with a strong fitness profile. In second place is New York, which also has a lot of models per capita and many celebrities (although only three Sexiest Men and no Victoria's Secret folks). New York's connection to the fashion industry also ensures some good-looking folks are strolling through Manhattan alongside the rest of us mere mortals. In third place is Hawaii. Surprisingly the state has the most models: 1.65 models per capita, which means for every person, there is more than one person's worth of super-attractive models. (We don't understand the sexy math, we're just here for the sleek jawlines.) Hawaii has zero lingerie-wearing Angels or hunky PEOPLE cover stars, but it does boast five Miss USA winners. (Tying for second, Texas has 10.) And when you team exercise and obesity rates, Hawaii comes out as one of the best on the list. A few more takeaways: The state with the fewest models is Wyoming. The state with the best exercise rates is Colorado, and the worst is a tie between Oklahoma and Mississippi. Lowest obesity? Colorado. Highest? Arkansas. Here is the list of the top 10 best-looking states: 1. California 2. New York 3. Hawaii 4. Texas 5. Illinois 6. Massachusetts 7. Alaska 8. New Jersey 9. Utah 10. Connecticut

UK's 'most Instagrammable city' has gorgeous views 'prettier than Santorini'

A UK city has been named prettier than spots in Greece, France and Italy according to a new study that determined Europe's prettiest places for an Instagram photo Santorini and the Amalfi Coast may be the kind of beautiful places you see all over your social media feeds, but one UK city has just beaten both destinations in new rankings of Europe's 'most Instagrammable locations'. Despite Santorini being famed for its whitewashed buildings with blue dome ceilings, gorgeous ocean views and cobbled streets, it's actually Edinburgh that's been proving more of a hit with those in search of that perfect Instagram backdrop. Considering the Scottish capital has a historic castle, cobbled streets, beautiful surroundings and a plethora of independent shops and eateries, it's not difficult to see why it's so popular with the Instagram crowd. For example, Harry Potter fans regularly flock to Victoria Street, lined with colourful terraced buildings that have often been credited as the inspiration behind Diagon Alley, not to mention nowadays there's a wizarding shop or two that you can explore. Meanwhile those who want to be #smug about getting up early for a hike will no doubt want to head to the top of Arthur's Seat, where you'll be treated to unrivalled views of the city. Then of course there's Edinburgh Castle which makes not only for a great selfie backdrop, but it's well worth a visit if you want to while away a couple of hours and learn all about Edinburgh's fascinating history. Back down on the cobbled streets, you can delve further underground and explore the expansive network of tunnels under the city, which boast a turbulent history full of crime and reported hauntings, with many a walking tour on offer to guide you and teach you about some of the city's spookiest stories. Then there are the quirky boutiques on offer, the plethora of restaurants (and yes, plenty of options if you want to try haggis), and the countless events on throughout the year including the iconic Edinburgh Fringe Festival, literary festivals and the Instagram-worthy Hogmanay celebrations complete with candlelit walks and Christmas markets. It's therefore no surprise that Edinburgh featured so highly in the rankings of Europe's most Instagrammable destinations, released by FerryHopper. The team behind the study looked at six different hashtag templates for each location to determine the winners, with factors such as how many posts are tagged across destinations, and the quality of photos. Edinburgh came ninth in the overall rankings, beating out a number of destinations in France, Greece and Italy. (The top spot went to Paris, followed by Nice and Barcelona). You can check out the full rankings below: Europe's 15 most Instagrammable locations Paris, France Nice, France Barcelona, Spain Valencia, Spain Ibiza, Spain Majorca, Spain Porto, Portugal Lisbon, Portugal Edinburgh, Scotland Santorini, Greece Provence, France Mykonos, Greece Bergen, Norway Amalfi Coast, Italy Cappadocia, Turkey Article continues below Looking for more staycation inspiration?
