Influx Healthtech lists at 38% premium on NSE SME, beats GMP estimates

Influx Healthtech IPO listing today: Shares of healthcare-focused contract manufacturer Influx Healthtech made a robust market debut on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, listing at ₹132.5 on the NSE SME platform, a premium of 38 per cent from its issue price of ₹96 per share. After the listing, shares of Influx Healthtech were trading at 127.5, down 3.77 per cent from the opening price.
Influx Healthtech debut was significantly above the grey market expectations. Ahead of listing, the unlisted shares of Influx Healthtech were trading ₹116, reflecting a premium of ₹20 or 20.8 per cent against the issue price.

The company offered shares in the price band of ₹91 to ₹96 with a lot size of 1,200 shares. It received bids for 81,75,38,400 shares against the 40,58,400 shares offered, resulting in an oversubscription of 201 times by the end of the subscription period, showed NSE data.

Influx Healthtech IPO was combination of fresh issue of 5 million equity shares to raise ₹48 crore and offer for sale (OFS) of 1.1 million equity shares aggregating to ₹10.56 crore.
Influx Healthtech IPO was available for subscription from Wednesday, June 18, 2025, till Friday, June 20, 2025. The basis of allotment of shares was finalised on Monday, June 23, 2025.
Maashitla Securities was the registrar of the issue. Rarever Financial Advisors was the book-running lead manager of the Influx Healthtech IPO.
According to the red herring prospectus (RHP), the company plans to use the net fresh issue proceeds to set up a manufacturing facility for Nutraceutical Division, another manufacturing facility for Veterinary Food Division, and purchase of machinery for homecase and cosmetic division. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The key equity benchmark traded with modest losses in early afternoon trade, weighed down by a mix of global and domestic factors. India's recent forex data revealed a decline in its reserves. Inflows from foreign institutional investors further contributed to the positive undertone. Even concerns around the July 9 U.S. tariff deadline took a backseat, as reports of a likely extension helped calm investor nerves. The Nifty traded below the 25,600 level. FMCG stocks declined for the second consecutive trading session. At 12:30 IST, the barometer index, the S&P BSE Sensex, declined 231.76 points or 0.28% to 83,827.14. The Nifty 50 index lost 65.20 points or 0.25% to 25,573.10. The broader market outperformed the frontline indices. The S&P BSE Mid-Cap index rose 0.50% and the S&P BSE Small-Cap index jumped 0.70%. The market breadth was positive. On the BSE, 2,314 shares rose and 1,625 shares fell. A total of 201 shares were unchanged. Derivatives: The NSE's India VIX, a gauge of the market's expectation of volatility over the near term, rose 2.48% to 12.70. The Nifty 31 July 2025 futures were trading at 25,678.30, at a premium of 105.2 points as compared with the spot at 25,573.10. The Nifty option chain for the 31 July 2025 expiry showed a maximum call OI of 41.4 lakh contracts at the 26,000 strike price. Maximum put OI of 65.1 lakh contracts was seen at 25,000 strike price. Buzzing Index: The Nifty FMCG index shed 0.29% to 54,948.20. The index fell 0.31% in the two consecutive trading sessions. Tata Consumer Products (down 2.54%), Marico (down 1.59%), United Spirits (down 1.03%), Dabur India (down 0.79%), Patanjali Foods (down 0.59%), Varun Beverages (down 0.53%), Nestle India (down 0.41%), ITC (down 0.08%), Godrej Consumer Products (down 0.08%) and Hindustan Unilever (down 0.03%) fell. On the other hand, Colgate-Palmolive (India) (up 1.08%), United Breweries (up 0.76%) and Emami (up 0.26%) edged higher. Stocks in Spotlight: Waaree Energies rallied 5.43% after the firms wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, received an order to supply 540 MW of solar modules from a renowned customer located in the United States. Karnataka Bank declined 5.51% after the banks board accepted the resignation of managing director (MD) & chief executive officer (CEO), Srikrishnan Hari Hara Sarma, effective from 15 July 2025.

Waaree Energies shares advance 5% as unit bags 540 MW solar module order

Shares of Waaree Energies rose over 5 per cent on Monday after its subsidiary secured an order for the supply of 540 Megawatt (Mw) solar modules. The electrical equipment maker's stock rose as much as 5.09 per cent during the day to ₹3,097.4per share, the highest intraday gain since June 20. The stock pared gains to trade 4.6 per cent higher at ₹3,085 apiece, compared to a 0.26 per cent decline in Nifty 50 as of 11:50 AM. Shares of the company gained for the third straight day on Monday and are trading at the highest level since December last year. The counter has risen 8 per cent this year, compared to an 8.2 per cent advance in the benchmark Nifty 50. Waaree Energies has a total market capitalisation of ₹88,826.53 crore, according to BSE data. CATCH STOCK MARKET LATEST UPDATES LIVE Waaree Energies unit secures 540 Mw solar module order Waaree Solar Americas, the wholly owned US subsidiary of Waaree Energies, received an international order for the supply of 540 Mw of solar modules, according to an exchange filing. The order was secured from a US-based developer and owner-operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, it said in the statement. According to the company, the one-time order involves the supply of 270 Mw of solar modules in 2025, with the remaining 270 Mw scheduled for delivery during 2027–2028. Earlier this month, Waaree Solar Americas received an order for the supply of 599 Mw solar modules. The delivery of the module supply is scheduled to take place in the calendar year 2026. Waaree Energies Q4 performance The company reported a 34 per cent rise in its net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, to ₹618.91 crore as compared to ₹461.52 crore a year ago. Its consolidated revenue increased 36 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) to ₹4,003.93 crore as compared to ₹2,935.84 crore a year ago. The Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (Ebitda) for Q4 stood at ₹1,059.57 crore as against ₹489.94 crore a year ago, up 116.27 per cent Y-o-Y.
