Usher cancels 2025 Australia tour across Melbourne and SydneyUsher's highly anticipated 2025 Australia tour has been officially canceled. The R&B artist was scheduled to perform multiple shows in Melbourne and Sydney throughout November and December, including several additional performances added due to high demand.According to a message on Ticketek's website, 'the promoter of USHER's Australian tour regrets to advise that the scheduled shows to take place in November/ December, will no longer be proceeding.' This marks Usher's first planned headlining tour in Australia in over a decade.

Ticketek has stated that all tickets purchased, including those purchased with refundable ticket options, will be refunded in full to the original payment method used. No action is required from customers who purchased tickets using a credit or debit card through the Ticketek website or app.
The refund process may take approximately 30 business days to complete. Customers are advised to monitor their payment accounts and look for a full refund matching their original transaction. Customers who purchased their Usher Australia tour tickets at a Ticketek Agency or paid using a Ticketek Gift Voucher will need to take additional steps. According to Ticketek, affected customers have been contacted at the email address linked to their Ticketek account.
These customers must respond with the requested information in order for Ticketek to process their refund.
