Jennifer Aniston Gate-Crasher Faces Prison Time Over Stalking ‘Friends' Star & Driving Into Her Bel-Air Home
Being held on a statutory bail at $150,000, Jimmy Wayne Carwyle faces up to three years in a California state prison if found guilty on the felonies. The 48-year-old will be arraigned Thursday in LA Superior Court.

According to the LA DA's office: 'Between March 1, 2023, and May 5, 2025, Carwyle is accused of repeatedly harassing the victim, Jennifer A., sending her unwanted social media, voicemail, and email messages.'
That all took a much more up-close approach when Carwyle smashed into Aniston's property on Monday at around 12:20 pm PT. Aniston was home when the incident took place, though was not injured. Her security guards held Carwyle until the LAPD arrived, law enforcement reports.
'Stalking is a crime that can quickly escalate from harassment to dangerous, violent actions, threatening the safety of victims and our communities,' District Attorney Nathan Hochman declared Wednesday as more details of Carwyle's actions and intentions towards the Friends star were revealed. 'My office is committed to aggressively prosecuting those who stalk and terrorize others, ensuring they are held accountable.'
Led by Deputy District Attorney Sam Hulefeld, the case is being handled by the DA's Stalking and Threat Assessment Team.
Designed by prolific modern architect A. Quincy Jones, renovated in 1965 by Frederick Fisher and later redone by The Morning Show actress and ex-husband Justin Theroux, the 8,500 square-foot property was purchased for just under $21 million in the early 2010s. It sits on a 3.4 acre lot in pricey Bel-Air.

Julian McMahon, star of ‘Charmed,' ‘Nip/Tuck,' and ‘FBI,' dies at 56
Actor Julian McMahon, best known for his roles in the TV series 'Charmed,' 'Nip/Tuck' and 'FBI: Most Wanted,' has died at 56 following a private battle with cancer. McMahon died on Wednesday in Clearwater, Fla., his wife, Kelly McMahon, confirmed to Deadline on Friday. 'With an open heart, I wish to share with the world that my beloved husband, Julian McMahon, died peacefully this week after a valiant effort to overcome cancer,' she told the outlet. 'We ask for support during this time to allow our family to grieve in privacy. And we wish for all of those to whom Julian brought joy, to continue to find joy in life.' Kelly did clarify what type of cancer her husband had. Born on July 27, 1968 in Sydney, Australia, McMahon first began a career as a model before making the move into acting. He quickly became a household name on the Aussie soap opera 'Home and Away,' then headed to Hollywood for another daytime role on NBC's 'Another World.' In the mid-1990s, he transitioned into primetime shows, first with a series regular role on the NBC crime drama 'Profiler,' followed by his big break as half-demon Cole Turner on the hugely popular supernatural series 'Charmed.' In 2003, he snagged his first leading role on American TV as the charming and womanizing Dr. Christian Troy in Ryan Murphy's 'Nip/Tuck.' The plastic surgery drama, which ran for six seasons and 100 episodes on FX, scored him a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actor in a Series. More recently, he appeared on Dick Wolf's 'FBI,' before getting tapped to star in its latest offshoot.
