The pair were understood to have met through friends in Cheshire where they both live.
A source said: ' Tina fell out of love with one Adam and then fell in love with another.
'She's been on a few dates with him and they've been very open with their relationship.
'They were out last week snogging like teenagers and they've been seen walking her dog by locals.
' Tina looked totally mad for Adam and they couldn't keep their hands off each other.'
Tina, 41, who has played Sarah Platt on the ITV soap in two stints over 26 years, split up with 40-year-old Adam No1 in March. The pair, married for six years, have son Beau.
Tina also has a 16-year-old daughter, Scarlett, from her relationship with ex-Corrie co-star Ryan Thomas.
Pals said Tina and Adam, who met in 2011, grew apart.
A source added: 'Tina and Adam are on good terms, they're still close and are committed to being a family, even if they're not together.'
Adam No2, aged 38, studied architecture before opening his interior design business in 2010.
Tina O'Brien has split from hubby as pals reveal what tore them apart
The website for Panoramic Properties boasts the firm is 'recognised internationally as one of the leading design studios in the industry'.
A pal added: 'Tina has confided in her friends that she's dating Adam. They're keeping it low-key at the moment but around Cheshire they're being seen together all the time. They make a lovely couple.'
Tina first appeared as Sarah in 1999 and a year later, aged 17, won Most Popular Newcomer at the National Television Awards. She was also Best Soap Newcomer in the TV Quick Awards.
She left in 2008 but returned in 2015 and is one of Corrie 's most popular stars.
In April Tina signed to stay on for another year.
And it was revealed her character had some big storylines coming up — including a romance with cop Kit Green, played by Jacob Roberts.

Tina O'Brien and Adam Crofts' split timeline
We exclusively revealed in March Tina O'Brien and Adam Crofts had split following a number of signs the pair's seven-year marriage was in trouble.
In the days leading up to our story, Tina was pictured without her wedding ring on before taking steps to cover her ring finger amid speculation over their relationship.
A month before the split was confirmed, Tina went to Barbados without Adam — instead taking her 16-year-old daughter she shares with former Corrie co-star Ryan Thomas, 40.
A source said at the time: 'The couple moved house at Christmas and it was a stressful time.
'They have been on separate holidays and it cemented for them that they want to be on their own.
'Everyone is hoping they can work it out but it's not looking likely.'
In the run-up to Christmas Adam's wearable tech business went into administration and he left the company.
He was a co-founder of Prevayl, a sportswear brand that has previously been endorsed by the likes of England footballer Declan Rice.
Insiders had hoped their time apart would allow them to work through their issues but that hasn't been the case.

The couple earning 6 figures from being trolled: Obese actor who dared to marry a 'beautiful' size 6 influencer says people hate seeing a 'fat man have what they can't' - but is now facing more abuse for taking Mounjaro

An obese actor who found love with a size six influencer has faced years of trolling online by viewers who believe he 'must be rich' to have married a beautiful, slim woman. With their most popular videos racking up millions of views, swathes of internet users have accused George and Sienna Keywood of being 'fake' and 'fame hungry' - and have questioned the legitimacy of their relationship. George has branded critics 'jealous' of seeing a fat man who 'has what they can't', but even after seven years together and the birth of their son, it has not silenced critics who are now branding him 'lazy' for taking Mounjaro to lose weight. The couple's love story began with Australia-born Sienna spotting the actor, 31, on television in his role as Craig in the Bafta award-winning British sitcom People Just Do Nothing. 'Back when I was living in Australia, I was watching People Just Do Nothing and I was like "That is my ideal man, he's so hot!" I ended up Googling him,' she recalled. In true modern style, Sienna, a former PT whose passion is singing, sent George a message on social media expressing her interest, to which George's initial reaction was: 'Hmmm is this a scam?' From that point, their relationship blossomed as any other. The pair met for a date and 'clicked straight away', describing their immediate attraction to one another. 'What connected us was that we were both so alike,' George recalled. 'We're both creative. We got on, and that chemistry was already there before we even met in real life.' 'It was like true love,' Sienna agreed. 'It sounds so corny but when you know, you know.' The couple fell in love in 2018 and got married in 2022. Now, they share a five-year-old son called Oliver and have moved into their dream five-bedroom home in Surrey. But still, viewers aren't convinced. George faces a whirlwind of insults online, having been called a 'beached whale' and told he is 'lazy' and 'disgusting' for his size, with viewers regularly taking stabs at predicting when he will die. 'People just can't get over the fact that I'm fat and she's skinny,' said George, who puts the public's disdain down to pure jealousy. 'They see my wife and think "Wow, she's very attractive. Why can't I have that?" 'I've dealt with it for years. They hate the fact that a fat man can have more than them, they hate the fact that I can have this and they hate the fact that she's attracted to this.' According to George, Sienna is attracted to him because he's a 'bigger' man. 'That's her attraction,' he said. 'And I'm into her because she's a slim, beautiful, lovely-looking woman.' The couple are unconventional in other ways. As part of their many lucrative projects, they share an account on OnlyFans - a subscription-based pornographic site where users can make money by uploading adult content. Starring in adult videos together, the couple charge $15 a month for a glimpse into their intimate life. George has been called a 'beached whale' and told he is 'lazy' and 'disgusting' for his size, with viewers regularly taking stabs at predicting when he will die (George after weight loss) Their activity on the site has added to the vitriol of hatred directed at the parents. But the couple feel they have profited from the negativity, with George saying: 'We afford this house and these cars because we make over six figures a year getting trolled.' George now funds his lifestyle in part through online sponsorships which see him endorse products in exchange for payment. Selling tech products and running livestreams on his account, George claims to have made as much as £30,000 a month through social media. He said: 'We've made so much more money from social media than we ever thought we would make.' Interestingly, though, the pair don't advertise their OnlyFans page on their social media channels. Although platforms such as TikTok and Instagram ban explicit promotion of OnlyFans accounts, members use 'funnels' by directing potential customers to an external link. And while Sienna's Instagram does have a link to the page, her social media image is that of a normal, loving mother with a young child. She has previously spoken online of her 'shame and embarrassment' about making money from social media, television appearances, magazine spreads and even getting her wedding paid for by a TV channel. Sienna has also previously questioned why bigger actors are never cast as romantic interests in love stories, while George joked he 'just wants to do a sex scene.' The couple seem comfortable in their chosen career path, but since the start of their relationship, George has rapidly gained weight. He reached a point where he had to pay for taxis everywhere due to his inability to walk long distances. When the father became pre-diabetic and was struggling to walk upstairs, he began taking the weight loss drug Mounjaro. Before turning to the jab, he was drinking up to five cans of Coca-Cola a day and often eating a full pizza and garlic bread in the evenings. In August, 2024, he started taking the medication from a private online pharmacy that offered it to him for free, and he has since lost up to two pounds a week. Now, six stone down, George's sugar cravings have gone and he only eats one main daily meal, often skipping breakfast entirely. George started taking weight loss jabs when he reached a point where he had to pay for taxis everywhere due to his inability to walk long distances (after weight loss) He said his food shop has seen 'less overspending on junk food' thanks to his lack of appetite and he no longer splashes out as much on taxis. But the content creator has received negativity online from critics who say he is 'cheating' by taking the medication. George and Sienna respond to hate comments in their typical, sarcastic way. Posing for a video, George claps back at critics who insist they 'can't see' any weight loss despite his claims. 'No weight loss? Are you insane?' George roars, before Sienna chimes in: 'He's wasting away at this point.' In another TikTok, George points to his still large belly and jokes: 'There's a six pack there - look at that.' The pair maintain that they choose willingly to 'embarrass themselves' online because it gives them the financial freedom to work non-conventional jobs and spend more time together. Sienna wrote: 'Yes, we may embarrass ourselves on the internet for a living, but it means we get to spend every school holiday with our son, send him to the best school and have the freedom to work when we choose to.' Their content's resounding message is that they love each other despite the backlash they get, and will remain committed to one another regardless of their appearance. Sienna said: 'The hate doesn't get to us. We love each other and nothing anyone says will change that. 'Our aim is to encourage people to accept themselves for who they are. Thank you to everyone who supports us and sends positive messages our way.'

Omaze launch desperate bid to save luxury features of £6m home won for just £10 from demolition

Omaze is fighting to avoid having to demolish parts of a £6million home won for just £10 in a prize draw by submitting a retrospective planning application for areas that were built without approval. The dream home was offered in a link-up with the BBC to raise funds for Comic Relief, with backing from stars including Davina McCall, Lenny Henry and Rylan Clark. But discrepancies between the approved development and what had been built emerged before the sweepstake closed and plans to announce the winner live on the night were shelved. The winner, former Miss Wales finalist Vicky Curtis-Cresswell, is yet to receive the keys while the legal wrangle rumbles on. Omaze has now submitted the application, revealing the extent of the problems at stunning Larkside in Blakeney on the trendy north Norfolk coast – billed as its biggest ever prize draw. The three-bedroom mansion is designed in the style of the exclusive homes found in The Hamptons area of Long Island. The company has asked North Norfolk District Council if it can keep a single-storey extension to the eastern wing, a four-bay garage, summerhouse, tennis court with 'associated enclosure and landscaping' and outdoor swimming pool. All of these could end up being razed to the ground if the local authority's planning officials and councillors refuse permission. A council spokesman confirmed the retrospective application from Omaze was received on Tuesday. He added: 'The application is currently in the process of being validated. Once validated, all the relevant documents will be available to view on the public portal. 'If valid upon receipt, it is expected to appear on the portal as early as next week but will be longer if there are further requirements.' Local residents and other relevant local authorities will be able to comment formally once the plans are made available publicly. They will then be voted on by the council's planning committee at a later date. The council launched a probe in February – a month before Red Nose Day - after an eagle-eyed member of the public spotted potential issues with the property, which was built in 2020. If retrospective planning permission was not granted for the areas under scrutiny, Omaze could appeal to the Planning Inspectorate. Ms Curtis-Cresswell, 38, has revealed she plans to sell the mansion – although the planning breaches have delayed her plans and threaten to affect its value. When she won, she was looking for a rental home while living with her husband Dale, 41, and young daughter at her in-laws' three-bedroom house in Wales. Speaking at the time, the 2008 Miss Wales entrant said: 'It's crazy. One week, we're worrying about our old car breaking down, the next thing we've got a £6 million house.' A £250,000 cash prize came with the 5,000 sq ft house, which has access to a secluded pontoon and has £165,000 worth of furnishings. Letting agents estimates it could be rented out for £5,500 per month. North Norfolk District Council concluded earlier this year that the property had 'not been completed in accordance with the approved plans' after an investigation which including a visit from officers. Jamie Minors, managing director of local estate agents Minors and Brady, said then: 'This will massively affect the chance of sale, as some people will be put off and will not want to buy it. It could also affect the value. 'Selling it will definitely be more difficult and challenging, as solicitors will definitely advise against it.' However, he added the high-end property market also attracted wealthy people who would 'try and find a way to resolve any problem'. The kitchen at the imposing house, which was built in the style of architecture found in Cape Cod and the Hamptons, boasts integrated appliances, a US-style fridge and an island with seating for four people Dining al fresco - but the views could change if features including the pool, tennis court and single-storey extension on the east wing have to be removed Omaze, a for-profit company founded in the US, buys luxury properties for prize draws and gives at least 17 per cent of proceeds to charities. Larkfields raised more than £4.1 million for Comic Relief. A spokesman said: 'Omaze continues to work with North Norfolk District Council in relation to recommendations made regarding the property in Norfolk - and has submitted a retrospective planning application. 'Omaze reiterates that it guarantees no house winner would ever have to incur any costs whatsoever to remedy any historical planning issue. 'Omaze further guarantees that all house prizes are transferred to winners with good and marketable title.'

Summer psychos that will leave you chilled: Not Quite Dead Yet by Holly Jackson, Watch Me Watch You by Lily Samson, The Woman in Suite 11 by Ruth Ware

Not Quite Dead Yet is available now from the Mail Bookshop Not Quite Dead Yet by Holly Jackson (Michael Joseph £20, 448pp) Another cracker from the author of the global hit A Good Girl's Guide To Murder. Jet Mason is a law graduate who is brutally attacked and survives only to learn that she will inevitably die from her injuries within seven days. She is the daughter of a very powerful construction family with many enemies. Her dysfunctional family includes a cold mother and cruelly ambitious brother. Jet is determined to solve her own murder case in the days she has left. In the hands of a less skilful writer, this plot line simply wouldn't have worked. But Jackson creates such a relatable character as well as the cast of suspicious characters that the reader is kept engrossed until the heartbreaking, shocking finale. Watch Me Watch You by Lily Samson (Century £16.99, 400pp) A lot happens very quickly in this cleverly plotted tale that also gives a tantalising glimpse into the world of publishing. Alice wakes up alone in her London flat to find a private sex film she made with her partner being played. Alice, who we quickly learn has a stalker, gets a job at a publishers and finds herself secretly following her female boss Mina. But it's when Mina, who is married to a glamorous MP, suggests that she borrows Alice's flat that the plot really hots up. The complex strands are pulled together in an ingenious way. Alice and Mina are odd but compelling principal characters. And the result is a smart and sexy read about attraction and power. The Woman in Suite 11 by Ruth Ware (Simon & Schuster £16.99, 400pp) FANS will welcome this sequel to Ware's bestseller, The Woman In Cabin 10. The returning main character is Lo Blacklock, a travel journalist who wrote a bestseller about a murder on a cruise ship which was based on her own experiences. Lo has just accepted an invitation to review a luxury hotel in Switzerland and the chance to interview the mysterious billionaire owner. Alarm bells ring when three of the people who were on the cruise ship turn up here. Soon she is involved in a convoluted drama that resurrects her past and puts her life in danger again. Lo is particularly relatable as a vulnerable young mother struggling to re-establish her career. Ware's writing has all her trademarks of a tricky plot, great backdrops and convincing dialogue.
