The 38-year-old rounded off his time at the King Power Stadium with a superb record of 200 club goals in 500 appearances with 145 Premier League goals on his record.
An emotional Vardy bid farewell to his adoring fans after 13 seasons in the East Midlands - gaining promotion from the EFL Championship twice - but he is not considering retirement.
His most iconic moment came in Leicester's fairy-tale Premier League title win in 2015/16 - as he netted 24 league goals - and scooped the FWA Player of the Year and Premier League Player of the Year trophies.
He also won the EPL Golden Boot in 2019/20, with 23 goals, and lifted the FA Cup in 2021.

The 38-year-old is keen for a fresh start, and he's reportedly open to moving away from English football for the first time in his career, with offers landing from the Saudi Pro League, Major League Soccer and Serie A.
However, despite remaining in peak physical condition at 38, Vardy has already been knocked back by Serie A side Genoa, led by Patrick Vieira.
Patrick Vieira rejects Jamie Vardy transfer offer at Genoa
Former Arsenal captain Vieira was drafted in at Genoa in November 2024, following Alberto Gilardino's exit, and led the side to a final placing of 13th in Serie A last season.

Reports from Italian outlet Repubblica claim Genoa sporting director Flavio Ricciardella had reached an agreement over a one-year contract with Vardy and his advisors, but Vieira blocked the deal.
Club sponsors were reportedly willing to cover Vardy's salary to clinch an agreement, but Vieira was unconvinced, and Vardy could now make a move to Scottish giants Glasgow Rangers.
