This actor gave blockbuster worth Rs 500 crore in 2022, but is afraid to release this one film despite completing 90 percent shoot, movie name is…, he is…

There was a film in 2024 that everyone was waiting for. It was the sequel to a movie that had become a favourite for cinema lovers over the years. With big stars, high budget, and massive promotion, it looked like a sure success. But things didn't go as planned. Audiences were left disappointed, and the magic of the first part was missing. Despite all the hype, the film failed badly at the box office. It quickly went from one of the most awaited films to one of the biggest flops of the year. Fans were shocked by its poor outcome. Which film is this? Here we are talking about 2024 action thriller 'Indian 2' starring legendary Kamal Hasan and helmed by director Shankar Shanmugam. Due to the consistent delayed in release, fans had high expectations from this film, but 'Indian 2' did not live up to those expectations and on its initial release it was considered as Shankar's weakest film. The budget of this film was around Rs 300 crore. Why did Indian 2 not live up to the expectations? The film's VFX and stunt sequences were heavily criticised on social media, while critics ridiculed its weak story and script. This failure halted the work on 'Indian 3', 90% of which was already shot. The producers were in a dilemma about taking the film forward. Most of the shooting of 'Indian 3' has been completed, and only one song and a few important scenes are left. But due to the failure of 'Indian 2' and Kamal Haasan and Shankar's demand for payment, the project was put on hold. Is Indian 3 shoot going to start? Now the news is that 'Indian 3' is going to start again, because Kamal Haasan and Shankar are ready to shoot the remaining scenes without taking payment. According to Asianet, superstar Rajinikanth has a big contribution behind this decision, who united the team by negotiating between the two parties. This step can give new heights to the career of Kamal Haasan and Shankar. More about Indian 'Indian 3' is a prequel to the 1996 film 'Indian', in which Kamal Haasan will be seen in the role of freedom fighter Senapati. Kajal Aggarwal is also in an important role. The trailer of 'Indian 3' shown in the climax of 'Indian 2' was well liked by the audience. Let us tell you that Kamal Haasan made a stellar comeback with the Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial Vikram in the year 2022, which earned Rs 500 crore at the box office.

Anupam Kher doesn't own a house because he wants to avoid property feuds after his death: ‘Sikandar doesn't ask me before doing anything'

Actor Anupam Kher recently put on his directing hat for the film Tanvi the Great. The film is struggling to fill theatres, having been swept under the Saiyaara storm. While promoting the film, Kher talked about his family life and several of his lifestyle choices, like living in a rented house. Kher explained that his decision not to buy a house stems from his desire to avoid conflicts within his family after his death. In an interview, he also spoke about how he parented Sikandar Kher, his stepson. Kher appeared on The Powerful Humans podcast and talked about why he decided to live in a rented house, even though he has the capacity to buy several homes of his own. He said, 'Even Gautam Buddha let go of all of his riches and comforts to live a simple life. You only need certain things in life: a house to live in, a car, and one or two people to work with. A house is a house; it doesn't matter if you rent it or you own it. I am ambitious in the sense that I want my films to do well, but that is different. But I don't feel like I have to own a big house or eat bread made out of silver and food made out of gold just because I'm rich.' ALSO READ: Anupam Kher admits to stalking a girl during school days; weighs in on rising conflicts in modern relationships: 'Why should girls tolerate…' He explained that he wants his family to lead a peaceful life without any conflict after he is gone, and leaving property behind might interfere with that plan. 'Once a person is gone, or has passed away, there is a chance that some disputes might arise regarding the property he has left behind. There is less conflict involved with distributing money. I have seen and talked to aged people, and their stories are harrowing. Someone has been thrown out by their son; someone is being coerced to sign over their property. These kinds of things and conversations don't happen in my house,' he said. Kher, who recently expressed regret about not having a biological child of his own, opened up about being a stepfather to Sikandar. He said that he refuses to look over his Sikandar's shoulder and wants him to live according to his own preferences. 'Sikandar is my stepson. Kids of today don't ask their fathers for permission before doing anything. I don't play the role of a father in my real life; that's fine for the movies. I don't go up to Sikandar and tell him how he should handle his business. Kids don't learn in this manner, and my father never told me what to do. Parents should give their kids a certain amount of freedom so that they learn from their own mistakes,' he said.
