She already has two children with partner Bobby Koostra - and a daughter from an earlier relationship.
Wearing a sequin dress, Katherine posed for photos on the red carpet.
The highly anticipated film sequel sees Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis reprise their Freaky Friday roles.
Back in June, it was revealed that Katherine was expecting baby number four.
She debuted her baby bump later that month, in a side-profile Instagram snap.
Katherine wore a red figure-hugging dress with a white lace panel at the front.
The fabric clung to her growing tummy and she styled her blonde shoulder-length locks poker straight to complete her glam look.
Katherine took her selfie with the help of a mirror and simply uploaded with the caption: "Wednesday."
Meanwhile, news of the exciting addition came just two months after Katherine's skin cancer diagnosis.
She posted a photo of her arm with a plaster covering part of it after she underwent surgery for the second time in a week.

The comedian captioned it: "Done," with a green tick and a red love heart emoji.
The TV star had the mole removed privately last week, but after it was discovered to be cancerous, Katherine had to undergo another procedure.
Last week, the TV favourite revealed she has melanoma on the latest episode of her podcast Telling Everybody Everything.
It's the second time Katherine has been diagnosed with the disease, after having first had it at the age of 21 in 2004.
Revealing that she felt uneasy about the recent mole on her arm, Katherine explained that during an initial visit to the doctor she was given the all clear.
She said: "I know you should never google things but I'm actually really worried. Normally I'm that positive person
"I think it's really easy to take a diagnosis of 'you're healthy' and walk away.
"But the mole kept changing, I know a lot about melanoma, I had melanoma as a very young woman - aged 21 - on my leg, I've spoken about that before.
"It was flat, it wasn't that big but it was melanoma. It is a deadly form of skin cancer and it does spread quickly.
"I just thought that this mole wasn't right. It's on my arm. I showed pictures of it on my social media. I went in and I wanted the doctor to remove it and stitch it up in a straight line.
"But even when he looked at it, he was like, 'it's not melanoma, it's totally fine, I will do a shave and send it away for testing'.
Katherine added: "And he rang me today and it did come back as melanoma. Early melanoma. The doctor was shocked and told me I need to go back.
"It just feels crazy to me, what could have happened, if I hadn't been my own advocate - and I will continue to be my own advocate."

Credit: Getty The source has claimed that under-fire BBC presenter Naga Munchetty has a reputation for going "ballistic" at junior staff. They also revealed that she humiliated an intern who didn't make her porridge perfectly. An insider told the Mail: "She has a reputation for going at young members of staff and making them out to be fools. "She would kick off about the smallest of issues, including one time she went ballistic over her breakfast not being prepared exactly how she likes it by an intern." Munchetty refused to eat porridge delivered to her by an intern during an ad break as it was too hot for her to eat in the time she had. "The guy walked off the set utterly humiliated and went back to chuck it away before trying again in time for the next ad break, it was pretty brutal to watch," the insider added. A BBC spokesperson said: 'While we do not comment on individual cases, we take all complaints about conduct at work extremely seriously and will not tolerate behaviour that is not in line with our values. 'We have robust processes in place and would encourage any staff with concerns to raise them directly with us so they can be addressed.' It comes as the BBC is set to launch an investigation into Munchetty following a string of complaints. The Breakfast host has been placed 'under review' while bosses consider escalating matters to a formal investigation. Gary Lineker tops BBC best-paid list with Naga Munchetty among biggest earners amid 'bullying' row as salaries revealed A source said bosses had heard from a number of aggrieved colleagues, logging concerns over her 'hard' and 'bullying' behaviour on BBC Breakfast and her Radio 5 Live show. She had also been hauled in by bosses over allegations she made an off-air sex jibe at 5 Live. The source said: 'Following the amount of people who have come forward to share their experiences with Naga, the BBC has officially moved to place the complaints under review. "The review is to ascertain whether a full-on investigation is required and that could come in weeks.' The Sun previously reported Munchetty faced complaints on 5 Live including a bullying claim and the use of crude, sexual language. Bosses were forced to apologise on her behalf after a tense interview with Spice Girl Geri Horner in 2023. Munchetty began work on BBC Breakfast in 2014 and covers Thursday to Saturday alongside Stayt, as well as presenting a Radio 5 programme three times a week. She is the BBC's 10th highest earner, on around £355,000. We reported since the bullying row had erupted on BBC Breakfast, her team had approached LBC radio to seek out new opportunities.

Muhammad's daughter Hana said in a touching tribute: "In Loving Memory of My Uncle Rock. "Today, the last living member of my father's immediate family returned to heaven. "My Uncle, lovingly known as Rock, was a sweet, gentle soul with a heart as big as the world. "He had that same sparkle in his eye that my father had… that same light, that same mischief, that same love. "They were close their entire lives, brothers by blood, but friends by choice. "Even as children, their bond was extraordinary. My father loved his brother like he was his own child. "I can just picture them now, reunited in heaven… playing Cowboys and Indians with the broomsticks they used to find in Mama Bird and Papa Cash's closet. Daddy always insisted on being the Cowboy, and Rock the Indian. "Or maybe they're back to one of their favourite games, Daddy convincing Rock to throw actual rocks at him so he could prove how fast he was by dodging them. "Whatever they're doing up there, I know it's full of joy, laughter, and the kind of brotherly love that helped shape our family. "Uncle Rock had a heart of gold. He never needed a spotlight to shine, and I believe that now, from above, he and Daddy are part of something bigger… something beautiful… something meant to help heal this broken world. "God bless you, Uncle Rock. You will be missed. You will be forever loved. "And when my time comes, I hope you and Daddy will both be there, waiting to welcome me home." DeVone Holt, who is the president of the Muhammad Ali Center, added: "You can't tell Muhammad's story without mentioning Rahaman. "He was one of the most constant sources of support for Muhammad during his career and their relationship was a true example of what it means to be my brother's keeper." Rahaman, who was born Rudolph Arnett Clay, was also a professional boxer from 1964 to 1972. He ended his heavyweight career with 14 bouts won, three lost and one draw. THIS IS A DEVELOPING STORY.. Love Island hunk reveals surprising link to Oasis star Liam Gallagher after villa exit
Who knew Tommy had such celeb connections? Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) LOVE Islander Tommy Bradley may no longer be in the villa, but he's found his way into the spotlight once more after sharing his unexpected link to Oasis star Liam Gallagher. The landscape gardener from Hertfordshire, 22, known for his washboard abs, was savagely dumped from the ITV2 show almost three weeks ago alongside villa flame, Lucy Quinn. On GK Barry's podcast Saving Grace, Tommy talked about his life before and after being a Love Island contestant. 'When I tell people I do gardening and stuff it doesn't sound as good, but we'd go to footballers' houses and celebrities,' Tommy said. GK asked Tommy who the most famous person he worked for was, and he replied with no hesitation that it had to be Liam Galllagher. 'I'm a massive Oasis fan and there was a point in time when a company I joined used to do his maintenance, cut his grass, cut back hedges, stuff like that, general tidy-up,' Tommy said. Though Tommy unfortunately didn't get to spend too long working for the star as shortly after he started, Liam moved while his home went under renovation. 'I was really unlucky - I joined that company when he [Liam] moved out for building work, his house was being renovated. He moved to the Cotswolds,' Tommy said. 'I was only at that company for three months, they only wanted me for the summer, and when I left he moved back in. I was actually gutted.' Tommy still remains hopeful that he'll have a chance to meet the music legends of Oasis in the future, as Liam's niece, Anais, reached out to him on TikTok. 'Noel Gallagher's daughter commented on my TikTok and I was buzzing,' Tommy said. Love Island fans furious as Tommy slams Shakira as b----- and a 'mean girl' as he speaks out on dumping 'I then went on Instagram and saw she follows me so I followed her back and she sent a video of Noel and Liam on stage and I messaged her like, 'Counting down the days.'' Tommy continued: 'I'm going in September at Wembley. She asked me what show I'm going to and I told her. She liked the message but that's all it's been left at.' 5 Tommy has been talking to Anais on various social media platforms Credit: instagram 5 The news comes around the same time as Tommy and Lucy calling it quits Credit: Shutterstock Editorial
