Sussexes part ways with six more staff
Kyle Boulia, the couple's Los Angeles-based deputy press secretary, and Charlie Gipson, their European communications director, have both left.
Lianne Cashin, former head of operations at Archewell, has also gone just a month after a Sussex spokesman described her as 'exceptional' and said she exemplified the 'strength and vision' of the Duke and Duchess
Meanwhile, Deesha Tank, director of communications at Archewell, has left, as has a personal assistant and Meghan's social media manager.
The changes come after the Duke's BBC interview, in which he railed against his father and complained of an 'establishment stitch-up' after losing his security appeal against the Government.
The interview is not thought to have gone down well at Buckingham Palace.
However, one source told The Telegraph that the writing was on the wall for certain members of staff following the publication of an excoriating profile of the couple in Vanity Fair in January.
The article alleged that several people underwent 'long-term therapy' or took extended breaks from work after working with the Duchess, while Prince Harry was portrayed as a naive, lonely figure who has failed to make any friends in the US.
The social media manager is understood to have left before the Duke and Duchess released the extraordinary video of them twerking in a hospital delivery room.
The footage, taken as they awaited the birth of their daughter, Princess Lilibet, was published on the Duchess's Instagram page earlier this month and was met with a mixture of incredulity and amusement.
Last month, it emerged that the Sussexes had retained a team from Method Communications to bolster their PR operation, suggesting that they were unhappy with the way things had previously been managed.
The couple have also recently hired Emily Robinson, a new director of communications, who oversaw publicity for The Crown among other shows while working as a senior publicity director at Netflix.
The Duchess has hired Sarah Fosmo, who previously worked for Bill Gates, as her first chief of staff, while Prince Harry has promoted Miranda Barbot to be his chief of staff.
Meredith Maines, who was appointed as the couple's first chief communications officer in February, has overseen many of the recent changes.
She said of the departure of Mr Boulia and Mr Gipson barely a year after they were hired: 'As the Duke and Duchess's business and philanthropic interests grow, I have made the strategic decision to move toward a more traditional communications structure of specialist agency support.
'Transitioning from a team of two to an agency support staff of eight, operating across five different time zones, will give international media and stakeholders better access, and critically, faster response times to enquiries.'
The Duchess is now focused on the expansion of her As Ever brand, although she has given seemingly contradictory statements in recent weeks about her plans.
She told Fast Company magazine that she was not intending to announce any new products until the first quarter of 2026, adding on her own podcast that she was pressing 'pause' on the development of the business until it was 'completely stable'.
The Duchess then promptly announced on Instagram that her fans' 'favourite' products would be returning this month, alongside 'a few new things' that she could not wait to show off.

EXCLUSIVE What Nicola Peltz thinks of her OTHER in-laws: Amid the Beckham feud, how does Brooklyn's wife get on with the very glamorous partners of her brothers...
As family tributes went, it could not be more gushing. Speaking about one of her in-laws, Nicola Peltz paid homage to a 'beautiful chosen sister' and vowed to look after her 'for the rest of my life'. However, these touching sentiments were not directed to her mother-in-law Victoria or Harper Beckham, who turned 14 this week, even though Nicola previously referred to the teenager as her 'little sister'. Instead, these were the words Nicola used to describe her brother Will's girlfriend Kenya Jones, daughter of the late Quincy, in an extremely heartfelt post after the late producer's death in November 2024. It was particularly telling, given that relations with Beckham clan have been so frosty of late, amid a family feud that saw Nicola and Brooklyn skip his father David's 50th birthday celebrations in May. The couple did post a happy birthday message on Instagram to Brooklyn's little sister Harper this week, after furious speculation over whether the couple would publicly acknowledge her big day at all. But then Cruz and Romeo unfollowed Brooklyn and Nicola hours later for reasons unknown. Yet despite the issues with her husband's family, it appears that Nicola's relationship with her in-laws on the Peltz side could not be warmer - with a source close to the couple saying that Nicola is extremely close to her siblings and their partners. In fact, she looks on them as her best friends and support system. Before she wed Benny Blanco, Brad and Selena were rumoured to be dating during the time Nicola, Selena and Brooklyn joked they were in a 'throuple' (the pair are pictured with Brooklyn in 2023) The actress, 30, is the daughter of billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz, 83, and his model wife Claudia Heffner Peltz, 70. As well as Nicola, they share eight children together: Matthew, 40, Will, 39, Brad, 35, Diesel, 27, twins Zachary and Gregory, 22, and daughter Brittany, 31. With so many boys in the family, it means a lot of potential sisters-in-law by Nicola's side in the future. As well as Will's new fiancee Kenya, other members of the family include Zach's long-term girlfriend Aislinn and Matthew's wife Hallie Dunn, who he wed in 2018. Even when relationships break down, it's not a barrier to friendship with Nicola. One of her closest friends is singer Selena Gomez, who was previously linked to her brother Brad. Will and fiancée Kenya Jones Taking to Instagram this week, Nicola announced her brother Will had asked his girlfriend Kenya to marry him. Posing for a photo Kenya showed off her diamond ring as she shared a kiss with her husband-to-be in front of the sea. It read: 'Just engaged. My whole heart for my whole life,' with Nicola adding: 'Best news ever!' It's not the first time Nicola has publicly showed her love for her future sister-in-law Kenya and they've often appeared at star-studded events together. The pair attended The Daily Front Row Fashion Los Angeles Awards in 2016 together and went to Wendy's summer party with Brooklyn and Will in 2022. It's shown in her recent Instagram post on Tuesday , where she congratulated her brother Will and his wife-to-be Kenya Jones - daughter of the late Quincy Jones - on their engagement She wrote: 'Quincy, my heart is shattered I can't comprehend saying goodbye to you so I won't, I will say see you later' Nicola paid emotional tribute to Kenya's father Quincy last year after he died age 91. The actress said her 'heart is shattered' in the emotional statement and promised to look after his daughter for the 'rest of my life.' Nicola's brother Will has been dating Quincy's daughter - who he shares with German actress Nastassja Kinski - since 2011. Sharing a series of photos to Instagram, she wrapped her arms around the musician while her husband Brooklyn stood beside them. She wrote: 'Quincy, my heart is shattered I can't comprehend saying goodbye to you so I won't, I will say see you later.' Nicola continued: 'You were truly a gift from God. The legacy you have left here on earth is not only your musical genius that has touched the hearts of millions of people but the most beautiful children that you raised - the Jones family, my family - I am so beyond grateful to know them. 'Quincy I can't believe I got lucky enough in this life to grow up knowing your love, wisdom, laughter and light. 'The twinkle in your eye perfectly matched your smile and lit up this world. Your humour was unmatched and you made me laugh more than anything, I miss laughing with you. 'I love you so much q I will miss you every single day and everyday I will be reminded of your beauty through your unbelievable children. 'I promise to look out for Kenya for the rest of my life. She is my chosen sister and has your magic running through her. Love always your pita.' Zach and girlfriend Aislinn Elsewhere, Nicola remains close with her youngest brother Zach's girlfriend and is in full support of their relationship. Zach and his girlfriend Aislinn flaunt their relationship on Instagram, retrospectively sharing PDA-filled snaps - which Nicola always likes and comments on. Like Nicola, Brooklyn is fond of Zach and Aislinn as the four have previously spent time together in fun-filled images. Proving further that Nicola loves to keep in with her in-laws, her brother Brad was previously lined to Selena Gomez - a very close friend of Nicola and Brooklyn, who is 'supporting them' through the feud with David and Victoria. Before she wed Benny Blanco, Brad and Selena were rumoured to be dating during the time Nicola, Selena and Brooklyn joked they were in a 'throuple'. They were first spotted hanging out in November 2022 and jetted off to Mexico in 2023 with a group of friends where they rang in the New Year. Selena also celebrated Thanksgiving with Brooklyn and Nicola, going to their house where Brad was also present for the festivities. Yale graduate Brad is an entrepreneur who serves as founder and CEO of Mymo, an automated scheduling solution that 'enhances the experience between patient and physician'. Brad is a former ice hockey player and is the son of billionaire businessman and investor Nelson. Pop culture podcast Not Skinny But Not Fat speculated at the time that Selena and Brad were dating along with many of the star's fans. 'Streets saying Selena Gomez dating Brad Peltz omg', one fan wrote while another added: 'Selena is dating Brad Peltz?' Another noted that Brad 'liked' a stunning Instagram snap of Selena shared by her makeup artist. MailOnline contacted representatives of Selena Gomez for comment at the time. Matthew Peltz and Hallie Dunn Nicola's brother Matthew married his wife Hallie Dunn in 2018, and the couple welcomed a son, named Asher Lion, in 2020. While the couple tend to stay out of the limelight, it's clear that Nicola is a fan of her 'beautiful' sister-in-law. She paid a special tribute to the pair in an Instagram post where she posed with newborn Asher in April 2020, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. 'Watching my big brother and his beautiful wife Hallie become new parents is incredible especially during this scary time,' she said. 'I hope all the new parents and babies are safe.' Little information is known about Brad, Diesel and Gregory's current love life. Brooklyn's family feud rumbles on after he and Nicola failed to attend any of his father David's 50th birthday celebrations. Relations between the couple and Brooklyn's family are said to be at an all time low amid fears he is risking ruining his 'close bond' with sister Harper if he fails to attend or acknowledge her 14th birthday on Thursday. While both parties have remained publicly quiet about their rift, there have been clues on social media suggesting that all is not well between the two camps. David and Victoria supported their eldest son as he launched Cloud23 last year both in Los Angeles and London. They were seen together again at Christmas time in the UK when the couple joined Brooklyn's family for festive celebrations on Boxing Day. However it marked the final time they have all been seen together since reports of infighting began. The picture of familial bliss shows Victoria and David and their four children with Nicola gathered in front of a Christmas tree, posted on Boxing Day last year. The image is a far cry from the tense relations between the Beckhams and their son and his wife, following reports that things are 'beyond repair'. On Sunday, it was claimed Brooklyn and Nicola's feud with the Beckhams could overshadow Harper's upcoming birthday on July 10. Sources claimed there was fear Harper could be 'collateral damage' should they fail to acknowledge her birthday celebration as the feud with her parents escalates. An insider told The Mirror: 'Harper's been particularly affected by what's going on because she's always been really close to Brooklyn. 'They've always had a lovely bond because Brooklyn was that bit older when Harper was born and the hope when Brooklyn married Nicola was that she'd become like a big sister to Harper in a house full of brothers. 'But obviously that hasn't happened and it's potentially going to be heartbreaking for Harper if Brooklyn doesn't show up for her on her birthday.' David and Victoria's 26th wedding anniversary also passed without mention, despite the former Manchester United and England footballer referencing Brooklyn in his own post. David previously thanked wife Victoria for their 'beautiful children' as the couple both acknowledged estranged son Brooklyn while celebrating their 26th wedding anniversary on July 4. The former footballer who also shares sons Romeo, 20, and Cruz, 22 with the ex Spice Girl, 51, shared a series of throwback snaps of the family in happier times. Declaring his love for Victoria, who he referred to as Lady Beckham following his Knighthood, he wrote: '26 years today you said YES to me Happy Anniversary and thank you for giving me our beautiful children and building the life that we have together.' He went on to tag his children including estranged son Brooklyn. Victoria also tagged her eldest son, captioning her post: 'Another year, another chapter in our love story. 'I'm so proud of the beautiful family and life we've built together. You and our four incredible children complete me. I love you so much @davidbeckham. Here's to 26 years!!' Despite the apparent olive branch, insider believe Brooklyn will not be in attendance when Harper turns 14 on Thursday. The source added: 'He took a stand and missed his dad's 50th so he's not likely to suddenly do a U-turn and forget everything that's happened, as much as he loves Harper. 'But if he did, it could be a much-needed olive branch to start repairing things. An end to the family drama would be the best birthday present Harper – and her parents – could ask for.' MailOnline has contacted a representative for further comment. Brooklyn reportedly 'told his famous family that he wants no contact' with them last month in the latest devastating turn of their ongoing feud. According to the publication, the eldest Beckham boy has had no communication with his family following father David's knighthood being announced last month and only learned of the news in the media alongside the rest of the world. Denying he'd asked for no contact, a source close to Brooklyn told the publication: 'Everyone's focus should be David Beckham 's great honour'. Meanwhile a source close to Brooklyn also denied the claims as they told MailOnline, 'this seems to be another deliberate attempt to misrepresent the truth, and it only serves to distract from this honor being bestowed on Brooklyn's father.'

Disappointed fans slam BST Hyde Park for cancelling final day as ELO pull out of headline slot amid fears for Jeff Lynne's health
BST Hyde Park festival goers have been left 'gutted' after the July 13 music event was cancelled at the last minute after Jeff Lynne's Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) pulled out of the headline slot. Lynne, 77, who billed to play on Sunday alongside his band for their last concert together, decided against performing on doctors' advice due to a 'systemic infection'. A statement from organisers said on Saturday evening: 'Following the news that Jeff Lynne's ELO will not be able to perform at BST Hyde Park due to medical reasons, Sunday 13 July's event will sadly be cancelled. 'Ticket holders will be refunded and contacted directly by their ticket agent with further details.' It added: 'Tonight's performance marks the final night of an incredible edition of BST Hyde Park and we look forward to seeing everyone next year.' An earlier statement from BST said: 'Jeff Lynne is heartbroken to report that he will not be able to perform at tomorrow's BST Hyde Park show. 'Jeff has been battling a systemic infection and is currently in the care of a team of doctors who have advised him that performing is simply not possible at this time nor will he be able to reschedule. 'The legacy of the band and his longtime fans are foremost in Jeff's mind today - and while he is so sorry that he cannot perform, he knows that he must focus on his health and rehabilitation at this time.' However, despite several fans wishing Jeff well, others have slammed BST Hyde Park for cancelling the festival all together as they have spent hundreds of pounds on travel and hotels. The band were due to be joined at BST Hyde Park by Californian rockers The Doobie Brothers, English songwriter Steve Winwood and Dhani Harrison, the son of late Beatles lead guitarist George Harrison. Other acts on the bill included W.H. Lung, Cats in Space, High Fade, Neckbreakers, Bobbie Dazzle and Bec O'Malley. 'Disappointed' fans took to X - formerly known as Twitter - to describe the festival as an 'absolute disgrace' for cancelling the entire day. They wrote: 'Absolutely gutted that my birthday treat tomorrow to see ELO's last ever concert at BST Hyde Park has been cancelled due to Jeff Lynne's ill health, was so looking forward to it. Wishing Jeff Lynne a full and speedy return to full health; 'So sad about Jeff Lynne's ELO cancellation! But would love to see @TheDoobieBros @SteveWinwood @DhaniHarrison do solo shows tomorrow in London! Who's with me? Turn this disappointment into multiple amazing gigs!; 'Disappointed' fans took to X - formerly known as Twitter - to describe the festival as an 'absolute disgrace' for cancelling the entire day 'Shame you couldn't give a partial refund and have the day as planned. I'd have sang all the ELO songs for you as well as thousands of others; 'Tragic news was lucky enough to see them in B'ham last Saturday get well soon; 'This is disgusting for the people that have tickets, booked accommodation and travel. I wasn't going but feel bad for those that were and don't see why whole event should be cancelled cos of one band not being able to do it. Maybe give the other bands longer slots??; 'Fans coming from all over the world and it's them that suffer. Jeff Lynnes health is priority but that doesn't mean the whole even should be cancelled. Absolute disgrace; 'Absolutely gutted. Was flying in from Jersey, had hotel booked and would have been my first concert. What an adventure. Unlikely will ever get the chance to see them perform live again. But I wish Jeff a speedy recovery. I'm sure he's just as devastated; 'So disappointing as we have been looking to this for so long. But the main thing is to wish Jeff a full and speedy recovery; 'I can't believe they cancelled the whole thing; 'Gutted Get well soon Jeff; 'I totally understand that Jeff's health is paramount and wish him all the best for the treatment he is receiving. Great that we are getting tickets refunded but what about the additional £500 it has cost me in flights, accommodation and travel. Prob never see that again'. ELO's latest cancellation comes after the rock band, best known for their hit song Mr Blue Sky, pulled out of a performance at Manchester's Co-Op Live on July 10 at the last minute. The band cancelled less than an hour before they were due to take to the stage, with thousands of fans already seated in the venue. 'Jeff is devastated he cannot perform this evening. The band was formed in Birmingham in 1970 by Lynne, multi-instrumentalist Roy Wood and drummer Bev Bevan, and first split in 1986. They are known for fusing classical music, Beatles-style pop and futuristic rock visuals, and were inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2017. ELO are best known for their 1970s hits Livin' Thing, Mr Blue Sky, Telephone Line and Evil Woman. Singer, multi-instrumentalist and record producer Lynne resurrected the band in 2014.
