Wimbledon Ticket Options
There are a range of ways to get into Wimbledon as one of the only major sporting events in the world that offer sought-after tickets on the day of the event...
The Queue
As one of the only major sporting events that allows guests to purchase tickets on the day of the event, demand is high.
Each day a large queue forms of people wanting either a Grounds or Show Court ticket - with many even arriving the night before and camping to guarantee a place.
Upon arrival, visitors are issued a Queue Card, which is numbered and dated and should be kept until a ticket has been purchased.
While there is a limited number of entries, it is possible to remain in the queue and wait for people already inside to leave, with those tickets then becoming available.
It is also possible to check the status of the queue on the Wimbledon website.
This year, organisers are asking potential queuers to download the Wimbledon app and create a myWimbledon account.
Show Tickets
If you get to the front of the queue, then there are a limited number of tickets available for purchase for Centre Court and Courts 1, 2 and 3.
Note that Centre Court tickets are available for the first 10 days of the tournament, the final four days were already pre-sold.
Prices vary depending on the Court, seat and day of the event and will increase the further into the tournament you visit.
For example, Centre Court rows A-T cost £105 on Day 1 and £315 on Day 14 (men's final).
Grounds Pass
A Grounds Pass costs £30 and allows visitors to watch matches on Courts 3-18 on unreserved seats, though there will also be a queue to get into Court 3.
Ticket Resale
From 3pm each day, tickets may become available from people who have left Wimbledon and made their seat available.
A Grounds Pass is needed to join the virtual queue on the Wimbledon App.
Tickets cost £15 for Centre Court or £10 for Courts 1/2.
Hospitality
There are a range of hospitality packages still available on the Wimbledon website.
Hospitality packages offer guaranteed premium seating to major matches as well as fine dining experiences, complimentary drinks, a shuttle and concierge service.
Hospitality packages can also be purchased via
Secondary Markets
Sites such as
*Please note that StubHub and similar secondary ticket resale sites may list tickets above face value.*
"He was doing a lot better than I was, so I would just see his name in the finals and I would be on a flight back home, but I didn't know him personally at that time.
"We got to know each other a couple of years later.
'Denis can't be around all the time when I'm playing events, so it's super nice to have him in the box.
"He has a great eye for my game and for tennis in general, so I really trust him.
"But he's very keen on the fact that he's not my coach, he's my boyfriend.
"We always find a way to support each other and have a good time and that can definitely help if things are not going the way you want on court."

Denis added: "Mirjam's extremely smart, you can see that on the court.
"I always try to ask her questions and vice versa. We both trust each other a lot."
Engagement
In July 2023, the couple announced their engagement, sharing the news with fans on social media, posting sweet snaps of Denis getting down on one knee in Bastad, Sweden
Mirjam marked their sixth anniversary in June 2025 with a heartfelt post reading '6 years today & soon I get to marry you' — signaling that marriage is on the horizon.
While they are yet to tie the knot, the man himself said it would be happening sometime this year
During Wimbledon 2024, Denis was asked about wedding preparations and told the Tennis Channel:

'I think she's doing much more of it than I am, I think it's going well.
'Obviously getting married next year, and we're preparing, we're getting ready, sending the invites and stuff, things are moving along.'
And on whether they'll be inviting any tennis players, he added: 'No pros, its going to be a very small and intimate.
"I'm sorry Felix [
Puppy love
Not only are Denis and Mirjam madly in love with each other, they are also crazy about dogs.
So much so that the Canadian opened an adoption centre called ShapeShelter to help our four-legged friends find new forever homes.
The couple even took in an adorable white dog called Merlin towards the end of 2022 to make sure he had a Merry Christmas.
On Christmas Eve in matching pyjamas with her man, Mirjam posted: "Happy holidays!!🥰🎄 All I want for Christmas is for Merlin to get adopted...
"We had the most amazing time fostering him during the holidays and his future family is a very lucky one."

Kate O'Connor targets Irish heptathlon record while balancing media spotlight and Masters dissertation

KATE O'CONNOR'S Masters dissertation is on how to boost audiences for major championships. When it comes to Ireland at least, she may well be the answer as well as the one posing the question. Advertisement 2 Irish pentathlete Kate O'Connor is gearing up for the world outdoors 2 The Irish pentathlete Kate O'Connor with her 2025 European Indoors Pentathlon Bronze and 2025 World Indoors Pentathlon Silver medals With a Now she is gearing up to do likewise outdoors in heptathlon and almost casually mentions she expects to break her own national record of 6,297 points at the World University Games in Germany this month. O'Connor - speaking from her training camp in Portugal - said: 'At the start of the year, I gave myself a couple of goals. 'And I broke them multiple times during indoors, but my obvious goal at World University's is to break the national record. Advertisement READ MORE ON SPORT 'If I finish, that should definitely happen. I'm not really putting a limit on the score I could do, just go out and have a bit of fun, see where I am. 'My first barrier is to break 6500, I'd like to do that at World University Games and then build on it. 'I think I will put together a pretty big score, but I obviously have to go out and do it.' It will be her last such championship with her dissertation for her post-grad course in Communications and Public Relations due in September. Advertisement Most read in Athletics she said: 'It 's actually an athletics based dissertation. I'm looking at visibility of the world champs in 2023 and how to kind of boost the audience for other championships in the future. 'It's been very interesting, looking at it from a different perspective but I can't wait to get it done to be honest. I've it about half done.' Inside Wimbledon star's home for tournament with gym and wine cellar as she reveals bizarre way she unwinds Her exploits, along with others such as Rhasidat Adeleke, Sarah Healy and Mark English, have gone some way to raising the profile of track and field here. And she admitted she was underprepared for the fallout for her two podium finishes earlier in the year. Advertisement She said: 'I was probably very naive. I took like three weeks off after World Indoors - 'I'll just deal with all the media stuff then, I'll get all that stuff out of the way and then I'll just go back into training'. 'And it hasn't really been like that. It's kind of like now every week there's something where people are kind of wanting me to do different things. 'So it's been busy and I've had to change things around a little bit and trying to work out when to say yes to stuff and no to other stuff.' In the absence of an agent, her father, and coach, Michael has assumed additional responsibilities to deal with the extra demands on her time. Advertisement But the impact of her achievements has largely been positive, attracting increased sponsorship to deal with the significant outlay that comes with being a multi-disciplinary athlete. BIG DEAL She recently signed a contract with Adidas and the plan is to be a full-time athlete for at least a few years, although she is honest enough to admit that her studies were in a distant second place of late. After the World University Games, she plans to compete in some individual events, including at the National Championships in a month's time as she gears up for the World Championships in Tokyo in September. Javelin is earmarked for improvement, with her personal best dating back to 2025. And world silver medalist Anna Hall's 800m time of 2:01.23 - a heptathlon world record - as part of a PB of 7032 in Austria last month served as a reminder of how standards are rising. Advertisement She said: 'Her performance was amazing to watch. I think what she's done in the 800m has changed everyone's perspective on what multi-eventers should be running. 'It used to be that if you were running a sub 2:10, you were a great 800m runner. Now it's going to shift towards having to run 2:05 to be at the races. 'I think that it'll take another couple of years to be challenging for the top spot. And that's ultimately my goal.' O'Connor was speaking as it was announced was extending its partnership with Athletics Ireland to 2030 in a multi-annual six figure deal. Advertisement

2024 finalist Paolini stunned as Wimbledon seeds continue to fall; Raducanu sets up big tie

JASMINE PAOLINI WAS the latest victim of Wimbledon's spate of giant-killings as last year's runner-up suffered a shock second-round exit against Russian world number 62 Kamilla Rakhimova on Wednesday. Just 12 months after her run to the All England Club final, Paolini followed a host of highly-ranked seeds out of the grass-court Grand Slam. The Italian fourth seed, beaten by Barbora Krejcikova in the 2024 Wimbledon title match, slumped to a 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 loss in two hours and 18 minutes on Court Three. 'It was a tough one. I'm still thinking about the second set. I could do much better. I had many, many chances, I did some stupid mistakes,' Paolini said. 'I need to stay there mentally much better. My attention was going up and down all the time. I don't know why.' After reaching the French Open and Wimbledon finals last year, Paolini has failed to make the quarter-finals in each of her last four Grand Slam appearances, although she won the Roland Garros doubles crown with partner Sara Errani in June. Advertisement 'It's tough to accept. I'm a little bit tired now. It was two intense months before coming here,' she said. 'If I want to compete at this level I have to be focused all the time, not like I was today. 'The goal for sure in the next part of the season is to reset and mentally stay there for every point.' The 29-year-old's defeat against Rakhimova means four of the top five seeds in the women's singles have been eliminated just three days into the event. Second seed Coco Gauff, third seed Jessica Pegula and fifth seed Zheng Qinwen were beaten in the first round. World number one Aryna Sabalenka is the last of the top five seeds remaining after her win against Marie Bouzkova of the Czech Republic in the second round on Wednesday. Sabalenka will face Emma Raducanu in the third round of Wimbledon after the British number one claimed an impressive victory over former champion Marketa Vondrousova. It will be a daunting task for Raducanu but she can take great encouragement from her performance here, with Vondrousova not just the 2023 winner but also a player in hot form after beating Sabalenka and Madison Keys to win the warm-up title in Berlin. Raducanu had good memories from a second-round win against the same player here in her breakthrough run four years ago, and this proved just as comfortable, the 22-year-old easing to a 6-3 6-3 win. 'I think today I played really, really well,' said Raducanu. 'There were some points I have no idea how I turned around. 'I knew playing Marketa it was going to be an extremely difficult match. She's won this tournament and it's a huge, huge achievement. I'm so happy with how I focused and put my game on the court. 'I'm just so happy I get to play another match here. (Sabalenka) is number one in the world, so dominant, has won literally everything. I'm just so happy how I performed. I guess there's no pressure at all on me.' – © AFP 2025 Additional reporting from Press Association
