Katherine Heigl was shocked by cesarean scar
The former 'Grey's Anatomy' star, 46, is mother to two adopted daughters Naleigh, 15, Adalaine, 13, with her singer husband singer Josh Kelley and she gave birth to the couple's son Joshua in 2016 - and she has now admitted no one warned her about how her body would change after the surgery.
She told Us Weekly: "I got away without stretch marks, but I had a cesarean, so I have this scar that created this kind of lump there.
"It looks like a little hot dog bun on my lower belly that will be there forever now. And I think initially I was like, nobody told me that would happen, everybody acted like the cesarean scar would be nothing, and that you'd never even see it, you'd never even notice.
"And, like, this has changed my body forever, I will never look like I did pre-pregnancy."
However, Katherine is adamant giving birth to her son was "worth it".
She added: "I had to sort of smack myself and be like: 'What are you talking about? It was so worth it.
"I think you have those days where you beat yourself up and think: 'Oh, I wish I looked like I did when I was 25.' But then there's the reality check of, like, you're not 25 and I wouldn't want to go back to 25 for all the tea in China.
"I am very grateful for the existence I've had thus far, for another 20 years of life to love, and learn and grow and experience. This is part of that.
"Our respect for ourselves needs to be paramount. But yeah, I mean, I'm not a perfect person in the way that I, every day, wake up and think: 'I'm fantastic, I look great'
"Like, no, I have bad days. But, you know, when I gather my perspective, it was well worth it."
It comes after Katherine declared her children are now "far more creative" after she limited their phone usage.
Katherine told E! News: "Naleigh has started baking and cooking a lot because I now I have a rule about the phone: They don't get it three days a week and they only get it after school.
"Adelaide, she talks about wanting to be an actress."
She has also noticed an improvement in the relationships between her children as a result of the rules.
She added: "[Adalaine] and her brother have been starting to play music together.
"Adelaide is playing the electric guitar, Joshua's playing the drums—and they're actually really good. "It's really kind of beautiful to watch them do this together, and watch them be excited and interested in something other than their devices and their phones."

I just love the show, and I feel like we had such an amazing season last season, and I'm just so excited to be a part of it and to go back. "I love being the host of my favourite show." As the host, Ariana is required to be "unbiased" towards the contestants. However, Ariana admits that it's not always easy to maintain a neutral stance. She said: "[Something] I definitely learned about myself - that I really empathise with so much of what everyone goes through on the show - [is] that it's difficult for me to keep my personal thoughts and feelings at the door, but that it's such an important thing to do because as the host, I can't really be too forthcoming with what I think. Because of course I watch all the episodes, I watch everything, and I have to be very much unbiased, and I learned how difficult that really is to do."

AJ McLean and estranged wife 'have been going out on dates'
AJ McLean and his estranged wife Rochelle have been "going out on dates here and there". The 47-year-old singer announced his separation from Rochelle in 2023, but AJ admits that the "love is still there" regardless of their current relationship status. The Backstreet Boys star - who has daughters Elliott, 12, and Lyric, eight, with Rochelle - told Us Weekly: "We're doing good. "We are co-parenting to the best of our ability, and we both have a lot of growing to kind of still go through, but I think we are moving in a really positive direction." In 2024, AJ revealed that he remained hopeful of reconciling with Rochelle. The singer admitted that all options were still open, in spite of their high-profile split. He told Us Weekly at the time: "I think we're in the best place we've almost ever been. So, you know, there's high hopes for the future. Who knows?" Despite this, AJ acknowledged that his sobriety was his short-term priority. The singer suggested that he needed to overcome his personal issues before he turned his focus towards Rochelle and their relationship. The I Want It That Way hitmaker - who married Rochelle back in 2011 - said: "I'm just trying to stay focused on my sobriety, my kids, spending time with my family. Rochelle and I have an amazing relationship, and we're having a great time, honestly."

'Can't wait': Georgie Tunny announces exciting new TV role with Network 10 just days after leaving The Project
Former Project co-host Georgie Tunny has confirmed her next move, revealing she's staying with Network 10 as part of its new current affairs show, 10 News+. The 34-year-old presenter, who appeared on The Project for three years, joins the team just days after the long-running news program aired its final episode. "I've always been a fan of news delivered differently and am excited to be staying with the 10 family," Tunny said. "Can't wait to see where this new chapter leads!" 10 News+ launched Monday night, fronted by Denham Hitchcock and Amelia Brace - both formerly of Channel Seven - and replaces The Project as part of a sweeping schedule shake-up at the network. The revamped evening line-up now includes 10 News First at 5pm, followed by 10 News+ from 6pm, Sunday to Thursday. Tunny joins a robust team on 10 News+ that includes Angela Bishop, Ashleigh Raper, Bill Hogan, Brianna Parkins, Samantha Butler, Carrie-Anne Greenbank, and Claudia Vrdoljak. The move is a bittersweet one for Tunny, who broke down in tears as she farewelled The Project on air last Friday. A day after the finale, the program's Instagram account featured a playful post that joked, "The bosses really should have changed the password from Password1." The anonymous admin, calling themselves the show's "social media hero"- followed up with a caption poking fun at executives: "Look who is in charge now. So, one question: what should I do with these accounts?" On Wednesday, the account returned once again, posting a tongue-in-cheek update: "Still cancelled. Still curious," alongside a caption expressing sadness over having "no one to share silly news with anymore."
