Shes Perfect just that in workout, with Newmarket decision pending

First past the post in the French 1000 Guineas before being demoted by the ParisLongchamp stewards, she failed failed to see out the 10-furlong trip in the Prix de Diane.
Fellowes would love a confidence-boosting win, with the Group Three Valiant Stakes at Ascot later in the month an alternative, but he also feels Newmarket will suit the daughter of Sioux Nation.
'The gallop went really well and I was very, very happy. She worked over seven furlongs, it was beautiful ground and I was very grateful to those at the July course for letting us do it,' said Fellowes.
'She looked great after it and we'll see how she comes out of it. I'll probably make a decision in the next few days or so.
'It's a funny one, if it was the Valiant at Newmarket and the Group One at Ascot it would be a very easy decision because I like the idea of running at Newmarket – but I also like the idea of dropping down in grade and giving her a confidence boost. I just think Newmarket will suit her better than Ascot.
'We'll look at potentially what is going to turn up and we'll go from there.'

England star who helped end France hoodoo gunning for a repeat at Euro 2025

England begin their European Championships title defence against France on Saturday and Lucy Bronze knows full whell what it's like to beat these opponents at the Euros Fran Kirby says England squad has a 'lot of leaders' ahead of Euros Lucy Bronze is the only member of England's Euro 2025 squad who started the Lionesses famous victory over France in 2017. However, the experienced defender still goes into Saturday's game knowing the opposition can't be underestimated. That win, during Euro 2017, was the first time England had beaten France in more than 40 years. There have been two more wins since, most recently in qualifying for this year's Euros, but that recent double header - a home defeat and away victory - isn't weighing too heavily on Bronze's mind. ‌ 'I think we use the experience of knowing we can compete against them, but to be honest we haven't watched videos back from that game - it's been more from recent games,' the 33-year-old said. 'I think a lot of our players have improved a lot as well since 12 months ago. ‌ 'You think of the younger players especially, or people like Lauren James who has maybe missed a couple of games through injury. So yeah, we put that to the back of our mind, knowing that we can beat France. 'I was part of the England team that was the first team to beat France in so many years, and that was a while ago, now we just look at the team as another team we need to beat, analyse them as we would any other team whether we'd played them two weeks ago or two years ago. It's another team that, if we play at our best, we can win.' Alex Greenwood is the other survivor from that 2017 squad, though she was on the bench for the game, while the Lionesses might have expected to be able to call upon another starter from the game - Millie Bright - before the centre-back's late withdrawal. They're not the only ones without an experienced centre-back, though - France have left Wendie Renard at home, and Bronze appears sad to see her former Lyon team-mate miss out. 'For me, taking someone like that could weaken the French team. I want to play against the strongest French team,' Bronze adds. I want Wendie to be playing, defending corners and I can jump over and hit the ball. Winning a header over Wendie Renard, that's an achievement. "You don't know if it is going to make them better or worse. I have no idea. I would rather she were here just because I think it would have been good for the game and good for the French team. 'I don't know whether it makes a difference to the English team but I would have loved her to be on the pitch on Saturday and playing against her. I would have rather had that." Brondby ‘agree deal' to sell Celtic target Mathias Kvistgaarden to major European club – but English outfit also linked

CELTIC'S hopes of landing Danish U21 starlet Mathias Kvistgaarden appear to be have been dashed - as he looks set to leave Brondby for a club record fee. A media outlet in Denmark is reporting that French club Lens have made a bid for the talented young striker. 2 Kvistgaarden playing for Sweden Credit: Getty 2 Kvistgaarden playing at the U21s Euros Credit: Getty But a number of other clubs are also believed to still be in the hunt in securing his services next season. Celtic have been linked with the attacker for some time going back two years ago in the summer of 2023 and have sent scouts to watch him. His stock has continued to rise since then and so has his valuation. The Hoops were also monitoring the Dane when they were looking for a replacement for Kyogo Furuhashi in January, but their interest has somewhat cooled this summer as more and more clubs enter the frame. The striker looks almost certain to leave Brondby and is likely to become the club's most expensive sale in their history. According to Tipsbladet, Ligue 1 side Lens are confident there is an agreement between the clubs for a player valued at more than £11million. However, the article states that there is no indication of how much has been offered, or if personal terms have been agreed between Kvistgaarden and Lens. The 23-year-old caught the attention after a stunning campaign, scoring 23 goals in 38 games and is not short of potential suitors this summer. Premier League side West Ham have been reportedly interested as too ambitious English Championship team Norwich City, Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt and Serie A giants Lazio. But it appears Lens could be winning the race to sign the forward. Ex-Celtic coach Eric Black on the Cup exit that rocked Scottish football plus life with Lubo and Dr Jo Despite the growing list of suitors Brondby's sporting director insists nothing has been finalised. Benjamin Schmedes said: "It doesn't surprise me that there is great interest in him from many teams, but I can't say that he is close to being sold or that he is far from being sold either. "That's because it is an ongoing process and the most important thing is that we are very transparent in our dialogue with each other." Wimbledon: Day four recap, Friday's order of play and Raducanu preview

Attention turns to Emma Raducanu, Sonay Kartal and Cameron Norrie at Wimbledon after British number one Jack Draper was beaten on Thursday. The three remaining British players will look to book their places in the last 16 on Friday, with Raducanu's mouthwatering clash with world number one Aryna Sabalenka closing proceedings on Centre Court. Here is a look back at Thursday's action and a preview of day five of the Championships. Jack Draper admitted he has a lot of work to do if he is to challenge at Wimbledon in the future after a crushing loss to Marin Cilic in the second round. The British number one is still yet to make it beyond the last 64 at his home grand slam and, having come into the tournament as the fourth seed after a brilliant season so far, the 6-4 6-3 1-6 6-4 defeat was his most painful yet. 'Even though I've had such an amazing progression the last 12 months, I've still got a lot of areas that I need to improve in my game,' the 23-year-old said. 'In some ways that's exciting, and in some ways that's hard to deal with because I thought I was ahead of where I was.' Novak Djokovic racked up his 99th match win at Wimbledon and sent a message to title favourites Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz. The 38-year-old proved he is a major contender at this year's Wimbledon with a near-flawless performance in 6-3 6-2 6-0 victory over Britain's Dan Evans. And the seven-time champion has his eyes firmly on another title in SW19, with no time for thoughts of retirement. He said: 'I don't pause to reflect, to be honest. I don't have time. I would like to. But I think that's going to come probably when I set the racket aside and then sip margaritas on the beach with Federer and Nadal and just reflect on our rivalry and everything.' British number one Emma Raducanu takes on top seed Aryna Sabalenka for a place in the fourth round of a women's draw that has only five top-10 seeds remaining. Sonay Kartal is back in the third round for the second successive year and starts as favourite against French qualifier Diane Parry, who stunned 12th seed Diana Shnaider to reach this stage. And Cameron Norrie, the 2022 semi-finalist, will also fancy his chances against world number 73 Mattia Bellucci after the British number three knocked out 12th seed Frances Tiafoe in the second round. Emma Raducanu's reward for knocking out 2023 champion Marketa Vondrousova was an early meeting with world number one Aryna Sabalenka. They have played once before, in Indian Wells last spring, when Sabalenka won in straight sets but in a close enough contest to give the British number one encouragement. Raducanu said: 'She's number one in the world for a reason. I'm going to have to be aggressive but pick my moments and not kind of be overly (aggressive). 'I don't think I'm going to go out there and out-power her. I think I'm going to have to try and be creative, as well.' Centre Court (from 1.30pm) Taylor Fritz (5) v Alejandro Davidovich Fokina Carlos Alcaraz (2) v Jan-Lennard Struff Emma Raducanu v Aryna Sabalenka (1) Court One (from 1pm) Sonay Kartal v Diane Parry Cameron Norrie v Mattia Bellucci Elina Svitolina (14) v Elise Mertens (24) Sunny changing to partly cloudy by nighttime, with a maximum temperature of 27C, according to the Met Office.
