India beat Bangladesh by six wickets in Champions Trophy
Electing to bat, Bangladesh slumped to 35-5 but went on to post 228 all out riding Towhid Hridoy's heroic 100 while battling cramps.
Mohammed Shami, leading India's pace attack in the absence of the injured Jasprit Bumrah, claimed 5-53.
India made a heavy weather of the modest chase but opener Shubman Gill, who made 101 not out, helped them reach the target with 21 balls to spare.

Tearful Emma Raducanu reveals showdown talks with coach Mark Petchey after Wimbledon exit
FIGHTING back the tears, Emma Raducanu said she will hold showdown talks with coach Mark Petchey about their future working arrangement. But she claims she will head next month to New York – the scene of her greatest triumph – brimming with confidence she CAN match the world's best. 3 Emma Raducanu was knocked out of Wimbledon on Friday night Credit: Shutterstock Editorial 3 Raducanu was respectably beaten by world No1 Aryna Sabalenka Credit: Reuters Raducanu, 22, ate a KitKat chocolate bar in the locker room after her two-hour two-set slugfest with world No1 Aryna Sabalenka on Friday night. For those who had doubted whether the Brit would ever replicate the magical form she showed when lifting the US Open four years ago, this was a demonstration of her abilities. Though she fell short, and was unable to capitalise on two clutch moments in set two, she earned widespread respect for slugging it out with the three-time Grand Slam champion on Centre Court. Petchey, who joined her team on a part-time basis in March, has had a transformative impact on her form and demeanour but there is no guarantee that coaching gig will continue. Raducanu said: 'It's very difficult. He obviously also has his commentating commitments. 'He agreed to help me until the end of Wimbledon and then we kind of see from there. 'Because he gave up some work to work with me here, which I really appreciate and I'm grateful for. BEST ONLINE CASINOS - TOP SITES IN THE UK 'That's a conversation that we need to have after a few days and the dust settles a little bit.' Clutching a tissue and sniffling constantly, Raducanu had slightly red eyes when she addressed the world's media following her exit. Cam Norrie bats away awkward question about Emma Raducanu's love life It has been an emotional summer for the Kent-based superstar, one in which she has faced security concerns and received 'some pretty bad news' during her run in Eastbourne. But as self-critical as she is about her own displays, she is proud of how she competed toe-for-toe with Sabalenka, 27, especially in a 74-minute opening set under a closed roof. And that only bodes well for the hard-court swing in North America. 'IT GIVES ME CONFIDENCE' Raducanu – who will play the Mubadala Citi DC Open in Washington later this month – said: 'It's hard to take a loss like that. 'It does give me confidence because I think the problem before was that I felt like I was gulfs away from the very top. 'Having a match like that where I had chances in both sets, it does give me confidence. At the same time, it's very difficult to take right now. 'It gives me confidence that I'm not as far away as I perhaps thought before the tournament. 'Before when I was playing those top-five players, it was pretty convincing, the loss. 'IT'S A BIT OF A LEVELLER' 'I feel like grass for me is a great surface. It's a bit of a leveller in that sense. 'Taking it onto a different surface where it's a lot more lively in America is another challenge in itself. 'There's still a lot of things that I want to do better, a lot of things I want to improve to solidify my game, so that in the big moments I can back myself a little bit more. 'I don't think I've really had a loss like this in a long time, where I feel like I maybe had chances and didn't take them. Usually I'm pretty good at converting. 'In the big moments, Aryna was able to convert. She was able to hit some incredible shots. 'I just need to keep working and get back to the drawing board and improve a lot more.' 3

Jarry was overcome with emotion when discussing the support of his family and his serious health battle. A year ago, he suffered with vestibular neuritis, a condition caused by the inflammation of a nerve that connects the ear to the brain. Jarry said while holding back tears: "It has been one year of battles, it's amazing. "I had an issue last year, with a nerve in the ear that affected my perception, my balance and my view. "I have been trying to get back to my level and trusting myself again. "It was very tough to lose all the abilities that I have been working since I was five-years-old. "It's amazing put in my best performance here at Wimbledon, that is my favourite tournament of all." Asked about his family, an emotional Jarry added: "For sure, the family has been the key pillar of the last year. "Without them, to be two, three months away from home, you get very lonely. "To have them it's been amazing since I got married with my wife. "Without them I wasn't able to recover as fast as I did. It's a long year but I'm here." Jarry was as high as No.16 in the world before his health battles. He previously said: "Every day is a battle. Every month it's a bit better. "I have to reteach my body and my eyes to do certain things. "Every time it's a bit better, so while I improve in my tennis, the other skills also are improving on the same path. "It's only time and I've been able to have a good all-around package to be able to compete at this level.'

Alcaraz, 22, is a crowd favourite and loves to take his mind off lawn tennis by playing rounds of golf on courses in Surrey. Pre-tournament, he had two nine-hole challenger matches with Murray, Britain's two-time champion, and at the moment the score is tied at 1-1. Another contest will be set up at some point next week provided their schedules align. Moment Andy Murray holes stunning putt from off the green in challenge match with brother Jamie - but rivals have last laugh All roads continue to lead to a possible final against his great rival Jannik Sinner, whom he beat in thrilling fashion in a five-set, five-and-a-half-hour French Open final. Yet he said his encounter on Friday caused him plenty of 'stress' and it was not a straightforward passage. The world No2 said: 'I knew it would be really, really difficult and I had to be focused on every shot, my service games and returns. His game serves pretty well to the grass. 'Big serves. He approached the net as much as he can. Really pleased about everything I have done, fighting, running, making great shots. 'I tried to make the opportunities he brought to me in the match. I am proud to get the win in four sets. 'It was stressful as well. To be honest, I was suffering in every serve game that I did today. 5 Wimbledon 2025 LIVE - follow all the latest scores and updates from a thrilling fortnight at SW19 'Love-30s, break points down, yeah it was stressful. Every time he could push me, he did it. It was survival. 'I'm really happy that at the end I got the break. He missed a volley in front of the net. I cannot believe I am standing here 6-4. 'I tried to run every ball, tried to fight for every ball. Tried to see if he was going to miss some easy shots. 'I was lucky in that shot and I made the most of it. I made the break. I still don't know how he missed that volley.' American No5 seed Taylor Fritz has spent close to TEN HOURS on court and played 14 sets across three matches as he knocked out Spain's Alejandro Davidovich Fokina 6-4 6-3 6-7 6-1 after FOUR delays for emergency health scares and medical time-outs. Former world No1 Naomi Osaka apologised for her loss ahead of her daughter's second birthday as she was beaten 3-6 6-4 6-4 by former quarter-finalist Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova. The Japan star, 27, said: 'I'm just going to be a negative human being today. 'I'm so sorry. I have nothing positive to say about myself, which is something I'm working on.' 5 The pair met on the court in 2021 - with Murray winning at Indian Wells Credit: Getty
