Tiffany Trump's mom Marla Maples coos over new grandson as she shares first post about 'precious' baby boy
Tiffany, 31, and husband Michael Boulos welcomed their first child in May, after her dad, Donald Trump, publicly announced her pregnancy to the world at a rally.
In the adorable clip posted to Marla's social media page, which was captured just a few days after he was born, the baby can be seen in her arms as she smiled and sang to him.
The next photo showed Marla, 61, relaxing on the couch with a huge grin on her face, as she held Alexander in her arms.
Other pictures that she included were close-ups of the baby resting on her chest, looking at her, and adorably sleeping.
The last snap she showed was a moving image, with Alexander dressed up in a sweet Fourth of July-themed onesie.
Marla held a small American Flag as she waved it behind him and sweetly gazed at him with a big smile on her face.
'I couldn't wait any longer to share photos with my precious grandson Alexander who is two months old today!' Marla wrote in the caption of the photo carousel.
'These photos are from his very first days with us… full of wonder and light,' her message continued.
Marla wrote: 'Everyone kept asking me, "What will you have him call you?" And I remembered how, before Tiffany was born, my mother stitched a precious blanket with the name she had chosen for herself, "Granna Ann." But Tiffany had her own idea and Granna Ann soon became "Mom Mom." Needless to say, the needlepoint got replaced.
'So I whispered to Alexander, I don't care what you call me — even if it's "Little Granny," because when those innocent, deep eyes look into yours, it no longer matters what anyone else thinks, just the bond of the heart.
'Thank you God, for the gift of this child, bless and protect him always and let Your Light lead his path.'
She then gushed about how well her daughter Tiffany was taking to motherhood.
'And Tiffany, your dedication and your love as a mother bring tears to my eyes and fills my heart with joy,' she wrote.
'Here's to family, to new beginnings, and to all the love and adventure still to come,' the message concluded.
Marla's endearing message comes just days after Tiffany revealed her son's face for the first time in a series of family portraits.

In the first of the photos, Alexander, who has thick brown hair and blue eyes, could be seen sweetly looking at the camera while being held by his mom with his mouth open in surprise.
The second picture showed her husband holding the baby, while Tiffany looked lovingly at her son.
The new parents were both dressed in white.
In another snap, they dressed him up in a knit teddy bear outfit, as he slept peacefully in a wooden basket.
Others included Tiffany sweetly holding Alexander, as well as more family photos.
Tiffany first announced her son's birth on Instagram, so it's only fitting that she would continue to post more photos of him on the social media platform.
When Tiffany shared the initial announcement of her son's arrival, she shared a black-and-white snapshot of the baby's foot, alongside a caption that read: 'Welcome to the world our sweet baby boy, Alexander Trump Boulos.
'We love you beyond words! Thank you for coming into our lives!'
Tiffany started dating her husband in 20218, after they met on vacation in the Greek Isles with actress Lindsay Lohan.
Michael proposed in the White House Rose Garden with a 13-carat emerald-cut diamond ring worth $1.2 million.
They married at Tiffany's father's Mar-a-Lago estate in November 2022.
Tiffany, who graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2020, has not been heavily involved in her father's political efforts - although she did attend the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee last summer.
Her billionaire husband Michael was born in Lebanon and is the heir to Boulos Enterprises, a Nigerian distribution and assembly company for vehicles including motorcycles and power bikes, run by his father.

Pat McAfee finally apologizes for spreading fake sex rumor about Ole Miss student five months later
Pat McAfee has revealed he recently apologized to Mary Kate Cornett and her family in person after spreading a fake sex claim about the Ole Miss student earlier this year. Cornett, 19, was the subject of a vile internet rumor back in February which alleged that she was in a sexual relationship with the father of her University of Mississippi boyfriend, Evan Solis, also 19. The unproven accusation, which was even investigated by the FBI, left Mary Kate's family furious as they threatened legal action against anyone who shared it online. One of those people was McAfee, who discussed the false rumor live on his ESPN sports talk show on two separate occasions. Cornett ripped into the former NFL punter for doing so at the time, while claiming that he had never contacted her to find out if there was any truth to the story. McAfee then broke his silence a week later by insisting he 'never wants to be a part of anything negative in anybody's life'. Now, five months on from the start of the rumor, he has finally apologized to both Cornett and her family for spreading it. 'As a lot of you know, on February 26 of this year, we were down at the Combine on this particular program. We discussed a very viral internet story about an Ole Miss college student. We weren't clear at that time where the story originated from. It was all over the internet,' McAfee said on Wednesday's edition of his show. 'Yet by the time we talked about it, the story was everywhere. I have since learned that the story was not true, and that my show played a role in the anguish caused to a great family and especially to a young woman, Mary Kate Cornett. 'I think you all know from tuning into this program that I never want to be a source of negativity or contribute to another human's suffering. And I can now happily share with you that I recently got to meet Mary Kate and her family. And I got a chance to sincerely apologize to them and acknowledge that what I said about Mary Kate was based solely on what others were saying on the internet, or what had previously been reported by others, and that we had no personal knowledge about Mary Kate or her personal life.' McAfee then added: 'As a girl dad, I also was very thankful for the opportunity to let Mr. Cornett know that I was wildly regretful for the part that our show, our program, played in his daughter, Mary Kate's, pain. 'I know many of you are wondering why I, or we, haven't addressed this topic until now. It's a fair question. But as you might imagine, there was a lot going on behind the scenes since this all happened. 'The most important element on the timing is that I, personally, it was a decision I made, wanted to talk to the family first before addressing it publicly. And I can now say that I had the opportunity to meet them, chat with them, and they're wonderful people. And I'm very thankful that they gave me the opportunity to tell them how sorry I was that this all happened, and that our program was a part of this. 'I deeply regret all the pain that this caused. I hated watching what our show as a part of, in her interviews and reading about it. And my hope is that this can be something that we all learn from going forward. I know we certainly have. 'Our goal at this show is to make the world a happier place, a better place. To celebrate life and sports and unify folks. I, and we, don't always get it right. But we'll never stop trying.' McAfee was not the only high-profile figure to admit regret over spreading the false accusation about Cornett, with Barstool Sports boss Dave Portnoy also owning up to his mistake. Portnoy expressed regret that his media empire played a part, telling telling the Daily Mail back in April that he would be 'p***ed' if he was Cornett's family. In a statement, he said: 'I wish we didn't publish it even if it was only for 7 minutes. 'I'd be p***ed if I was the family too. I'd like to think we're better than publishing fake rumors of people not in the public eye regardless of how viral the story was.'

Trump is losing support from men as approval rating drops below 50%
Men are cooling on Donald Trump after making up a significant chunk of the president's 2024 voting bloc. According to a new poll by CBS/YouGov, Trump's approval rating is tanking with men during his second term. It found that 47 percent of men approve of Trump's job, and 53 percent do not. Last October — just before Trump's second electoral victory — a similar CBS/YouGov poll found that 54 percent of men supported Trump and 64 percent said they thought he would be a strong leader. The drop overall reflects a broader disapproval with Trump's second term; DecisionDeskHQ's polling averages showed that the president's overall approval rating was down by about 12 points since January, a drop from 56 percent then to 44 percent this week. According to the new CBS/YouGov poll, 47 percent of men said Trump was focusing "too much" on deportations, while 33 percent said he was showing the "right amount" of focus. In another metric, 65 percent of men said Trump has not done enough to lower prices, and only 29 percent said they felt he had. On February 7, Trump had a 60 percent approval rating with men, but his numbers began to slip in the months that followed, according to the poll. By the end of the month, his favorability had dropped to 56 percent, and by April 11 — just a week after he unveiled his tariff plan — men's approval of the president fell to 49 percent. Trump won big with men in 2024. According to Pew Research, men favored Trump by 12 points in 2024. Men under 50 split their votes almost evenly between former Vice President Kamala Harris and Trump. In 2020, men under 50 backed former President Joe Biden over Trump by 10 points. According to the CBS/YouGov polling data, the big issues driving down Trump's approval with men are his performance on the economy, his seeming inability to curb inflation, and his intense focus on immigration issues. By mid-April, Trump's approval rating among men on the economy dropped to minus 10 points, his approval regarding inflation fell to minus 20, and his immigration approval — one of his strongest areas among men — dropped to just plus six points, The poll found that 49 percent of men believe that the economy is getting worse, and 65 percent said that Trump wasn't doing enough to lower prices for goods and services. Another 60 percent said they believe Trump is focusing too much on tariffs, and 57 percent believe his policies are directly increasing the cost of their groceries. They aren't wrong about their grocery bills; Consumer Price Index data shows that annual inflation rose by 2.7 percent in June, up from 2.4 percent in May. They're also not wrong about Trump's tariffs, according to Yale's Budget Lab. Americans are currently facing an average tariff rate of 18.7 percent, which is the highest it has been since 1933. The three key issues driving down Trump's approval rating were the major issues that attracted men to Trump in the first place, according to the poll. That could spell trouble for Republicans come the midterm elections if they do not adjust their focus and messaging before the election. Trump's dipping approval comes at a difficult time for him, as even some stalwart supporters among his voter base and within his party are questioning him over his handling of the alleged "Epstein client list." The president promised to be transparent about what the government knew of disgraced New York financier and child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein — a man who had a long and well-documented friendship with Trump. After U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi told the public she had the so-called client list on her desk, the administration backtracked and insisted no such file existed, and confirming previous rulings that Epstein died by suicide in his New York jail cell while awaiting trial. Trump has reacted with dismissal and annoyance toward Republicans — and his own voters — who have asked him questions about his administration's position on the Epstein documents. Since then, Trump has faced questions and criticism from his voting base and within the conservative cultural sphere that helped sell his vision for America to the public — especially men.
