Tony Parker re-lists Texas mansion for $16.5M
Since 2009, this 53-acre estate located in the San Antonio suburb of Boerne has served as the US address of French-American NBA star Tony Parker. Now, the retired San Antonio Spurs point guard and six-time NBA All-Star is ready to part with the 10-bedroom, 12-bathroom, 13,300-square-foot mansion he poured his personality into.
'My vision was to build something where I can host my family and my friends, and create memories,' Parker told The Post. 'I like to host and when my friends come from France, you know it's a long flight, so I wanted a place where they can come for long stays.'

The result was a private resort nestled within the secure gated community Anaqua Springs Ranch. For a little extra peace of mind, Parker added a double gate and a guardhouse to the entrance of the Spanish-style manse, fronted by a fountain and formal courtyard.
But while it's all business up front, there's a party in the back.
Parker tapped Texas' prolific pool progenitor Keith Zars — the man behind the water at Six Flags Fiesta Texas — to masterplan his 316,000-gallon, eight-pool personal water park. The construction took 59,000 man hours, 2,100 yards of concrete and 130,000 pounds of steel.
'[Parker] was in Dubai when he saw a waterslide and came back with a whole bunch of ideas,' said Erwin Nicholas II, the founder of local brokerage Mr. Real Estate, which is marketing the home. 'He got his pool engineers together and what you see is what they built.'

That conversation resulted in a mountain, grottos, six different slides — including a 'free fall' slide and a 'spinner' slide — a 35-foot-high jumping ledge with 15 feet of water below, three Jacuzzis, water cannons, a lazy river and floating lily pads to run across, if you dare.
Elsewhere on the grounds there's a four-bedroom guest house, a greenhouse, a fruit orchard, an eight-car climate-controlled garage, a tennis court and a sand volleyball court.

Parker, who's on the board of the San Antonio Zoo, said he had planned to add a menagerie of animals to his personal playground — a dream that was never realized. However, he did re-create the gates from 'Jurassic Park' as the entrance to the golf cart path at the back end of the property in anticipation.
Today, the only reptile to be found is 'Bulldozer,' his pet tortoise, who boasts his own private quarters.
Asked if Bulldozer is a part of the deal — which would set a neighborhood record if the property sells at ask — Nicholas said that 'everything is negotiable.'
'A lot of people say this is a party house,' added Parker, who has two children and was married to actress Eva Longoria while building the residence. 'But it was really a family house. I just wanted to create a safe place for my family.'

Nevertheless, the house has hosted some epic events, including Spurs champions parties, a Hall of Fame party and Parker's jersey retirement party — not to mention a Nelly concert. But today, Parker is largely across the pond as the majority owner of the French professional basketball team LDLC ASVEL, and isn't able to enjoy the home like he used to.
'We made so many memories,' Parker said.
Inside, things are every bit as unforgettable.
There's a chef's kitchen, a 1,500-bottle wine room, a cinema with stadium seating, twin offices and a trophy room accessed by a fingerprint scanner.

But the most dramatic space is the 5,922-square-foot gym designed as a Spurs-themed half court (the other half of the court is a vast gaming arcade). And to inspire a super workout, the gym is filled with 36 life-size Marvel and DC superheroes and villains.
'It started because my friends and brothers never know what to buy me for Christmas or my birthday,' said Parker. 'I was given one statue and then a collection just happened.'
The collection was even loaned out for an exhibition at the San Antonio Museum of Art.

But as with any one-of-a-kind item, a house like this requires a one-of-a-kind buyer. The home has been on and off the market over the years with various brokers — as recently as 2024 — without finding a new owner.
But Nicholas thinks he's found a unique solution for selling a unicorn. He brought in internet personality Kai Cenat — the second-most-followed Twitch streamer with 18.1 million followers — to live stream and 'activate' the home for the entire month of July.
Already, Cenat has leveraged sponsorships to cheekily create a Nandos restaurant in the house — among other stunts.
'[Cenat and his crew] turned the tennis court into a live stream activation by Meta and Xbox,' said Nicholas. 'They do a lot of fun games. They've installed a boxing ring in the backyard and a weight room on the back patio. They're going to have different celebrity guests come through as well, which they haven't named, but, you know, that's kind of the whole point — to surprise everybody. There are millions of eyes on the property.'
It may have already worked, as Nicholas suspects that Cenat might end up being his buyer. If not, he's targeting other athletes and entertainers, as well as wealthy families.
'To build a house like this today would be astronomically more expensive than what we are asking for price-wise,' he said. 'The buyer will be somebody that doesn't just want land, that doesn't just want a big house, but wants what I would call a generational estate.'

Jalen Williams Makes Huge Personal Announcement After Great Thunder Season
Jalen Williams Makes Huge Personal Announcement After Great Thunder Season originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Jalen Williams has had an incredible few months. He has made All-NBA honors, All-Defensive honors, won an NBA championship with the Oklahoma City Thunder and, now, signed a $287 million contract extension with the franchise. The Thunder, unsurprisingly, rewarded Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren and Williams each with massive contract extensions after the trio led the franchise to its first title since moving to Oklahoma City in 2008. Williams averaged 21.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game in his third season in the NBA. He even had an iconic 40-point performance during the NBA Finals. There is absolutely no doubt that the Santa Clara product, whom the Thunder selected No. 12 overall in the 2022 draft, will have a lengthy, successful career to add to his already-impressive resume. Williams makes big personal announcement After adding plenty of hardware to his trophy shelf and landing a massive contract extension, Williams gets to do something every kid dreams of. As he revealed in an exclusive interview with TMZ, the Thunder star will be able to retire both of his parents. "It's surreal," Williams said to TMZ. "I know everybody kind of uses that term, but it's wild because it happened really fast, like within the span of three years, my life is completely different." "But yeah, I mean, it's cool. I've been fortunate enough to retire my parents." Williams will be earning a hefty salary through 2031 and beyond, and every bit of it has been deserved. He's been one of the best stories since arriving in the NBA three years back and ascending to superstardom. Now Williams, along with Gilgeous-Alexander and Holmgren, will keep the Thunder in title contention for years to come. The journey begins this fall, when a new season begins and the team aims to go back-to-back with a very similar roster. Branden Carlson's 2025 Summer League debut had this Hall of Famer questioning why he wasn't drafted
After an ankle sprain delayed Branden Carlson's debut in the 2025 NBA Summer League, the former Runnin' Ute made good on his first game of the summer showcase. The 7-foot center scored 23 points while adding seven rebounds and two blocks to just one turnover for Oklahoma City in the Thunder's 92-75 win over the Orlando Magic on Tuesday at the Thomas & Mack Center. Carlson, who won an NBA championship as a rookie with the Thunder as a two-way player, shot 9 of 13 from the field and 4 of 6 from 3-point range in 19 minutes of action. His performance had a Hall of Famer singing his praises. Former Detroit Pistons guard Isiah Thomas, working as an analyst during the ESPN broadcast, questioned why Carlson wasn't a draft pick coming out of Utah. 'I just want to know what the evaluators, when they were evaluating him, were saying, 'Well, he can't do this,'' Thomas said of Carlson, according to Sports Illustrated's Cole Forsman. 'Because I haven't seen anything he can't do.' 'There are a lot of NBA evaluators and scouts who don't know what the (expletive) they're looking at, and that's the fact. We know there's no way that a kid like this shouldn't have been drafted.' Carlson prepped at Bingham High in South Jordan, Utah, and spent his entire collegiate career at the University of Utah. He left Salt Lake City as the program's career blocks leader (241) and No. 5 all-time in scoring (1,892). He went undrafted last offseason and initially signed a two-way contract with Toronto. After the Raptors waived him in October, the Thunder signed Carlson to a two-way deal in November. Carlson ended up starring for the Oklahoma City Blue in the G League, while also playing in 32 games for the Thunder, who went on to win the NBA title. He averaged 3.8 points, 1.7 rebounds and 0.4 assists while shooting 44.3% from the field during his time with the Thunder as a rookie. Last week, Carlson signed a two-way contract again with Oklahoma City. 'The talent evaluators should be ashamed of themselves for not seeing Carlson,' Thomas said in the fourth quarter, per Forsman. Later, after Carlson hit a 25-footer, Thomas added, 'I don't even know what to say no more. I just want to know (from) the 30 teams that were looking at him — what didn't they like?' Carlson and the Thunder play again Wednesday, facing the New Orleans Pelicans at 7:30 p.m. MDT. The game will be televised on NBA TV.

Former Indiana Pacers Star 'Impressed' During Workout
Former Indiana Pacers Star 'Impressed' During Workout originally appeared on Athlon Sports. After Paul George left and before Tyrese Haliburton arrived, the Indiana Pacers boasted one of the NBA's forgotten stars. During his three-and-a-half-season stint with the Pacers, Victor Oladipo averaged 20.6 points per game and was one of the very best two-way guards in the NBA, although leg injuries derailed his career, and he last played in 2023, at only 30 years old. Oladipo is eyeing an NBA return, and with the Pacers poised to take a step back without Tyrese Haliburton, there is reason to believe that Indiana would be a good fit for Oladipo to find his footing and re-establish himself as a viable NBA player. He has already made waves as a possible free agent addition, and the Pacers aren't the only team that may have some interest. "The two-time All-Star, 33, was part of a well-attended private workout in Las Vegas on Monday morning, with a large contingent of NBA and European teams attending," wrote ESPN's Jeremy Woo. "Oladipo played full-court five-on-five in a group workout of international pros. Multiple team sources in attendance came away impressed, with Oladipo described as being in excellent shape as he pursues another comeback." As a veteran seemingly willing to play a lesser role just to get back into the NBA, plenty of contenders might show interest in Oladipo as a free agent pickup. The Pacers, while a sentimental landing spot, might have to contend with teams like the Lakers, Rockets, and Knicks, teams who could use a backcourt depth piece and have very real title hopes. Check out the All Pacers homepage for more news, analysis, and must-read articles. This story was originally reported by Athlon Sports on Jul 16, 2025, where it first appeared.
