I've found these amazing Prime Day deals a month early!
Deals will be available on items including electronics, video games, movies, toys, clothing, sporting goods and outdoor gear for patios, gardens and the like. All items will qualify for one-day delivery. Amazon promises there will be 'hundreds of thousands' of products on offer.
But while the savings event might not start for another month, there are still some Prime Day deals already live. Surprisingly, there are quite a few Apple devices already discounted. I've spotted loads more, and here are the best in both the US and UK.
Apple iPad 10th-generation: $299/£310
This Touch ID iPad is designed as the new entry-level model (despite the 9th generation still being sold) and it runs on the A14 Bionic chipset from the iPhone 12 Pro series. There's a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display with a 2360×1640 resolution, 500 nits of brightness, and Apple's True Tone technology.
Right now, you can score the cheapest Apple tablet for even less. It's down to $299 on Amazon US – a decent saving of $50. Over on Amazon UK, it's a less impressive £19 off – down to £310 from the usual price of £329.
Apple MacBook Air M4 (13-inch): $849/£899
Apple's MacBook Air has been refreshed with M4, and as a laptop, it's the complete package. In fact, I'd go as far as calling it on of the best laptops you can buy. In our review, we said 'the MacBook Air is still the everyday laptop to beat.' It scored a full five stars!
Right now, you can score the M4 MacBook Air for £899 on Amazon UK – a £100 saving from the regular price of £999. Over on Amazon US, you get an even better $150 off – bringing the price down to $849 from $999. Now these might not sound like the largest savings, but they're insanely good for a laptop that barely launched 2 months ago.
The M4 chip brings a 10-core CPU, an up to 10-core GPU, and support for up to 32GB of unified memory. A new 12MP Center Stage camera makes video calls look better, while the laptop now supports up to two external 6K displays. As for ports, you're getting MagSafe charging, two Thunderbolt ports, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Apple Watch Series 10: $299/£299
The Apple Watch Series 10 is Apple's latest and most current model. You get 30% more display than the Series 6, while the wide-angle OLED display gives you better (and brighter) viewing angles. There are new colours on offer, headlined by Jet Black – just like the iPhone 7 series. The body is thinner than ever at 9.7mm, around 10% thinner than Series 9. Powering the Apple Watch Series 10 is a new chipset – the S10 processor. Sleep Apnea tracking is the flagship new health feature.
Ahead of Prime Day, you can grab it for even less. In fact, it's the lowest I've seen the watch – including on Black Friday. Over on Amazon US, you'll find the smartwatch $50 off – down from $399 to $299. It's identically discounted in the UK as well – down from £399 to £299. This applies to the 42mm size without cellular connectivity.
Apple AirTag 4-Pack: $75/£92
Head in hands moments don't come much bigger than realising you've lost your keys, but Apple came to save the day. AirTags are Apple's answer to 'Where did I put my [insert easily lost item here]?' Powered by the same technology that makes Apple Maps less of a nightmare, AirTags use Ultra Wideband tech. You get Precision Finding, which means your iPhone can lead you to your lost item with the accuracy of a homing pigeon.
Right now, you can bag £27 off a four-pack of Apple's AirTag trackers – bringing the price from £119 to £92. Or, you can save $25 on the AirTag four-pack from Amazon US at $75. While buying in the multipack is the best value for money, even if you might not lose as many things as me.
Apple AirPods Pro 2: $199/£189
After a new set of wireless earbuds? Apple's top-tier AirPods are an excellent choice. We awarded them a perfect five stars in our Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) review. We praised AirPods Pro 2 for noise cancellation, versatility, and convenient feature set – all of which saw improvements in the second-generation.
Right now, you can bag the AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) for $199 at Amazon US – that's an excellent saving of $50 from the regular ticket of $249. Or on Amazon UK, you can score them for an even better £189, which is a decent £40 saving.
Beats Studio Pro: $250/£199
This cheaper pair of Apple over-ear headphones were launched in 2023 – two years after the AirPods Max. What's more, they're basically the same as AirPods Max inside – even capable of wired lossless audio, which AirPods Max aren't. They offer USB-C charging, 40 hours of battery, and personalised spatial audio support with head-tracking. Plus, you get improved noise cancellation (with transparency) thanks to a new custom chip and completely redesigned hardware.
Right now, they're down to $250 on Amazon US – $100 off the regular price. Over on Amazon UK, they're a much better £199 – £151 off the regular price of £350. This isn't the cheapest I've soon them, so I expect they'll go down more as we approach Prime Day.
Marshall Tufton Bluetooth Speaker: $315
Marshall is extremely popular for Bluetooth speakers, and the Tufton is no exception. Right now, the speaker is discounted by $135 on Amazon US – down to $315 from the regular price of $450.
It comes in a moody Black and Brass colourway, which Marshall claims looks particularly fetching next to 'modern industrial interiors' and against natural textures. The brass accents are a nice change from the standard finishes on speakers. It's designed for in and outdoor use and comes with Bluetooth 5.0 and 20-plus hours of rechargeable battery life. There's even a rear-facing driver for extra oomph.
Fitbit Inspire 3: $80/£69
For those seeking a dedicated fitness tracker, Fitbits still remain one of the most popular options. The Fitbit Inspire 3 is known for its simplicity, reliability, and robust suite of fitness tracking features, including sleep analysis and continuous heart rate monitoring. It's perfect for individuals looking to enhance their fitness journey without breaking the bank.
And right now, it's cheaper than ever. On Amazon US, you'll find it discounted to $80 – $20 off the regular price. Meanwhile in the UK, it's down to £69 from £85 in an almost equal saving of £16.
Ninja Double Stack XL: $220/£229

At its core, the iPad mini 7 now packs the A17 Pro chip – the same powerhouse found in the iPhone 15 Pro. Compared to the A15 chip in the previous model, the jump in performance is substantial. Day-to-day tasks like browsing Safari with dozens of tabs open, switching between apps, and handling emails feel snappier than ever. Design-wise, Apple hasn't messed with the winning formula. The iPad mini 7 retains the sleek, Air-inspired aesthetic – an all-screen front, flat edges, and Touch ID integrated into the power button. Govee's floor lamp is the ultra-modern mood setter my lounge was crying out for
Everyone has to grow up sooner or later – or so I've been led to believe. Those gamer-grade RGB strips and illuminated wall panels that were the epitome of cool in your teens and twenties apparently won't fly now you've settled down with a partner and kids. But that doesn't mean colour-shifting smart lights are totally off limits. Govee has been paying attention to modern interior design trends for its refreshed floor lamp line-up, and the headline act is a proper head-turner even before you switch it on. The Uplighter Floor Lamp is a gloriously minimal 'three in one' freestanding shiner that can play it straight with warm white for your wine and cheese nights – then bathe the ceiling in a wash of rippling colour when you want to relive your raver days. It launches today in the US, UK and Europe for $180/£180/€190, through the official Govee website and Amazon. It's being joined by two more twists on the sensible styling/fun-loving hue formula – the Torchiere Floor Lamp and Tree Floor Lamp. I've had an Uplighter Floor Lamp casting a dreamy glow over my living room for the past few weeks, and am totally sold on its blend of traditional lighting and fun effects. It might arrive flat-packed, but only needs a few minutes to screw the slender black metal pole between base and lamp – and without tools. Fully assembled, the Uplighter stands a commanding 1.7m tall. In my low ceilinged lounge that didn't give the upfiring part a whole lot of room to work with, but in larger spaces it'll cover an area 20m². The light show was still brilliantly soothing, with the constantly moving ripple effect available in your pick of speeds and colours. Slow-moving ocean blues and Northern Lights greens have become my go-tos, but cranking up the speed and setting a rainbow of colours went down perfectly with live Glastonbury Festival performances. There are also hundreds of pre-set scenes and customisable colours to play with in the Govee Home app. Switched off, you'd have no clue this lamp can be such a party animal. The base is sturdy, the black metal finish looks sleek, and the lamp portion is very minimalist. I'd put the industrial design up there with fashionista lamps costing considerably more, and those just light up in a single colour. In one direction. The down-firing lower section gets properly bright, hitting a peak 1000 lumens, so works perfectly as the only light in a modestly sized room. You can also tilt the lamp in any direction to get more light where you need it. Colour temperature is fully adjustable, and there's an auto-run mode that can swap from cool white in the mornings (maximum alertness) to a warm yellow light at the end of the day to prep you for bedtime. The middle section can match the lower one, for a softer dispersion of light that bounces off walls – or you can go full rainbow here too, as the LEDs behind the frosted glass are full RGB. I like that there are in-line buttons on the pole, which saves you reaching for your phone; a long-press swaps between static down-firing light and the up-firing projection effect. Like pretty much all Govee kit it also plays nicely with Alex and Google Assistant voice commands, and there's Matter support on board too. All worked flawlessly in my testing. The Uplighter Floor Lamp is proper statement lighting stuff, but can also fade into the background when you don't need it to be the centre of attention. I'll take one over an RGB strip light any day. Stuff Says… This dual-purpose display piece looks sharp before it even lights up. The Govee Uplighter Floor lamp isn't cheap, but does business and pleasure very well indeed. Pros Ripple effect can transform a room and proves very relaxing Down-firing lamp gets plenty bright and lets you pick any colour temperature Cons Some of the faster speed/colour combos can be headache-inducing Maybe the companion app needs to grow up a bit to match? I've not had as much time with the Torchiere Floor Lamp, which is a little simpler but still designed to bathe your ceiling in light. The base and pole are very similar to the Uplighter, standing at a similar height – except there's just a single inline button here rather than two. The lamp itself looks a bit like a jelly bean, with a top half made from clear plastic and a bottom machined from metal. There are three sizeable RGB lights in this thing, each angled slightly differently, and the lamp itself can be tilted and rotated to get the illumination you're after. Diffused reflectors over each internal lamp help spread light evenly (over a 16m² area, according to Govee). The only way I could create any dark spots was by putting it right up against a wall. The three internal lights can be controlled independently if you have specific colour combos in mind. Stick to plain white light and a colour temperature anywhere between 2700K-6500K, and it'll pump out a maximum 780 lumens brightness. Smart home connectivity is just as comprehensive as the Uplighter, and it's also able to sync light effects to music using a built-in mic. It retails for $150/£130/€140, and should be in stock right now. Finally, the Tree Floor Lamp isn't meant to be the centre of attention – its three independently adjustable arms mean these bulbs are better for lighting up artwork or drawing your eyeline elsewhere. Each one can twist 350° horizontally and 90° vertically, to put the shine on three different subjects at once. There's no inline button here, unless you count the one wired into the mains power cord. Govee's app lets you adjust things, of course – you can have full power, brightness and colour control over each light independently. All in you're looking at 1500 lumens of brightness when pumping out pure white; colour temperature can slide anywhere between 2700K and 6500K, and all the same smart home connectivity applies. It'll set you back $170/£160/€170, and completes the line-up from today.

Is Apple about to make a super affordable MacBook? Here's what you need to know
Apple makes some of the best laptops around. The MacBook Air is the complete package for under $1000/£1000. In fact, I'd go as far as calling it on of the best laptops you can buy. In our review, we said 'the MacBook Air is still the everyday laptop to beat.' It scored a full five stars! And the MacBook Pro devices offer the best power from any laptop I've used. But Apple might be turning its attention to a new super affordable model. According to supply chain analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple is working on a new 13-inch MacBook. Rather than the usual M-series chip designed to chew through Logic Pro and external displays, this one would use the A18 Pro – the same chip powering the iPhone 16 Pro. It seems that Apple might be looking to recapture its sales numbers from lockdown, when we all suddenly needed a laptop to work from home. A cheaper machine might be the ticket to bringing the numbers back up to these levels. According to Kuo, Apple wants this thing to move between 5 and 7 million units in 2026, accounting for up to 28% of all MacBook sales. Apple's M-series chips are known for muscle – think heavy-duty multitasking, tons of memory, and external display support. But the A18 Pro is… well, it's a phone chip. A very good one, mind you, but still designed for phones. Which leads me to wonder: what exactly will this MacBook be for? Students? Web browsing and spreadsheets? A glorified Netflix machine? I'm imagining something more like a Chromebook, but for Apple services. Whatever the case, I'm intrigued. It also seems like Apple might lean more into the 'fun' side of things. The MacBook's expected to come in Silver, Blue, Pink, and Yellow finishes. That's similar to the base-model iPad (or the iBook G3 if you remember it), and honestly, I'm quite glad. Kuo reckons this new MacBook is expected to enter mass production at the tail end of 2025 or early 2026. It's price point is an interesting discussion point. Apple will have to sell this for less than $999/£999 – that's how much the MacBook Air costs. But if it goes too low, there aren't many reasons left to buy an iPad instead. I'm think it'll arrive for somewhere between $599/£599 and $799/£799 – but we'll have to wait and see.
