Bollywood has lost its passion: Sanjay Dutt
Taking the stage alongside the cast and crew, Dutt didn't shy away from expressing admiration for the South's unwavering commitment to craft. 'What I'm taking back with me is the passion I saw here in Telugu cinema… something Bollywood has sadly lost,' said the Munna Bhai MBBS star. 'Here, it's not about chasing numbers. It's about making meaningful, powerful cinema, and that's what I miss back in Mumbai.'
Reflecting on his illustrious career, Dutt recalled working with cinematic legends like Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, Sanjeev Kumar, and Dilip Kumar. 'Back then, it was the story, the script, the music that mattered most. Everyone involved had a say. Today, it's just numbers written on paper — not the kind of storytelling we once cherished,' he remarked.
Sharing an anecdote from a past collaboration with Mahesh Manjrekar, Dutt said, 'We shot for three days straight, without a break. That was the passion we all shared. That's what made filmmaking magical.'
KD – The Devil, produced by KVN Productions, is being mounted on a grand scale as a commercial action entertainer. With Sanjay Dutt's powerful presence and Dhruva Sarja in the lead, the film will release in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam, promising a high-octane experience for audiences across the country.

Naomi becomes Women's World Champion (Image via WWE) WWE Evolution 2025 brings an end to an exciting night with an absolutely brilliant main event match between IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley . SKY, who is the current Women's World Champion, after she won it against none other than Ripley herself, this is a night to see if IYO can keep the belt or Mami is able to snatch it back for herself. The two women give the fans an incredible show, but the finale comes with an unimaginable twist that had everyone gaping at the scene. Not Rhea Ripley or IYO SKY, Naomi is the new Women's World Champio Regarded as one of the most dominant superstars of the Women's roster, and rightly so, Rhea Ripley was a favorite to win the title back from IYO SKY from the very beginning. She had become the Women's World Champion by defeating Liv Morgan at the Netflix Premiere of Monday Night RAW, but lost the title to IYO SKY on RAW after the Elimination Chamber, right before WrestleMania. While Mami was not able to defeat SKY so far in her career, this night seemed like things were about to change. Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY (Image via WWE) The night of redemption, and taking back what was once hers began with both women giving it their absolute best, as fans were screaming both their names in awe. Ripley had the win, had it not been for the referee getting knocked out by Sky. After a brutal showdown all throughout the arena, things seemed to have taken a turn, and for a moment, IYO was looking to retain her title, but her opponent kicked out at the last moment, making things complicated. But it all turned to absolute mayhem when Naomi rushed in as both Ripley and SKY lay broken and battered inside the ring with her Money in the Bank briefcase. She cashed in on her MITB win, threw Mami out of the ring, and pinned Sky to become the new Women's World Champion, shocking everyone in the crowd. What a way to end the night, as WWE Evolution 2025 comes to a close in a spectacular fashion. Sitaare Zameen Par Box Office Collection Day 24: Aamir Khan's emotional drama marked a splendid weekend in the fourth week. This Bollywood movie is not slowing doing, on July 13, earnings picked up 13.60 percent. After making a big comeback in the fourth week with 177.78 percent uptick in collection on July 12, the sports drama collected ₹ 2.84 crore net in India on fourth Sunday — Day 24. Over the fourth weekend, the movie collected ₹ 5.34 crore net, according to film industry tracker Sacnilk. During its 24-day theatrical run at the domestic box office, RS Prasanna directorial movie raked in ₹ 160.59 crore net. Aamir Khan's fifth highest grossing movie 'Sitaare Zameen Par' needs around ₹ 50 crore net more to overtake records set by '3 Idiots'. Meanwhile, for lead actress Genelia Deshmukh 'Sitaare Zameen Par' is her career best after 'Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na.' The 'spiritual' successor to Taare Zameen Par, did a global business of ₹ 242.50 crore gross in 23 days, amassing ₹ 54 crore gross from overseas market. Remake of the 2018 Spanish film 'Champions' released on June 20 registered a significant uptick in theatrical footfall on July 13, recording an overall 43.28% Hindi occupancy. Backed by Aamir Khan Productions, 'Sitaare Zameen Par' was made on a budget of ₹ 80 crore and is currently the sixth highest grossing Indian movie of the year, according to IMDb. Set to script records and make history, it will soon take over 5th spot occupied by Ajith Kumar's Good Bad Ugly. Earlier, the 60-year old titular actor had shared that the film would not release on OTT but according to the latest reports there is some change in the plan. Giving full control over the movie's release window and pricing, the makers are considering a pay-per-view release on YouTube. 'It's a very brave idea. The eight-week window is a normal trend in Bollywood (to release the film after eight weeks on the digital platform), and Aamir Khan has decided against that. He has not even sold the digital rights yet. I think it's a very brave step. He had offers, but he still did not get tempted by those offers and did not sign the deal,' Fortune India quoted film trade analyst Taran Adarsh as saying.
