According to the Mahanoy City Police Department, officers arrested 32-year-old Kyle Kuczynski, who was wanted on a bench warrant.
Arrest made in tissue plant fire investigation
Police say Kuczynski was wanted in connection with an incident at St. Teresa of Calcutta Rectory on May 6, where an explosive device was ignited inside the chapel.
Kuczynski will be facing arson and other related charges due to this incident.

Two illegally possessed firearms recovered following an arrest in Wisconsin
(WFRV) – Following the arrest of a suspect in Wisconsin, authorities say they recovered two firearms that were possessed by the suspect illegally. According to a release from the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office, a suspect wanted by the sheriff's office for operating a vehicle without consent, possession of THC, resisting or obstructing an officer, carrying a concealed weapon, and felony possession of a firearm, was recently arrested by the US Marshals Service while attempting to evade law enforcement. Intersection lanes in Allouez close, expected to last 10-15 days After safely arresting the suspect, a stolen Glock 19 and a Glock 22 were recovered. Deputies say the Glock 19 had a modified sear that made the firearm fully automatic and an extended magazine. This arrest removes dangerous weapons from our community and holds an offender accountable for serious crimes.
