Katy Perry appeared to make a very telling post on Friday as she shared a glimpse at her 'life purpose', following her split from Orlando Bloom.
The US popstar, 40, re-shared a video to her Instagram Stories from a content creator who teaches followers the 'Laws of the Universe' to help them 'heal your life'.
The clip claimed a person's purpose in life is determined by the phase of the moon on the day of their birth, with Katy indicating her purpose is to start 'new chapters'.
'The phase of the moon that was during your date of birth determines your purpose,' the video explained.
According to Katy's birthday, 25 October, 1984, she was born on a Waning Crescent.

'If you were born on a waning crescent, you are here to complete the mission that you feel,' the clip claimed.

Orlando, 48, and Katy's split was confirmed by PEOPLE on Thursday after weeks of speculation.
The couple first got together in 2016 before splitting up and getting back together in 2018.
Orlando proposed to Katy in 2019 and they welcomed daughter Daisy Dove, now four-years-old, in August 2020.
Rumors of 'tensions' between Katy and Orlando began to surface earlier this month.
But the telling sign of their separation came when the Lord of the Rings star enjoyed a secret getaway to Kangaroo Island in Australia.
At the time, Katy was also on tour in South Australia, but neither appeared to share videos or pictures together Down Under.

In fact, Orlando enjoyed a solo trip to the nature reserve, soaking up some sun and sight-seeing koalas as he shared selfies and videos of his adventure alone.
It's likely he visited Katy - who has notably been spotted without her massive engagement rock of late - in Australia to spend time with their daughter Daisy.
He was, at one point, seen walking about Perth's CBD with their tot while Katy performed her show.
Now, as Katy continues her Lifetimes Tour Down Under, Orlando has jetted off to Venice, Italy as a single man to attend Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's nuptials.
The newly-minted bachelor was seen leaving the Madonna dell Orto cloisters with a mystery woman after A-list guests escaped a freak thunderstorm.
Orlando and other guests had to brave the heavy rainfall as the party's VIPs exited the historic venue to catch a boat ride back to the luxurious five-star Aman Hotel.
But the weather certainly didn't dampen his spirits as he piled into a water taxi with several ladies, including a striking brunette in a glitzy green dress.
Once inside the boat, Orlando was caught wrapping his arm around one of them as they laughed together in their seats.
It was reported on Wednesday that Orlando and Katy 'have split but are amicable'.
A source told UsWeekly: 'Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life.'
The source described the alleged split as 'a long time coming' and claimed their relations 'have been tense for months'.
The singer was previously married to British comedian Russell Brand.
They tied the knot in a traditional Hindu ceremony in India in late 2010, but by December 2011 they announced their split.
'[Divorce] was emotionally traumatic for me,' Katy told Rolling Stone in August 2014. 'It was the death of a dream. I was in fairy tale land, and the reality of it wasn't so.'
Reports of her split from Orlando came days after Katy was pictured looking extremely downcast while out on a yacht with her dancers.
Katy fuelled rumours her relationship was struggling when she made a very-telling comment on stage earlier this month.
She was performing her 2008 heartbreak anthem I'm Still Breathing in Sydney when she was handed a packet of Tim Tam chocolate biscuits.
'This song is about a breakup, and this Tim Tam saved me,' she told the crowd during the brief interlude.
'Thank you,' she added, before launching back into the track while kneeling down and offering the biscuits to audience members in the front row.

A CRUISE ship melodrama has been quietly cancelled after just one season – despite being led by Dawson's Creek hunk, Joshua Jackson. The series, which was created by Glee and American Horror Story's Ryan Murphy, premiered in September last year in the US, before dropping on Disney+ in the UK. 6 6 6 Doctor Odyssey, which saw Jackson play Max Bankman, the new physician on board the titular luxury cruise liner, has now unfortunately been given the push by US network, ABC. According to Variety, the cast's contracts are set to expire today, with the network not putting the show back on its schedule. As a result, it seems like the comedy-drama, which became known for its campy predicaments each week, is dead in the water. This comes despite the strong cast including Miami Vice legend Don Johnson as the ship's loveable captain, Hamilton star Phillipa Soo as Bankman's nurse practitioner, Avery Morgan, and Skins' Sean Teale as fellow nurse Tristan Silva. Doctor Odyssey followed the various medical issues Bankman and his team had to deal with while on the ship. The bizarre catastrophes ranged from one passenger contracting iodine poisoning after overdoing it on the all-you-can-eat shrimp, to a plastic-surgery loving woman whose nose fell off after snorting cocaine. As all this unfolds, the close quarters of the staff gives way to romance, prompting a review in The Telegraph comparing it to 'a cross between ER and The Love Boat'. It's 'bonkers' plot lines also include Max declaring himself 'the first person in the US to contract Covid' which sparked a new zest for life when he survived. Throughout the show's initial run, Doctor Odyssey was also filled with megastars appearing in cameo roles – including Shania Twain, Angela Bassett, Kelsea Ballerini and John Stamos. However, it seems the jam-packed cast wasn't enough to keep the show afloat. At the time of writing, none of the main cast have commented on the show's cancellation. But fans have flocked to X (formerly Twitter) begging their "weird" and "nonsense" series to be saved. "They really cancelled Doctor Odyssey and I feel personally attacked. Yeah, it was chaotic," wrote one. "Yeah, it didn't always make sense. But it had heart and in the end, I weirdly loved every minute of it. I'm gonna miss this messy, unserious emotional gem." Shock new report reveals when Bill Belichick and Linda Holliday really split up amid her bitter feud with Jordon Hudson
A new report has claimed Bill Belichick and Linda Holliday had actually broken up a year before their split was officially announced. Their relationship has been brought back into the limelight in recent days after Jordon Hudson brutally ripped Holliday in a private Instagram exchange. As the Daily Mail revealed exclusively last week, Hudson called Holliday 'pathetic' and 'delusional' after discovering a personal email she sent to Belichick during their 16-year relationship. Belichick and Holliday, 62, broke up in September 2023 after 16 years together. He met Hudson on a flight from Boston to Florida in 2021. There has been speculation over the timeline of Belichick and Hudson's relationship but a new report in People has alleged his relationship with Holliday had long been over when he started dating Hudson. 'Many assumed that Bill had cheated on Linda through 2022 and 2023, but they were broken up by September 2022,' a source said. Belichick's new flame Jordon Hudson brutally ripped Holliday in a private Instagram exchange 'Linda was still pretending they were together after the breakup, and Bill played along so she could transition with the least amount of public humiliation and avoid abrupt displacement. 'Bill moved into a hotel nearby Gillette Stadium in September and allowed Linda to continue to stay in his homes.'. Another source added that they had 'been pretty separate for a while' and they were dealing with problems that were 'not new' when they finally went their separate ways. Tensions between Hudson and Holliday have been high for months. The two are said to have had a feisty exchange at a Christmas event in Nantucket towards the end of last year. It ramped up last week though when Hudson engaged in the testy Instagram exchange after being called a 'gold digger' by a user she believed was Holliday's close friend. Hudson claimed that she 'found' the letter at Belichick's home near Boston, and sent a picture of it to her supposed friend, insisting that Holliday should 'burn it.' Neither Hudson nor Holliday responded to the Daily Mail's request for comment. However, Hudson and Belichick emerged over the weekend at the Nantucket Film Festival, according to Page Six. A source told the publication that Hudson and the 73-year-old coach 'partied all night with festival attendees.' The likes of Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor were also at the event. Belichick has been embedded in the Nantucket community dating back to his years with the Patriots, and his past and present collided in May when Holliday reportedly confronted Hudson and her friend at an event there. According to an incident report filed by an employee at a Christmas party - which was obtained by TMZ - Holliday was enraged by Hudson's presence at the December 6 event, which Holliday's daughters were DJing at. The incident report said that Holliday thought Hudson being there was 'inappropriate, since the event was widely advertised as a party headlined by her daughters.' The report claims that at 9:30pm, Holliday approached the member of staff and asked her to remove Hudson from the party. Hudson, who was at the event with fellow pageant contest Melissa Sapini, eventually agreed to leave the event - but told a staffer that Holliday threatened her friend while they were still on the dance floor. It was claimed Holliday told Hudson's friend that if she 'valued her current title, she should think twice about who her friends are' and that she 'had many powerful friends in the pageant organization.' Belichick and Hudson are gearing up for the start of UNC's football season in September Thus, it's not wholly unsurprising that Hudson would have choice words for Holliday months later after being prodded in a direct message exchange with a purported friend of Holliday's. Replying with a blistering and sarcastic retort she wrote: 'Hey babes! Since you are tight with Ms Holiday (sic), could you please ask her what she would like me to do with this letter I found from 2015? 'Due to its pathetic and embarrassing content, I imagine she wants it back,' she wrote, referring to the private email. She later continued: 'She should make the point to burn it so she continue to live in delusional denial (that her relationship with BB wasn't doomed yeaaaaars prior to him finally dumping her)' she continued.
