Lottie Woad fires final-round 68 to claim victory on her professional debut
It was Woad's first victory since turning professional earlier in July.
She entered the final round with a two-stroke lead and made birdies on the second, third, 13th and 14th before hitting a bogey on the 16th.

Woad made par on the 17th before a pinpoint approach set up a birdie on the 18th to wrap up the title.
She becomes the first player to win on their professional Ladies European Tour debut since Singapore's Shannon Tan at the Magical Kenya Ladies Open in February 2024.
Woad said on Sky Sports: 'It's a pretty good outcome, I guess! Definitely wasn't expecting to win my first event, but I knew I was playing well so I was kind of hoping to contend.
'I played really solid today. It was pretty nice in the end, could lay up on the par five.
'Links golf is really fun, don't get to play it too often. This is my first time playing links golf since the Open last year. I wasn't exactly sure how it would go, but it went fine!'

Woad finished three shots ahead of second-placed Kim Hyo-joo, who fired seven birdies and three bogeys in a mixed fourth round.
Julia Lopez Ramirez and Kim Sei-young shared third on 14 under, with world number one Nelly Korda a shot back in fifth.
English duo Alice Hewson and Charley Hull finished tied for 10th and 21st, respectively.
Attention now turns to the AIG Women's Open at Royal Porthcawl, which begins on Thursday.
Looking ahead to that tournament, Woad added: 'Even if I hadn't won this week, I'd still be trying to win it and just trying to be up there really is all you can ask for going into the final day.'

ITV will continue to air extended highlights of the EFL on ITV4 and ITVX throughout the season as part of the deal.

Sky Sports' football plan is 66p a day ahead of Premier League and EFL season
Sky is set to increase its Premier League coverage to a minimum of 215 fixtures this season, all of which can be enjoyed with this introductory offer. We're now two weeks away from the new Premier League season and football fans are being offered Sky Sports for 66p per day off on August 15, with title holders Liverpool facing Bournemouth at Anfield. The opening weekend is packed with must-see fixtures, including the likes of Wolves vs Man City, Chelsea vs Crystal Palace and Man United vs Arsenal. Each of these games will be shown exclusively on Sky Sports as the broadcaster increases its Premier League coverage from 128 matches to a minimum of 215 from this season. Sky says this is 80% of all televised Premier League matches. To catch all these fixtures – on top of more than 1,000 live games across the EFL, SPFL, WSL and Bundesliga – football fans must secure a Sky Sports subscription, which costs £20 per month in an introductory offer. This works out at roughly 66p per day over 30 days and provides access to nine Sky Sports channels including Main Event, Premier League, Football, F1, Golf and Tennis. It also includes the recently launched Sky Sports+ channel at no extra cost, which offers live streams of more than 1,000 live EFL games, every Carabao Cup fixture and every match from the men's Rugby Super League. The only catch is that those without an existing Sky package will need to pair Sky Sports with a TV and Netflix plan. However, these combined plans were revamped last year and now start at £35 for Essential TV and Sky Sports. This comes with more than 100 regular TV channels such as Sky Atlantic, along with free Netflix and Discovery+ subscriptions. Customers can also add TNT Sports to the package for an extra £20, far cheaper than the £30.99 it costs to join direct through Discovery+ Premium, to enjoy next season's European competitions. Sky's deal comes as Virgin Media launches its rival Summer of Sports sale, which offers big discounts across its own Sky Sports packages until September 2. These start with the Bigger Combo bundle + Sports, which comes with more than 200 TV channels, including eight from Sky Sports such as Main Event, Football and F1. It also has 516Mbps fibre broadband, all of which has been reduced from £65.99 to £54.99 – £264 saving. A downside to both Sky and Virgin's plans is that customers will see at least two bill increases in their 24-month term as each provider raises their prices every April. This year, Sky introduced a 6.2% increase to its TV customers but is yet to confirm next year's chance. Virgin has already confirmed the Bigger Combo bundle + Sports will rise to £58.49 from April 2026 and £61.99 from April 2027. What sets Sky apart from its rivals is the opportunity to cancel a contract after a price rise is announced, not something offered by Virgin.

Jake Paul's manager insists Anthony Joshua fight ‘can absolutely happen'
Jake Paul 's manager and promotional partner, Nakisa Bidarian, has said that a fight with Anthony Joshua 'can absolutely happen'. Bidarian appeared on Sky Sports News and confirmed they are pursuing the fight with 'AJ'. He said that he sees Paul as the 'A-side' for this fight and that, looking at Joshua's record, two of his losses came against Oleksandr Usyk, who is an undersized heavyweight in the modern era and of vaguely similar dimensions to Paul. Bidarian said: 'I think the fight can absolutely happen. I'm looking at it as Jake vs Joshua, which is quite impactful in many ways. 'If you look at Anthony Joshua, I think he is 28-4, and two of his losses are against Oleksandr Usyk. Usyk weighed in at 220lbs for those fights'. The Most Valuable Promotions co-founder was quick to add that he was not drawing comparisons in ability between Paul and the undisputed heavyweight champion, but at his walk-around weight and having already bulked up to face Mike Tyson last year, the match-up is a realistic proposition. Bidarian explained: 'Jake is not Usyk – a lot more years of experience are needed to get to that level. But Jake walks around between 208-210 lbs, and he fought Mike Tyson at 228 lbs, so I think size-wise we can get comfortable with it." Joshua is yet to return to the ring since his knockout loss to Daniel Dubois last year and a minor surgery on his elbow but could make his comeback before the end of the year. Crossover boxing is no stranger to Joshua, who produced a devastating knockout of his own against former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou in March 2024. Paul continues to make waves in the boxing world, in the unlikely pursuit of a world title. He defeated former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr in June, which earned him a spot in the top 15 of the WBA cruiserweight rankings. Bidarian believes that Paul has gained enough experience to take on an 'ageing' Joshua and revealed they are in active conversations with Eddie Hearn 's Matchroom. He said: 'I think experience-wise, Jake is learning fast and growing, and Joshua is a little long in the tooth. It could be a very interesting match-up, and we are actively discussing it with Matchroom.
