In a recent post on Instagram Threads, the Vanderpump Rules star, 42, detailed her parenting rules for all of her friends and family who come into contact with her newborn baby girl, Kaia Lily.
"My baby is under a month old & this goes for family & friends," she began before listing her dos and don'ts.
"Don't kiss my baby. Don't touch her face. If you were out of town, at a party, have even a TICKLE in your throat - don't come over. Get that TDAP shot, baby!" she continued. "If i'm cool with you holding her, i'll let you know so please don't ask and make it weird 😘😘😘 (moms - you're not crazy. babies are small & germs are big.)"

The Valley star welcomed her first baby with fiancé Luke Broderick, Doute confirmed on Instagram last month. In the post she wrote on Friday, June 13, she shared her baby girl's name.
"We've never known a love like this until you," she wrote.
Ahead of welcoming her baby girl, she already had her name picked out. The reality TV star spoke with PEOPLE at the season 2 premiere of The Valley on Thursday, April 10, in Sherman Oaks, Calif., and revealed that she and her then-boyfriend already settled on a name for their daughter.
"She is named. She has been named since before we got pregnant, and of course, we had to revisit the name and make sure it did feel right, and it did," Doute told PEOPLE at the time. "And we've been calling her that, especially Luke in the beginning."
"It's a little weird for me, because I felt like he was talking to a plant, like saying her name, and be like, 'Oh, you're growing.' I was like, 'This is so weird, you're not here yet!' " she continued.
"But now it feels like she's a real baby now, just not out in the world yet," added the newly minted mom.

In June, Doute shared photos of her baby's nursery and spoke with PEOPLE about how she was feeling as she geared up to welcome her little one.
"I am very ready," she admitted at the time. "I'm not going to lie, and I think it's important for moms to not sugar coat anything. I am physically miserable."
"She says all the time that she feels 'large and in charge,' " said Broderick. "She's very aware of her body at this moment."
Although she was ready to be done, Doute admitted that there was something she was a little anxious about at the time.
"I would say I'm the most anxious about actually giving birth, just what the experience will be," she said. "You can have a plan, but there really isn't a plan at the end of the day. It's all up to her."
"I would say I'm the most excited about no longer being pregnant! And, as I've said before, just seeing what her personality will be like," she added.
Broderick said he just couldn't wait to meet their little one. "I can't wait to touch her and interact with her. I'm very excited," he explained.

Patrick Mahomes is preparing for his ninth season in the NFL, looking to take the Kansas City Chiefs back to the Super Bowl. The Chiefs quarterback has already been a tremendous success story in Kansas City, having led the team to three Super Bowl titles and five AFC titles in a short time span for his professional career. As Patrick Mahomes gets his team ready to climb the mountaintop, looking to get back to the Super Bowl for the fourth straight season, the Chiefs star took some time away from the field. Patrick Mahomes' wife, Brittany Mahomes, recently posted a few photos of the quarterback outside of the white lines, taking in a tropical vacation with his three children. "Time well spent," Brittany Mahomes captioned the post. Patrick Mahomes later commented four heart emojis on her post and also reposted the photos with an additional heart emoji on his story. Austin Nichols Teases ‘One Tree Hill' Revival As He Hopes For 'Some Good News Soon'

More than a decade later, Austin Nichols is ready to get back to his roots on the pending One Tree Hill continuation at Netflix. At Monday's world premiere of I Know What You Did Last Summer, in which he plays Pastor Judah, the actor revealed whether he'd reprise his role as filmmaker Julian Baker in the revival of the WB/CW drama, which originally ran for nine seasons from 2003 to 2012. More from Deadline 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' Red Carpet: Cast Talks Keeping A Killer Secret Millie Bobby Brown And Gabriel LaBelle To Star In Netflix Romantic Comedy 'Just Picture It' The CW Renews 'Sullivan's Crossing' For Season 4 As Romantic Drama Becomes A Hit For Netflix 'I would absolutely love to,' he told Deadline. 'I spent a lot of years doing that show and fell in love with Wilmington, North Carolina, and made a lot of great friends there. We had a lot of fun. And ultimately, when something still has this kind of excitement around it this many years later, you kinda go, 'Oh my god! Yeah, why not make more of it? People still watch it and love it.' 'So, I think it could be great. I know that they're writing scripts, and there's been some notes and some back and forth. It sounds good. Hopefully we have some good news soon,' added Nichols. Nichols joined the series with Season 6 in 2008, ending up married to Sophia Bush's Brooke Davis with twin sons at the end of the show's nine-season run.
