£3m star joins, Kuhn leaves, 21 y/o talent signs - Celtic's dream XI if the latest transfer rumours are true
The return of Scotland international Kieran Tierney was sealed last month, while ex-Celtic academy product Ross Doohan also arrived on a free transfer from Aberdeen. The arrival of £1.2million 'bargain' Benjamin Nygren from FC Nordsjælland saw the champions open up the cheque book for the first time this summer - though it is not expected to be the last time they dip into the pot. Youngster Callum Osmand has also arrived following the expiry of his contract at Fulham.
Elsewhere, limks to Royal Antwerp winger Michel-Ange Balikwisha continue to rumble on, while Celtic continue to look for strikers as they aim to add to their striking options. Cameron Carter-Vickers was linked with a £20million move to Sunderland earlier in the window, though these rumours have died down, but Nicolas Kuhn looks set to depart Parkhead this month after reports claimed Celtic had agreed a fee of £16.5million with Italian side Como.
With so the rumours continuing to float around, Celtic's squad could have a completely new look when the season gets underway on August 3 against St Mirren.

Man Utd 'close' to midfielder transfer amid fresh talks for Bryan Mbeumo
Manchester United are still locked in talks with Brentford over the signing of winger Bryan Mbeumo, but have reportedly agreed a different deal for a midfielder Manchester United remain busy in the summer transfer window, with the squad overhaul demanded by Ruben Amorim beginning to take shape. Mbeumo talks continue Manchester United 's pursuit of Brentford forward Bryan Mbeumo has been going on for a while now, but they are still yet to make the breakthrough. Nevertheless, the deal is still expected to go ahead – things are just taking a while. Brentford are understandably playing hard ball over the transfer fee after Mbeumo's outstanding 2024/25 campaign, in which he reached 20 Premier League goals, and United remain locked in talks. The Cameroon international is keen to join United and personal terms aren't a problem Fabrizio Romano now reports that United remain optimistic about striking a deal, but talks are expected to continue, with no agreement yet. Remain patient United fans, it will happen. Deal for midfielder 'close' Elsewhere, there's a bolt from the blue with Italian outlet Calciomercato reporting that United are close to signing Valencia midfielder Javi Guerra. AC Milan have shown an interest in the 22-year-old, but United have apparently stolen a march. Milan were lining up an offer of between €25m and €30m (£21m-£25m), while Mundo Deportivo have credited Atletico Madrid and Aston Villa with an interest in Guerra. He has two years left on his contract with Valencia, where he has eight goals and four assists in 89 games so far. Greenwood cash boost As previously mentioned, United know they need sales to help fund their recruitment drive. They have no say over the potential sale of Mason Greenwood this summer, having sent him to Marseille last summer, but he could still provide them with some cash. Greenwood performed well for Marseille last year, scoring 21 Ligue 1 goals, and Juventus and Barcelona have been linked with a move for the ex-United striker. Reports in Spain say that Al-Ahli have now entered running and have put a €70m (£60m) offer on the table. That could be good news for United, who have a 50 per cent sell-on clause. Mirra Andreeva oblivious to the fact she'd won after swatting aside Emma Navarro
The Russian teenager became the youngest woman to reach the Wimbledon quarter-finals in 18 years by breezing through round four with a rapid 6-2 6-3 win over world number 10 Emma Navarro. But an unaware Andreeva was so focused on her performance – and trying not to look at Roger Federer in the Royal Box – she lined up to face another Navarro serve, rather than celebrate converting match point. Novak Djokovic recovers from his worst first set at Wimbledon to reach quarters
The Serbian has not fallen before the final at the All England Club since 2017 but he will need to raise his level if he is to maintain that record after scrapping to a 1-6 6-4 6-4 6-4 victory over Alex De Minaur in three hours and 19 minutes. Djokovic cannot have played many worse sets at Wimbledon than the opening one here, with the Serbian making 16 unforced errors, including four double faults and dropping serve three times. "It's probably the first time he's watched me and I won the match." That would help. 'This is probably the first time he is watching me and I have won the match. The last couple of times I lost, so it's good to break the curse. Ahead went Djokovic again, the Serbian putting his finger to his ear and whipping up the crowd after a 34-shot rally, and back came De Minaur, but the seven-time champion managed to hold on to his final break, resisting more pressure from the Australian. De Minaur was devastated to have to pull out of a quarter-final against Djokovic 12 months ago after hurting his hip, and he continued to cause problems for his opponent, opening up a 4-1 lead in the fourth set. But a chance to lead 5-1, and very likely force a decider, went begging and Djokovic reacted in ruthless fashion with five games in a row. Djokovic blamed nerves and a swirling wind for his poor start, saying: 'It was very challenging for me. I was not feeling good, not finding the right timing. He was obviously feeling that. 'Honestly big, big relief to finish the match in four sets. Credit to him for making me feel very uncomfortable on the court. Just fortunate to get through this one.' Next up, Djokovic finds an unexpected quarter-finalist facing him in the shape of 22nd seed Flavio Cobolli – although he is not even the first person in his family to take on the Italian this fortnight. Djokovic revealed his 10-year-old son Stefan has hit with Cobolli on the practice courts, and the sixth seed joked: 'Of course, I'll have a conversation with my son and see what he has noticed in the game of Cobolli the other day. 'He (Cobolli) is a big fighter. We get along well. We practise whenever we can. We just had a hug. I definitely need to work on my game and start the match better than I did today.' De Minaur, who was cheered on by fiancee Katie Boulter, is still looking for his big grand slam breakthrough, and he said: 'In the bigger moments today I think my level dipped, and I didn't rise up to the occasion as I needed to if I wanted to beat someone as good as him.' Cobolli dropped his first set of the tournament but saw off former finalist Marin Cilic 6-4 6-4 6-7 (4) 7-6 (3) to reach his first slam quarter-final. Cilic complained afterwards about being scheduled first on court, saying: 'I feel bitter because why is there a need to play at 11am?' American Ben Shelton, meanwhile, had the familiar feeling of beating Italian Lorenzo Sonego having now done so at three grand slams in a row. They are the first pair to meet in singles at the opening three majors in a year since Jimmy Connors and John McEnroe back in 1984, with Shelton triumphing 3-6 6-1 7-6 (1) 7-5.
