Serena Williams called time on her illustrious tennis career in 2022, but a recent clip posted to her Instagram shows she may be set to make a shock comeback.
The 43-year-old claimed 23 Grand Slam titles – second only to Margaret Court's 24 – and competed in her last professional match at the U.S. Open three years ago, where she lost to Aussie Ajla Tomljanovic.

After that defeat, she bid goodbye to the sport and has avoided the temptation to make a comeback.
The following year, Williams welcomed her second child in August, and since then, she has undergone an incredible body transformation.
In recent months, the youngest of the Williams sisters has upped her social media posting, sharing various pics and videos of her incredible new physique.
But it was a video the 23-time grand slam winner uploaded on Saturday (AEDT), that truly sent fans crazy.

There has been very limited footage of the tennis star out on the court since calling time on her illustrious career, but on Saturday, she shared a clip captioned 'Still Serena' showcasing her skills, with fans all thinking the same thing; 'She's still got it'.
'Mother of 2 Serena Williams, wins grand slam in 2026! I can see it now,' one fan commented.
'Damn, she's still got it. Absolute GOAT,' another added.
'Would still beat everyone at the tour even with no training,' a third wrote.

Fans also began to hypothesise she may be eyeing a shock return to the sport, potentially on the doubles court.
'You've always been fit. But this is the fittest we've seen you since the 2012-2016 season. Just one more season, Serena?' one wrote.
'She's coming back for doubles with Vee (Venus Williams) at the Open,' another added.

Spanish tennis player Carlos Sanz also pointed to a key in the video.
'Keep rewatching this video, are we preparing for a doubles WC entry with Venus at the US Open? And your comeback?'
Venus Williams, Serena's elder sister, is gearing up for a comeback at the DC Open in Washington this weekend with a wildcard entry, marking her first WTA Tour match since March 2024.
So could a Serena comeback be on the cards, potentially with her sister Venus? Time will tell.

Coldplay warns fans after kiss cam couple furore

Don't miss out on the headlines from Music Tours. Followed categories will be added to My News. Coldplay front man Chris Martin made a warning to concertgoers on Saturday night, US time, letting them know the kiss cam was about to be turned on and could broadcast their relationship to the world. Adulterers be warned: disentangle pronto. It comes after the extraordinary fallout from a Coldplay concert in Boston last week when the kiss cam settled on Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot who were embracing at the time. Both were senior executives at New York data firm Astronomer with Mr Byron the company's chief executive. 'We'd like to say hello to some of you in the crowd, how we gonna do that, is we gonna use our cameras and put some of you on the big screen,' Martin told the crowd at a show at Madison's Camp Randall Stadium. 'So please, if you haven't done your makeup, do your makeup now,' he added. Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and colleague Kristin Cabot at a Coldplay Concert in Boston on the concert Kiss Cam. According to the New York Post, Mr Byron was paid between $US469,000 and $US690,000 ($A717,000 to $A1 million) a year, plus performance-based bonuses. He is believed to be worth $US50 million ($A76 million), and the most recent valuation for Astronomer placed the company's worth at $US1.3 billion ($A2 billion). However, he won't be getting that pay cheque after he resigned from his leadership role at the firm. Astronomer confirmed Mr Byron had quit on Saturday. 'Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met,' a spokesman said, reported The New York Post. 'Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted. 'The Board will begin a search for our next Chief Executive as Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy continues to serve as interim CEO.' Andy Byron has resigned as CEO of the AI-centric New York firm Astronomer. Picture: Astronomer Mr DeJoy seemed to be enjoying the furore. He 'liked' a LinkedIn post from Zachary Hensley — who was the vice president of technology and operations at Astronomer from 2019 to 2024 — in which he admitted, 'Yes, I've laughed at the memes'. The former staffer shared, however, that he had mixed feelings about the entire ordeal, adding, 'But I also know Astronomer is more than one moment or one person. It's a team of smart, kind, driven people doing incredible work. And I'll always be rooting for them.' Mr Hensley noted in his post that despite seeing all of the memes and having shared 'more than a few,' he 'felt a strange mix of pride, nostalgia, and whiplash' before gushing about his time at the tech company. 50 Cent reignites Sean ‘Diddy' Combs feud with AI video mocking rapper's baby oil obsession

50 Cent has reignited his long-running feud with Sean 'Diddy' Combs by posting an AI-generated video mocking the disgraced rap mogul's obsession with baby oil. The 49-year-old rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, shared the video over the weekend on Instagram as Combs, 55, awaits sentencing from a jail cell in New York following his trial, which saw him accused of federal offences including sex trafficking. 50 said alongside his social media clip: 'I didn't know Diddy walked in the Michael Amiri show, when did he make Bond!' The footage posted by the rapper was credited to the Instagram account @Geisha305 and depicted Combs strutting down a fashion runway in a pink dress emblazoned with the Johnson and Johnson baby oil logo. The video is set to the track Baby Oil Freak Off Party by Jody2Good, a song released in 2023 after Diddy's arrest. They were references to evidence which emerged during Combs' trial, which showed how he hoarded hundreds of bottles of baby oil, which were used in his now infamous 'Freak Off' sex parties. Combs was acquitted of the most serious allegations against him — sex trafficking and racketeering — but was found guilty of two lesser charges relating to transportation to engage in prostitution. He is currently in custody in Brooklyn awaiting sentencing on 3 October. 50's caption quickly drew attention, prompting designer Michael Amiri, 47, to comment: 'C'mon 50, don't include me in this.' The post comes after another viral incident involving content creator Armon Wiggins, 38, who faced backlash for dancing shirtless and being sprayed with baby oil outside the courthouse following the verdict in Combs' trial. In an interview with The Trial of Diddy podcast, hosted by journalist Kayla Brantley for the Daily Mail, Armon said: 'In reporting the case, I was trying to take a very eerie, grim situation and turn it into something digestible for people. I wasn't making light of the victims or poking fun at them.' He added: 'We had been there at the trial from start to finish – we were tired and wanted to celebrate making it to the end. I was just vibing with another YouTuber, to be honest with you, and before I knew it, there was a crowd of people with television cameras and lights that circled around me.' Armon denied profiting from the clip, saying: 'I got a lot of hate and lost followers. I said to myself afterwards: I've got to grow up and learn to control the narrative because it was irresponsible.' He continued: 'Even if my fans knew the intent behind it, that doesn't matter when you have 150 cameras out there in a heightened situation. You've got to be smarter than that.' Reflecting on the media's portrayal of his actions, Armon said: 'The amount of baby oil involved in the trial became ridiculous. You can't even say baby oil now without laughing. Really, I was making fun of Diddy – he came across as crazy. How many bottles of baby oil does one person need?'

Jeff Bezos ‘didn't make any of his wedding guest VIPs sign gagging contracts'

Jeff Bezos didn't make any of the VIPs at his wedding sign gagging contracts, one of his guests claims. The Amazon founder billionaire, 61, and his partner Lauren Sanchez, 55, exchanged vows at the end ofd June during a weekend of celebrations held at a private venue in Venice. And one of the couple's guests, 44-year-old actress and podcast host Sara Foster has now spoken candidly about attending the lavish ceremony. Sara, who is the daughter of music producer David Foster, revealed behind-the-scenes details of the three-day celebration in Italy during an episode of The World's First Podcast, which she co-hosts with her sister Erin Foster. She said: 'No one signed NDAs. No NDAs.' Jeff and Lauren's wedding, which took place on 27 June, brought together a guest list of more than 200 people, including some of the world's most high-profile names. Sara added the event felt far more intimate than the public had been led to believe. She said: 'There's nothing – it's so interesting how the optics were this over the top, you know, protesters… it's just not, it's not what it was. 'It actually felt very intimate.' The ceremony, reported to have cost around $50 million, attracted global media attention and saw the presence of celebrities such as Mick Jagger, 80, Oprah Winfrey, 70, Leonardo DiCaprio, 49, Sydney Sweeney, 26, Jerry Seinfeld, 70, Orlando Bloom, 47, Jessica Alba, 43, Bill Gates, 68, Brooks Nader, 27, and Ivanka Trump, 42. Members of the Kardashian-Jenner family were also in attendance, including Kim Kardashian, 43, Khloé Kardashian, 40, Kendall Jenner, 28, Kylie Jenner, 27, and Kris Jenner, 68. Sara addressed the criticism she received online after sharing photos from the wedding on Instagram. 'Here's the problem. You can't say anything anymore without being attacked,' she said. Sara added: 'I swear to God, it never occurred to me once that anybody would take issue with people attending a wedding. Truly. It really didn't. It didn't.' She also hinted at the discretion of some attendees. Sara went on: 'There were definitely a lot of people that were not photographed. 'I can't. I mean, that's, like, so lame. I'm not gonna do that. But it's very interesting how many people went un-photographed. It was definitely a very interesting setup.'
