The devastating loss came as a huge shock for Siomha and her parents, Damhnait and Dermot, and sibling Aedín.
Siomha took to Instagram last night to post a beautiful photo of her late sister on what would have been her 34th birthday.
The Lucan native simply captioned her post, "34 inniu", alongside a white heart emoji.
Úna was laid to rest this week on Tuesday, May 6, at St. Patrick's Church, Esker, Lucan.

Siomha broke the devastating news to her fans over on Instagram just a few short days later.
The Virgin Media star posted a series of heart-melting photos of herself an Úna throughout the years including one of them just as young kids playing piano and violin in their pyjamas.
Siomha then wrote out a gut-wrenching statement that said: "My sister Una passed away two weeks ago. My beautiful, wildly intelligent and annoyingly driven sister died and I'm heartbroken. Ní chreidim é fós [I still don't believe it].
"Growing up, we were never without each other. In our teenage years, we absolutely killed each other - as sisters do.

"As adults, we accepted each other for exactly who we are and I'm so proud of everything she achieved in her too-short life."
Siomha made sure to share her gratitude to those around her for their support.

She said: "My family and I can't thank everyone enough for the support we've received since. The sandwiches, lasagnas, cakes. The chats, hugs, stories, touches of hands.
"We have the most amazing network of friends, neighbours, colleagues and of course family. Go raibh míle maith agaibh.

"We've been blown away and so sincerely touched by the kindness of people. It reminds me of white blood cells, rushing to fight off infection. Community, rushing to help ease the pain."
Siomha finished off her tribute saying: "Now, we face a new normal without her. But she'll be with me - like a handprint on my heart.
"It'll never not be; Una agus Síomha."
The popular presenter's friends, colleagues and fans all rushed to the comment section with their condolences.

Mayo GAA star Aidan O'Shea and wife expecting first baby
