Developed under its EV-focused arm, Kinetic Watts and Volts Ltd., the DX blends classic design with modern electric mobility features. Priced at ₹1,11,499 for the DX and ₹1,17,499 for the DX+ (ex-showroom, Pune), bookings have opened for a limited 35,000 units, with deliveries set to start from September 2025. The DX EV features a robust metal body, spacious footboard, and class-leading 37-litre under-seat storage. Powered by a 2.6 kWh LFP battery from Range-X, the scooter offers an IDC range of 116 km and improved safety with longer battery life compared to traditional NMC batteries. It supports a top speed of 90 km/hr with three riding modes—Range, Power, and Turbo. Key highlights include reverse mode, hill-hold, telescopic front suspension, combi-braking system, and smart connectivity via a dedicated mobile app. The DX+ variant also comes with Telekinetic features like Geo-fencing, real-time tracking, My Kiney voice alerts, and Bluetooth-enabled navigation and music controls. Available in stylish colors and backed by ₹72 crore investment (with another ₹177 crore pledged), the DX marks a bold step forward for Kinetic as it reclaims its legacy in the EV era.
