Ozzy Osbourne, 76, Launches Limited-Edition Makeup Line
is trying his hand at something new! The legendary rocker has partnered with U.K.-based makeup brand Jolie Beauty to release his own line of makeup and cosmetic products.
The limited edition line is officially licensed and will be released on July 9. However, the brand has already warned fans that it won't be available for long.
'ALL ABOARD! Be first in line for the official Ozzy Osbourne x Jolie Beauty makeup collection,' a statement from Jolie Beauty's website reads. 'Warning: it won't stick around long. Don't miss your shot to grab a piece of rock 'n' roll history.'
Jolie Cashmore, CEO of Jolie Beauty, couldn't help but express her excitement about the collaboration.
"It's such an honor that Ozzy and his team chose to partner with us — especially as an independently run brand from his home city,' she said in a press release on July 2. 'This collaboration is a testament to Ozzy's impact on the gothic and alternative communities, and a celebration of his legendary influence on music, fashion, and creativity."
Cashmore also took to social media to rave about the opportunity.
"The bat is finally out of the bag. I hardly believe it either, guys, and I've had a lot of time to process this," she gushed via Instagram. "Tears were shed when I got this news. I cried because this is an absolute honor for me. I am a lifelong Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne fan, and of course he's from Birmingham. To be given this opportunity by the Osbourne team is just a dream come true. It's so amazing that they've chosen an independent, small Birmingham brand for this."
The 21-piece set features a palette that comes in a container in the shape of a bat and another palette in the shape of a coffin, with shades inspired by some of Osbourne's most iconic songs like 'Crazy Train,' 'Iron Man' and more.
