Nine-year-old among those injured at Liverpool victory parade, police say
Police confirmed the age of the victims ranged from nine to 78 and said they were all understood to be British.
On Wednesday, the force said seven people remained in hospital in a stable condition.
Police believe the car which struck pedestrians was able to follow an ambulance crew attending to someone suffering a heart attack after a road block was temporarily lifted.
A force spokesman said there was a partial closure in place on Dale Street – which leads into Water Street – between North John Street and Exchange Street.

Traffic was filtered down Exchange Street to stop vehicles getting onto Water Street and a flatbed truck and traffic cones were used as a barrier, the spokesman said.
Water Street leads onto The Strand, where hundreds of thousands of fans gathered to see the Liverpool team bus pass during the celebrations over their 20th Premier League victory.
Police have not revealed which drug the arrested man was suspected of taking, saying: 'We wouldn't go into this detail at this stage of the investigation.'
A fundraising campaign set up for those affected has raised more than £30,000, including a £10,000 donation from the Jamie Carragher 23 Foundation, the former Liverpool player's charity.
The Liverpool Spirit Appeal was set up by the Community Foundation for Merseyside, in partnership with Liverpool City Council, and Liverpool Charity and Voluntary Services (LCVS), and money raised will be distributed to those experiencing physical or psychological injuries as a result of the incident, as well as to community organisations.

Woman in her 60s found dead at bottom of cliff just hours after couple's bodies
A woman in her 60s has been found dead at the bottom of cliffs below Whitby Abbey. It is the third death in the area in the space of 24 hours after a couple in their 40s died after falling from the cliff. 'Due to the rocky location and high tide, mountain rescue assisted in recovering the woman's body to the lifeboat before being taken to the lifeboat house. 'Enquiries are ongoing to investigate the circumstances for a coroner's report. 'The sudden death is not believed to be suspicious. The woman's family have been informed and are receiving support. Ghislaine Maxwell quietly moved out of Florida prison while seeking Trump pardon
Jeffrey Epstein's accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell has been quietly transferred from a Florida federal prison to a lower-security facility in Texas as she seeks a pardon from President Donald Trump. Maxwell's move out of Federal Correctional Institution Tallahassee was confirmed by the Bureau of Prisons on Friday, amid her push for a deal to speak on the late Epstein and be released. 'We can confirm, Ghislaine Maxwell is in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Bryan in Bryan, Texas,' stated BOP inmate locator official Benjamin O'Cone. The reason Maxwell, 63, was moved was not immediately clear. Maxwell's attorney David Oscar Markus also confirmed that his client was sent to the Texas facility but said 'we have no other comment', according to USA Today. The disgraced British socialite in 2022 was sentenced to 20 years for helping convicted sex offender Epstein sexually abuse underage girls. About a month after her sentencing, she was transferred from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn to FCI Tallahassee, which is a 'low security' prison for men and women. FCP Bryan is a 'minimum security' camp only housing women. Maxwell was interviewed by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche of the Justice Department for two straight days last week. A photo that has been widely shared on social media claimed to show former prime minister Boris Johnson with disgraced British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell. A caption hardcoded onto the photo reads: 'Mossad agent Robert Maxwell's daughter Ghislaine and one of her lovers. Boris something or other.' Evaluation The image shows Mr Johnson with his ex-wife Allegra Mostyn-Owen in 1986, a year before the couple married. The facts The image was taken in 1986 by photographer Dafydd Jones.
