TAYLOR HARWOOD-BELLIS fears becoming a "one-cap wonder" - after Southampton's relegation to the Championship.
The Saints centre-back, 22, made his Three Lions debut last November against Ireland.

Harwood-Bellis found the net in a 5-0 victory at Wembley.
But after relegation back to the second tier with the Saints, he admits a place on the plane for next summer's World Cup is unlikely.
Harwood-Bellis told Sky Sports: "It's the dream to play for England and my dream came true.
"You want to stay there and not be a one-cap wonder.

"I've got a long way to go. I wouldn't say I'm mad close to the team at the minute, with the season going the way it went.
"At the end of the day, it's how you do it at your club.
"Personally, if I look at it selfishly, to get back in the England squad, I need to be playing well in the Premier League."
Southampton have brought in Will Still in a bid to bounce back to the top flight at the first attempt.

SunSport revealed earlier this week that Burnley are preparing to hand Harwood-Bellis a Prem lifeline.
But the 22-year-old - who is engaged to Roy Keane's daughter Leah - is fully focused on his job at St Marys.

He continued: "If I want to play for England, we've got to get promoted.
"People around me know that, and I think the fans know that as well.
"We don't want to be playing in the Championship, we want to be playing in the Premier League. We've got a taste of it now.
"We've got the bit between our teeth to go and do a better job.
"It couldn't have gone any worse in the Premier League last time. We've got to put that wrong, right."
Away from the pitch, Harwood-Bellis got engaged to Leah last year.

Keane was there to watch at Wembley as the youngster netted on his Three Lions bow.
Asked about Harwood-Bellis joining his family, Roy joked: "It's not done and dusted yet.
"Things can change really quickly in the Keane household."
But he also gave him a glowing review, saying: "It's nice for him, it's good for him to make his debut.
"He is a really good kid and his family have done a great job.
"He has got a goal threat. Over the last few months, he has showed he has got a goal in him for Southampton."

"We're going to need enough players to rotate, to make sure everybody's ready during the season. You never know if you're going to have a bad period of injuries. 'At the same time, I'm a big believer that we have a fantastic academy so I want the young guys, even the ones who are not here today, that have a chance to train with us to show themselves, to hopefully have opportunities during the season. 'I think it's pretty obvious some changes will happen during the next weeks.' Xavier Mbuyamba is also reportedly on Rangers radar as the club search for defensive reinforcements. The Dutch defender has just helped FC Volendam return to the Eredivisie by winning the second division title. The 23-year-old - who was previously linked to Celtic back in 2023 - has entered the final year of his deal and is reportedly available for £450k this summer. And former Volendam star Kees Kwakma is baffled that the centre-back hasn't found a move - as he told suitors exactly what they will be getting. He told ESPN's Voetbalpraat: "It's striking that Xavier Mbuyamba still hasn't found a club. "He's a true, pure defender. He's very fit and still very young at 23. He's definitely an investment that can make a difference, so I expect things to move forward."

United's training base for their US tour is Chicago, where the temperature has reached the mid 90s during a heatwave which has seen the two hottest days of the year in the city. To help the players combat the heat, United's performance team are co-innovating with kit sponsors adidas on a trial to explore cooling strategies. The silver jacket keeps the cold inside, ensuring players cool down much more quickly and has already been trialled in cycling and Formula One. It is expected to be widely used at next year's World Cup, where teams will be playing in severe heat all over the US. United's players will wear them after their warm up and at half time during their opening tour game against West Ham at MetLife Stadium, New Jersey, on Saturday. The trial with the jacket is the part of United's continuous innovation strategy to constantly maximise performance. Meanwhile, United flew out for their pre-season tour of the United States without Harry Maguire but the defender has now joined the squad after staying to deal with a personal matter. If we had gone in early with acceptable figures for both Joao Pedro and James Trafford I believe they would be Newcastle players. I am also very sure that Benjamin Sesko will find a team that will pay higher wages and that means we are left with not selling Alexander Isak, who doesn't want to be at Newcastle, or selling him and having no replacement. Poor management from the club - they either should have offered a decent contract to Isak or made contingency Simply dreadful. Eddie Howe said move fast and we have done the complete opposite. I suspect the 'turmoil' behind the scenes at the club does not help sell the project to players.
