Tammy Hembrow talks 'falling in love' again as she admits 'going at slower pace'
Australian fitness model and Instagram influencer Temmy Hembrow has been hitting the headlines recently after she announced she was divorcing husband Matt Zukowski last month. The 31-year-old confirmed their split in a TikTok video, as she spoke opening about her 'heartbreak' over their decision to divorce. Tammy and Love Island Australia star Matt, 29, got engaged in December 2023 after just three months of dating.
They then married on November 23, 2024, however decided to split and file for divorce just seven months later. Mum-of-three Tammy has now spoken about finding love again, however it isn't with a man. Instead, the social media star said she has "fallen in love" with where she lives again – which is Queensland, Australia. However, despite this, some fans still speculated she could have found romance again already, or is rekindling things with Matt.
Tammy wrote in the Instagram post: "Lately I've found myself falling in love with where I live all over again.
"The slower pace. The way so many people here have similar mindsets. Being by the ocean. Little moments of kindness from strangers (Had about 100 yesterday.)
"I don't think I ever stopped noticing but lately it just feels impossible not to. And I just appreciate it more."
She added: "The beauty is always there. sometimes we just have to slow down enough to see it.
"(Also I feel like it should now be a universal rule to do scissors paper rock instead of fighting over a car park x)."
She shared the caption alongside pictures of herself in a plunging baby blues printed dress as well as a photo of the ocean, her kids, coffees and a dessert.
People were loving the post, as one person agreed: "A little kindness can honestly make my whole day."
While another added: "Beautiful moments add up to a blissful life."
A third chimed in: "Beautiful inside and out! We love this era of Tammy! All the blues too."
However, others speculated the post was about her relationship status too.
One person said: "I see signs you're falling in love with someone. I may be wrong."
While another asked: "Are you back with Matt?"
A representative for Tammy Hembrow has been contacted.
Announcing their split on June 21, Tammy said in her TikTok: "This is giving me so much anxiety … I wanted to finally tell you guys that I am going to be getting a divorce."
She then said that she didn't want to go into details about the split or 'bring anyone down."
Tammy added: Did I think this was gonna happen? Did I want this? No. Obviously, when you marry someone, you do it thinking that it's gonna be forever.
"And I blame no one but myself, to be honest.
"I feel like I've made not the best choices when it comes to relationships. And I feel like I'm really good at putting on rose-colored glasses or just getting swept up in it all."
Tammy previously told Vogue Australia that she and Zukowski had 'an instant connection' after meeting online.
She said: "From the very first conversation, there was something that sparked between us,' she told the outlet.
'We were inseparable from that very first date!'
Tammy has two children – son Wolf, 10, and daughter Saskia, eight – with her ex Reece Hawkins and three–year–old daughter Posy, shared with her former partner Matt Poole.

Australian reality TV stars shocked by VERY surprising cameo in newly released Happy Gilmore 2 film
Two Australian reality TV stars have expressed their shock after making a very unexpected cameo in the newly released US film Happy Gilmore 2. Love Island Australia stars Kaylah Holmes, 23, and Hannah Steinfeld, 25, are featured in a scene in the Netflix movie - in which the characters watch LIA on TV. In the Adam Sandler movie, golfer John Daly (playing himself) and Christopher McDonald (reprising his role from part one) are seen watching a racy clip from LIA on a TV at Gilmore's house. In the movie, Hannah is seen on the TV flaunting her jaw-dropping bikini body as she takes an outdoor shower, while chatting to Kaylah. 'This girl's got some body on her!' Christopher's character remarks about Kaylah, to which John replies: 'Hey, we do not objectify women anymore.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The shock cameo caught the attention of both reality stars, with Kaylah sharing a clip from the movie to social media and writing alongside it: 'Definitely didn't expect to see this when watching Happy Gilmore 2,' while Hannah added: 'Iconic'. Kaylah and Hannah featured on series six of the Channel Nine reality TV series LIA in 2024. Love Island Australia is available to watch in America on Disney's streaming platform Hulu. The long-awaited sequel premiered on Netflix on Friday. It's been nearly three decades since the cast of Happy Gilmore initially hit the links. And three of the film's iconic stars looked almost unrecognisable on Tuesday, when they appeared on the Today show. Adam Sandler, Christopher McDonald, and Julie Bowen appeared on the show to discuss the highly-anticipated sequel to the hit 1996 comedy. Sandler, 58, who played the eponymous character, was sporting a shock of salt-and-pepper facial hair, looking a far cry from the fresh-faced 28-year-old who appeared in the original. In the Adam Sandler movie, golfer John Daly (right) is seen watching a racy clip from LIA on a TV at Gilmore's house His casual sense of style hadn't changed though, with the actor wearing a colourful floral-patterned shirt. Julie Bowen, 55, who played Happy's love interest Virginia Venit, also cut a distinctly different figure from her '90s self. In the original film, Julie sported a very era-appropriate short blonde bob. Julie, who is also known for her iconic role as Claire Dunphy on Modern Family, wore her much longer blonde locks down for the chat. She also cut a very stylish figure in a smart houndstooth skirt and matching jacket. Chris McDonald, meanwhile, has not changed markedly since his days playing the film's iconic antagonist Shooter McGavin. Now 70, Chris was sporting a very similar 'do' to the one he had in the comedy juggernaut, only now with a greyer hue. Speaking about the anticipated sequel, the trio admitted they weren't trying to break new ground, but rather play up the nostalgia angle. The sequel comes almost three decades after the original film debuted.

Keep scrolling to see what the star had to say star swipe Strictly star slams 'manipulative' TV industry after quitting fame for OnlyFans – and reveals family member's jibe A FORMER Strictly star has branded the TV industry as 'manipulative' after quitting fame for OnlyFans. Speaking to Gay Times Magazine, John opened up about his experiences in the TV industry. The baker and presenter said: "I think the deeper conversation here is about welfare generally within the TV industry. I think that is still very much an elusive beast. "As soon as Strictly finishes, it's like, get out the hotel, get out the flat, go home, but that is a life- altering event for the individual who's been subject to the headlines, often at the hand of these shows, because these shows sometimes feed stories to the media. "TV is manipulative and it's a distortion of truth, there's always an ulterior motive. "People aren't being fed the unadulterated, objective truth. And I certainly don't subscribe to that." Continuing, John recounted how he was "around 23" during his time on Bake Off. He recalled thinking his "existence hinged on being successful in television." John added: "But I think when you go through all these different permutations of your life, you start to realise that the b******t just does not matter. "What actually matters is your health, your sanity, your loved ones, your family, be it biological or chosen." Strictly and OnlyFans star John Whaite opens up on health struggle, saying 'it makes life almost unbearable' Elsewhere in the interview, John revealed a family member had called him "disgusting" due to his OnlyFans content. The Sun previously revealed how he made a return to the platform earlier this year. The star had been posting a series of very explicit videos and images for his legion of subscribers on the adult-only website. Sources close to the star – who was paired with Johannes Radebe on Strictly - said: 'John has been telling friends he feels really empowered by posting what he wants. 'He's in amazing shape and is proud of how far he has come. 'He's says it really has nothing to do with money and it's not about helping fund his bakery business. 'John doesn't care what anyone else thinks. "He's really happy with the content he is creating.'
