The woman at the centre of the Coldplay kiss cam scandal has resigned.
Kristin Cabot, who was caught on the jumbotron canoodling with her boss Andy Byron at the UK band's Boston concert last Wednesday, has stepped down as the HR chief at Astronomer, a job she held for less than a year.
The New York-based tech company confirmed the news in a statement on Thursday, US time.
'I can confirm that Kristin Cabot is no longer with Astronomer, she has resigned,' a spokesperson for the company told Page Six.
It comes days after Byron also resigned from his job as the firm's CEO.
'As stated previously, Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met,' a rep for the tech company said on Saturday.
'Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted. The Board will begin a search for our next Chief Executive as Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy continues to serve as interim CEO.'

After the pair infamously scrambled to hide from the concert kiss cam, and subsequently made headlines around the world, Astronomer announced it was launching a formal investigation into the scandal and placed Cabot and Byron on leave.
Coldplay frontman Chris Martin was left bewildered by their actions on the big screen, joking onstage the pair were either 'really shy or having an affair', as details swiftly emerged about their respective marriages.
Byron, who is estimated to have a net worth of $A76 million, is married to a woman named Megan Kerrigan Byron, who has since removed his last name from her Facebook and deactivated her social media accounts.
She is yet to comment publicly.

Cabot, for her part, appears to be married to Privateer Rum's CEO Andrew Cabot, since they share the same last name and are co-owners of the same house in New Hampshire.
She divorced her first husband, Kenneth Thornby, in 2022, according to Massachusetts court records.
Neither Byron nor Cabot have commented on the affair allegations.
Meanwhile, the fate of both their respective marriages remains unknown.
Cabot was hired as the company's human resources officer in November 2024, while Byron held the position of CEO from July 2023.

Matthew Lawrence wants to use AI for 'something special' with Robin Williams' voice

Matthew Lawrence wants to use AI to do "something really special" with the late Robin Williams. The 45-year-old star played one of the comedy legend's children in Mrs Doubtfire and he is keen to get the consent of the late actor's family to work on a project using the voice of Robin, who took his own life in 2014. Matthew told Entertainment Weekly: 'Obviously, with the respect and with the okay from his family, I would love to do something really special with his voice, because I know for a generation, that voice is just so iconic. 'It's not just the fact that I knew him and worked with him. "It's in my head, it's in everybody's head, and it would be so cool." Matthew got the idea of using AI to recreate Robin's voice after he saw an old commercial starring the Good Will Hunting star which made him realise there were parallels to the modern day. He explained: 'It's kinda like this very contemporary, modern, almost sort of foreshadowing of what's going on commercial that he did, where he did this computerised voiceover. 'And it always stuck with me. And then, during his passing, with the AI coming out, I'm like, 'Man, he's gotta be the voice of AI. He's gotta be the voice in something.' So yeah, I would love to do that.' One thing Matthew would love to use AI to do with Robin's voice is to give out driving directions on a phone. He said: 'It would be so cool. I'm telling you." The former Boy Meets World actor previously praised Robin for the way he treated him like an adult when they made Mrs. Doubtfire. He told People magazine: "He really opened up. I was only 12. I mean this guy … Man, he was just so amazing to be able to give me the respect, almost as an adult, at 12 years old, to really get an open look into his life, the performer side and then also the private side, and how they wrestled with each other." And even after filming on the 1993 movie was complete, Robin made sure he stayed in touch with his young co-star and offered him advice when he needed it. Matthew said: "He stayed a part of my life, you know? That movie could have wrapped [and] like everybody else, he could have gone his separate way, but he didn't. "He stayed invested, and he gave me some incredible life lessons that definitely kept me from some dark places at times. And I'll just never be able to thank him enough for that."

‘Too woke': Star rages after being cut from ‘And Just Like That'

Bobby Lee thinks wokeness is to blame for his exit from And Just Like That, the New York Post reports. The comedian, 53, spoke to Entertainment Weekly at San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend about why he wasn't asked to reprise his role as Jackie Nee, Carrie's (Sarah Jessica Parker) podcast co-host, on the third season of the show. 'Some of the woke elements of the show, they got rid of, and I think I was a part of that,' Lee stated. 'I think Sara [Ramirez] didn't come back and some other people,' he added. 'They tried to put minorities in, and — I don't know. I never saw the show.' Lee departed AJLT between Seasons 2 and 3, as did Ramirez, who played Miranda's (Cynthia Nixon) non-binary love interest Che Díaz, and Karen Pittman, who played Dr. Nya Wallace. Season 2 wrapped up Carrie's podcast storyline, which allowed the show to write off Lee and Ramirez. 'Number one, I don't even know why they asked,' Lee told EW about being cast in the HBO Max series. 'And I was super scared to do it. Because it wasn't my brand, really. You know what I mean? But I did it. I walked through the fear.' Lee added that getting to work with Parker, 60, was a highlight of the experience. 'Sarah Jessica Parker is the nicest person I've ever met. She made me feel so at ease,' he shared. 'I like everyone on there. It was fun. I never have bad blood with anybody. You know what I mean? I am nice. I show up on time.' Lee previously revealed that working on the Sex and the City reboot pushed him to get sober. 'I was in Hawaii and I was blackout drunk and my agent called and said, 'They need you in New York,'' he recalled on Rachel Bilson's Broad Ideas podcast in 2023. 'This is one of the reasons why I'm sober … On the plane, I thought, 'I'm just gonna get sh*t faced,' so I was in a blackout when we landed in New York.' Lee said that he learned he was expected to film AJLT that day when he realised that his driver wasn't taking him to his hotel. 'I remember going and being so high and drunk,' Lee revealed. 'When I was reading the script, I couldn't even understand what the f*ck it was even saying. It was a nightmare. I remember thinking, 'This is never going to happen again — I have to get sober.'' New episodes of And Just Like That stream Thursdays at 11am AEST on HBO Max.
