With six minutes left for the end of Day 3's play at Lord's, India wanted to slip in at least a couple of overs against England and create pressure on openers Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett Jasprit Bumrah was took the new ball to rattle the openers and tested Cawley with his variations. The English opener had a few words to say to the Indian captain, while his partner Duckett intervened and exchanged a few words too.On the final delivery, Bumrah bowled a ripper without any success to bring an end to an absorbing day of cricket.Former England cricketer Michael Atherton was amused by the drama in the final moments of the day's play. "It felt like five minutes where I wouldn't mind being out there! It was brilliant drama, great theatre. Harry Brook was laughing his head off on the England balcony when we looked up," he said while speaking for Sky Sports."There was a bit of chit-chat, but I didn't mind that. It was a red-blooded contest, and you have to give players a bit of leeway. I loved watching it. I thought it was a fantastic end to a nip-and-tuck day," he added.After three days of great Test cricket, India matched England's first innings total of 387. England finished the day unscathed with a score of 2/0.
