This will be based on your lifestyle and sleep patterns, and your timepiece will also send you reminders to help you stick to a healthier bedtime routine. The feature works by analyzing your past three days' sleep patterns and evaluating your need for sleep pressure and your circadian rhythm. The suggested bedtime should maximize your alertness the next day. You may find this especially useful if you're trying to optimize your sleep after a period of irregular sleep (I find myself in this situation way too often for my own good). This is also super helpful if you have inconsistent sleep schedules between weekdays and weekends (yours truly is also guilty of that). All these factors will be taken into account by the feature, so the suggested bedtime should offer you an adequate amount of sleep.

Basically, your vascular system carries blood throughout the body and delivers oxygen, and nutrients, while removing waste.When you sleep, stress on your vascular system should naturally dip. However, Samsung notes, that excessive fluctuations can impact your cardiovascular health and overall wellbeing. The feature will measure your vascular load and provide insights, taking into account sleep, exercise, and stress.

Often, people who run can over-pace themselves, or not optimally push themselves. To help with that, Running Coach will offer you optimized-intensity and injury-preventing training suggestions, which makes it ideal for beginners or people who are not running all the time. The feature offers real-time guidance and motivation, providing you with a tailored training program based on your fitness level and your goals. When you wear your watch, you just need to run for 12 minutes for it to analyze your performance and running level. The smartwatch will then give you a running level from 1 to 10. You will also get a detailed training plan to help you complete a 5K, 10K, half marathon, or full marathon, based on your level. When you complete your training session, you'll also level up and have running challenges.

Drinking alcohol, smoking, UV exposure, stress and lack of sleep can accelerate agin of your skin by increasing free radicals in the body. These free radicals accelerate aging. Meanwhile, antioxidants are nutrients that are found in many healthy foods. Those neutralize the free radicals and help prevent illnesses and promote healthy aging. With this new Antioxidant Index, your Galaxy Watch will measure carotenoids (antioxidants found in green and orange veggies and fruit and stored in your skin). The Watch's BioActive sensor is used to measure carotenoids in five seconds. Of course, you'll then have insights that can help you improve your daily habits. For example, if you drink carrot juice, the changes in the carotenoids will show up in the index and act as motivation to make healthier choices.
All these features are extremely helpful, especially for people like me who would love to improve their health, sleep, and overall wellbeing, but don't really know where to start. And also, needing lots of motivation.
Samsung has announced these features for an 'upcoming Galaxy Watch', which is most likely the Galaxy Watch 8 , expected to be announced alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 sometime next month. However, Vascular Load and Antioxidant Indext can also work on the Galaxy Watch Ultra (or later), and the Running Coach feature will be available on Galaxy Watch 7 and later.

Deals: Galaxy S25 series has accumulated big discounts, Poco F7 series also sees price cuts
Unless you are a fan of foldables, most of the exciting launches for the first half of the year happened months ago – and those phones have been steadily falling in price since. The initial S25 trio is crossing over into the second half of its first year and the price drops have accumulated to quite significant levels – the flagships are now well below their launch prices. This excludes the Edge model, which only arrived later. Starting with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, it's almost €500 off, pushing it under €1,000. It will remain the best camera phone from Samsung for 2025 – the only phone with S Pen support too. The Samsung Galaxy S25+ also has a major discount going on and can be bought for under €800. It's not as slim and light as the Edge, but it does offer longer battery life paired with faster charging. The Samsung Galaxy S25 has dipped under €600. It's one of the few remaining small flagships after Sony and Asus bailed on the market – and it's a good deal cheaper than an iPhone 16 Pro. The Poco F7 offers Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 performance at just €400. It has a large 6.83' display and it's a great quality panel – 1280p+ resolution, 12-bit colors with Dolby Vision and 3,200 nits peak brightness. And it has a massive battery with 6,500mAh capacity and 90W fast charging. And the camera... uh, did we mention how big the battery is? Then there's the Poco F7 Pro with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. It has a smaller 6.67' display but bumps the resolution up to 1440p+. And the 50MP camera has a larger 1/1.56' sensor (vs. 1/1.95'). Instead, here we will focus on the OnePlus 13R. Unfortunately, it only has a token discount, but even so it is only €75 more than the F7 Pro and offers the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. However, it has a larger 6.78' display – a 10-bit LTPO panel for more flexibility in the refresh rate – and a comparable 6,000mAh battery with 80W charging. The camera, however, adds a 50MP 2x/47mm telephoto to the 50MP main (1/1.56') and 8MP ultra-wide, which may give it a leg up for some. Note that you lose some battery capacity (it's 5,300mAh), but you get both fast wired (120W) and wireless (50W) charging. The 13R lacks the wireless option. Then there's the new Nothing Phone (3), which is over €100 more than the F7 Ultra, even with the current discount. Now, the F7 Ultra is no beauty, but at least it doesn't look like the Nothing flagship. Some might challenge the 'flagship' label as this phone has a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip and a non-LTPO 6.67' 1260p+ 10-bit display. At least the cameras are comparable with a 50MP main (larger 1/1.3' sensor), 50MP 3x telephoto and 50MP ultra-wide. Galaxy S26 Ultra and iPhone 17 Pro designs leak, Week 31 in review
Ivan, 03 August 2025 The iPhone 17 Pro, uncharacteristically, leaked in the wild after taking a stroll around Union Square, San Francisco. The phone has a design-protective case, but we can still make out the repositioned LED and LiDAR in the top corner, falling in line with rumors. We also saw iPhone 17 dummies, showing the new color palette. The orange is particularly striking. Expect the iPhone 17 series to be announced in early September, possibly on the 12th. It's not often that we get to see unreleased iPhones in public. The 17 Pro and Pro Max will be available in a bold new orange hue. You can get a better look this time around. We also saw the design of the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra, thanks to leaked renders. The phone will be flat, slightly wider, and taller than its predecessor, and is expected to be slightly lighter. The rear cameras are no longer just isolated lenses on the rear panel - there's a small, Galaxy Z Fold7-esque island housing three of the four cameras. Samsung also confirmed that the Galaxy S25 FE will launch earlier than its predecessor. Samsung hasn't said when, but the S24 FE was unveiled in September and launched in October, which gives us a rough timeframe. Samsung's next-gen Ultra flagship will be thinner and lighter while featuring updated cameras and faster wired charging. Most of its specs have already been leaked. It's a rebranded Redmi Note 14 with a lower starting price and a new Crimson Art color option. The Redmi Note 15 Pro+ will be the first Redmi device to have satellite connectivity when it launches in China. Meanwhile, the Poco X8 Pro may have been certified already. It will be a rebranded version of the China-exclusive Redmi Turbo 5. If all of this pans out, then the Poco X8 Pro should be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 8500 SoC, and boast a 6.67-inch OLED screen with "1.5K" resolution. A metal frame and an overall thin and light build will also be in. It's interesting that the K series didn't get a go at it before. It's unclear if this means it's launching early or not. The phone is expected to become official next month. It will slot right in between the 8s and 8 Elite.
